Abstract

Bencana gempa, likuifaksi, dan tsunami yang terjadi di Sulawesi Tengah ditambah pandemic covid-19 memberikan beberapa dampak psikologis bagi wargaa, termasuk juga siswa-siswi penyintas yang sebagiannya kehilangan rumah dan anggota keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel resiliensi, kesyukuran, dan jenis kelamin terhadap kepuasan hidup pada siswa penyintas gempa dan likuifaksi serta pandemic covid-19 pasca kejadian tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di kabupaten Sigi Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang berjumlah 263 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah RYDM untuk resiliensi, GQ-6 untuk kesyukuran, dan SWLS untuk kepuasan hidup.Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kausal antara resiliensi terhadap kepuasan hidup; kesyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup; resiliensi terhadap kesyukuran;  dan khusus jenis kelamin telah didiskusikan di dalam artikel ini, karena ada perbedaan hasil ketika dilakukan uji terpisah dan dilakukan uji bersama variabel lain. Analisis Anova yang dilakukan menunjukkan koefisien korelasi yang signifikan, di mana resiliensi, kesyukuran dan jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan kausal terhadap kepuasan hidup siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian, hendaknya peneliti lain melakukan penelitian dengan memberikan treatmen tertentu untuk menguatkan kemampuan resiliensi dan kesyukuran pada siswa yang masih memiliki kesejahteraan rendah; mengkaitkan dengan variabel lain seperti menelaah perbedaan gender dengan memasukkan variabel psikologi indigenous persepsi siswa dalam memaknai kepuasan hidup untuk menjawab pro kontra hasil penelitian terkait gender.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effectiveness of information services on understanding ourselves and the environment on career choices of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sarudu. The research subjects were 30 students. The main research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the student's career choice before attending the information service on understanding ourselves and the environment is 43,3% of students have the right career choice, 33.3% of students have moderately accurate career choices, and 23,3% of students have inappropriate career choices. After attending information services on understanding ourselves and the environment, students' career choice improves that 20% of students have definite career choices, 46,6% of students have accurate career choices, and 33,3% of students have moderately accurate career choices. Based on the results, it can be concluded that information services on understanding ourselves and the environment are effective in the career choices of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sarudu.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the low academic resilience of students, which is characterized by difficulties in self-adjustment when studying during a pandemic. This study aims to improve students' academic resilience through group counseling services with cognitive restructuring techniques. This type of research is a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted four times with the number of research subjects 8 students. The instrument in this study used an academic resilience scale. Data were processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Wilcoxon sign rank test formula. The results of descriptive analysis show that before participating in group counseling services cognitive restructuring techniques of the 8 students studied, there were 6 students who had low academic resilience and 2 students who had moderate academic resilience. After participating in group counseling services, cognitive restructuring techniques have increased, namely 6 students who have high academic resilience and 2 students have moderate academic resilience. The results of inferential analysis show that there is a significant difference in students' academic resilience between before and after being given group counseling services using cognitive restructuring techniques. The effect of cognitive restructuring technique group counseling on students' academic resilience. The implication of the research is that resilience can be developed in counselees by applying all the stages of counseling that have been determined, starting from recognizing the problem, changing negative thoughts to a more positive direction as a solution to the problems faced.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui teknik modeling simbolik dalam seting bimbingan kelompok.  Riset ini dilakukan terhadap 7 orang siswa  yang mengalami problem motivasi belajar daring dengan kategori rendah yang dibuktikan dari perolehan skor motivasi, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK). Jumlah subyek penelitian yang diberikan bimbingan kelompok adalah 7 siswa, yang berasal dari kelas VIII SMPN 15 Palu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan aktivitas siswa, aktivitas pemimpin kelompok, dan ada perbedaan rerata pretest-postest. Peningkatan aktivitas sebesar 25,5, dari kategori cukup menjadi kategori baik. Aktivitas pemimpin kelompok atau guru dalam memberikan layanan mengalami peningkatan skor sebesar 27,3 dari kategori cukup baik menjadi baik, dan ada perbedaan nilai rata-rata antara pretest dan postes dengan selisih angka 6,42. Kondisi peningkatan aktivitas ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik modeling simbolik efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar online siswa.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide training to PAUD teachers in Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency in the form of providing knowledge so that teachers can understand making online learning videos. The subjects in this study were 16 teachers at Aisyiyah Dolago Kindergarten, Parigi Moutong Regency. The method used is in the form of training and education, namely by using pretest and posttest, lectures, discussions, ice breaker, energizer and games. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPPSS 16.0 for windows, namely the gain score and inferential test. The results of the service show that there is a positive and significant influence of technical training on teachers' understanding of teachers' understanding of making online learning videos. This is shown by Sig < α (0.016 < 0.05) meaning that the gain score of the teacher's understanding of making online learning videos before training is significantly different from after training. In addition, it can be seen from the results of the average pretest score in the teacher group, namely 64.6, while in the posttest, the average score increased to 96.7. In the teacher group, the highest score in the pretest was 85, while in the posttest the highest score increased to 115. Furthermore, the lowest score in the teacher group in the pretest was 39 and in the posttest it increased to 79. In the teacher group, the standard deviation value in the pretest was 13.84 and in the posttest that is 11.1. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that training is effective for teacher understanding regarding making learning videos for PAUD teachers in Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low discipline of student learning related to attendance at school, doing assignments, participating in lessons, and disobedience to the rules. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning discipline. Hypothesis testing was carried out by statistical analysis using the Mann Whitney formula at a significant level (0.05). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the level of student learning discipline before and after participating in positive reinforcement technique group counseling activities included 4 students having a low level of learning discipline and 4 students having moderate learning discipline. The level of student learning discipline after participating in group counseling services with positive reinforcement techniques increased more than before attending services. The results showed that group counseling services with positive reinforcement techniques were effective in increasing student learning discipline.

Abstract

The research objective was to apply group counseling and symbolic modeling technique to improve students' academic resilience during online learning at SMP Negeri 15 Palu. This action research used Kemmis and McTaggart's model was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research participants were eight students who got the lowest academic resilience questionnaire scores on online learning. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, observation instructions, interviews, and documentation.The research results indicated that the average level of student academic resilience during online learning is pre-action by 48.86%, increasing to 65.90% after the first cycle is carried out, and the second cycle increased to 79.54%. The success rate of cycle II has been improved based on the results of reflections from the first cycle. Therefore, it can be concluded that group counseling with symbolic modeling technique can affect increasing students' academic resilience during online learning at SMP Negeri 15 Palu.

Abstract

Positive psychology, which has been widely developed in the last twenty-three years, raises the topic of individual positive character strengths. The purpose of this study was to see a positive relationship between the existing characters, according to the constructs tested, including life satisfaction, resilience, personality and gratitude for the subjects after the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction. The sampling technique used was a two-stage random sampling conducted on students. The BF 10 psychological instrument related to personality was used to reveal personality, the SWLS instrument was used to express life satisfaction, QR-6 was used to identify gratitude and RYDM was used to measure resilience. The SPSS 21 license authorized wizard regression analysis program was used as a data analysis technique. The results show that the level of relationship between personality factors, gratitude, and resilience to life satisfaction is in the strong category with a value of R = 0.677. The magnitude of the simultaneous contribution is R square = 0.458, indicating that there is a role in the predictor variables of personality, gratitude, and resilience to life satisfaction of 45.8%.

Abstract

Academic burnout yang dialami siswa pada masa covid 19 mengharuskan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online sehingga menunjukkan adanya keluhan yang disampaikan oleh siswa diantarnya kelelahan emosi dari segi memahami tugas yang banyak diberikan oleh guru, mengalami kebingungan dalam memahami metode pembelajaran yang baru, kesulitan dalam menggunakan aplikasi platform digital, siswa yang meerasa tidak mampu memahami materi dengan berbeagai tuntutan dan guru terkesan kurang bersemangat mengikuti kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Ketidakmampuan menyimbangkan waktu dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar dan kegiatan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan latar belakang pengabdian, tujuan pengabdian ini untuk mengatasi academic burnout pada masa covid 19 dengan menerapkan penggunaan layanan konten. Mitra pengabdian tahun ini merupakan siswa SMA NEGERI 2 PALU. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiiliki tahapan pelaksanaan yang berdasarkan ketetapan yang berlaku. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang dialami siswa melalui pemahaman cara mengurangi atau menerapkan sehingga terhindar dari academic burnout. Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga memiliki dampak terhadap guru dan pihak sekolah juga berdasarkan pemahaman dalam pemberian tugas ataupun terjadinya proses kegiatan belaajr mengajar. Dampak tersebut juga dirasakan oleh guru BK dalam pemberian stimulus pengurangan academic burnout yang dialami oleh siswa.
