Abstract

Diapers merupakan alat yang berupa popok sekali pakai berdaya serap tinggi yang terbuat dari plastik dan campuran bahan kimia untuk menampung sisa-sisa metabolisme seperti air seni dan feses. Diapres masuk dalam limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun yang disebut limbah B3. Limbah B3 adalah sisa suatu usaha atau kegiatan yang mengandung B3. Penggunaan diapers dewasa pada orang tua dan orang dengan gangguan jiwa yang tidak memiliki kesadaran dan mengalami pelemahan fisik banyak digunakan sebagai alternatif kontrol kemih, sebanyak 42,3% orang yang dirawat dirumah sakit yang mengalami penurunan mobilitas, kemampuan fisik dan kesadaan menggunakan diapers dewasa sebagai alternatif kontrol kemih dalam proses perawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran petugas lingkungan pondok sosial (LIPOSOS) dalam pengelolaan diapers pada klien ODGJ di UPTD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 responden penelitian dalam pengelolaan diapers di UPTD. LIPOSOS yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara penimbunan, penguburan dan pembakaran. Sehingga dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum ada pengelolalan secara baik dan benar mengenai pengolahan diapers di UPTD. LIPOSOS. Pemilihan diapers kurang memadai terkait dengan ukuran dan merk yang digunakan.

Abstract

AbstractPHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat) tatanan rumah tangga/ Behaviour of Healthy Household is a national program that aims to enable the society to maintain and improve the health status of the society. The achievement of indicator no smoking in the house has the lowest achievement in the Center Health District Pasirian. The purpose of this study is to analyze the actions of housewives in the application of indicator PHBS no smoking in the house. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Determination of informants in this study using purposive techniques. Techniques of collecting through in-depth interviews and triangulation of sources. The result of the research stated that the informant get knowledge about smoking only from cigarette pack. The rejection of informants in husbands who smoke is to give warning and do not give support to the husband of the informant who smoked. The informant's husband sometimes tells his son to buy a cigarette. In the implementation, informants have constraints in the application of no smoking in the house, that caused informants not to be able to implement no smoking in the house.Keywords: PHBS, household, housewife, Eradication Mosquito, No Smoking in The House

Abstract

Substance abuse in adolescent is one of the big threat in Indonesia, in Jember regency from 2013-2014, there are 28 adolescents abuse the substance, this case was so dangerous for the future of adolescents. This research design used qualitative design with phenomenon approach and resource triangulation technique. The purpose of this research was to analysis the phenomenon of substance abuse amongst adolescents based on symbolic interactionism theory in jember regency. The informant got by purposive and obtained 4 informants. Based on the research result showed that the informants age are 22-23 years old. They began to abuse some drugs in junior high school. The main informants use cannabis. The informants use special language to communicate with others who also abuse substance. They have positive self concept before abuse substance and negative self concept after become substance abuser. substance abuse can influence the social interaction especially with their friends and society in around them. Most of the informants family’s didn’t know that informants as substance abuser, but in other hand most of their girl friend known that informants as substance abuser. Based on the research, it is necessary to give information about the dangerous of substance abuse for adolescent by increasing the role of adolescent in PIK adolescent and health school center. Abstract

Coffee stall is the places that sell coffee drink and the kind of hot drinks. Coffee stalls also become place where people do effective communication with anyone. But now, some of coffee stalls in Jember regency not only serve taste of coffee, but also use women to get men consumers. The existence of coffe stalls in Jember regency related to the role of local village and subdistrict staffs. The purpose of this researchwas to review the role of village and subdistrict staff in controlling the enhancement of free sex through the existence of coffee stalls. This was qualitative research design with case study method. The result of this research has found that a few of village and subdistrict staffs knew the existence of coffee stalls which have free sex potential. They did sanction based on the existence regional role if there is a violation or local resident’s concern. But, local residents accepted the existence of the coffee stalls because did not disadvantages for them. Activity that they have done to control the existence of coffee stalls which have free sex potential was patrolling. Some times, patrolling has done together with army and police subdistrict.
