Abstract

The limited understanding of village officials in Ngampel Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, regarding the development and utilization of the Village Information System (SID) is caused by limited human resource support and minimal facilities and infrastructure available. This condition has an impact on the low awareness of village officials regarding the importance of utilizing the village website as a tool for disseminating information. Until now, the knowledge of village officials regarding the creation and management of websites is still very limited, so that the dissemination of information through this platform has not been optimal. In this community service activity, a research team from KH. A. Wahab Hasbulloh University also designed a website for Ngampel Village and provided training to village officials to improve their ability to manage the Village Information System (SID) effectively. The main objective of this activity is to increase accessibility and socialization of village programs and information. The approach used involves the application of appropriate technology through training and management of the SID website. The results of this activity include the creation of the Village Information System (SID) website and a significant increase in the skills of village officials in managing the website.

Abstract

Student delinquency is a form of student behaviour that deviates from school rules. One of them is truant or irregular entry. Skipping behaviour that is left will give a tendency for students to commit other violations such as brawls, using drugs, free sex and others. Monitoring trusting students is not easy because routine communication between parents and the school is needed. This study aims to create a system to facilitate communication between schools and parents by implementing a fire bot telegram using the long polling method. The system is made using Visual Basic 6.0, consisting of two main parts, namely the attendance system and bot telegram management. The attendance system handles student attendance consisting of fingerprint registration and attendance scans, while the telegram bot management handles the sending of attendance information consisting of telegram ID registration, attendance information and permit information. The test results show the process of taking and sending information via telegram bot runs fast, in the test register of the parent telegram ID the time required is an average of 5.6 seconds, sending scanned student attendance information 4.25 seconds and sending permit information on average 7, 07 seconds.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based application utilizing an Online Transaction Gateway (OTG) for a student savings system. The application is designed as a solution to the manual system that requires parents to deposit savings directly at school and record transactions in a physical savings book. With this application, parents can deposit money through bank transfers or convenience stores without the need to visit the school.The application enables automatic bill generation and offers flexible payment options. Transaction history can be viewed in real time, and savings records can be printed or saved as digital files. With these features, parents can easily and transparently monitor their child’s savings.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology offers significant opportunities for micro-enterprises to increase competitiveness through digital marketing, yet limited digital literacy remains a major challenge in rural communities. This community service program was carried out in Plemahan Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency, focusing on empowering women of the PKK community and micro-enterprise owners. The program aimed to enhance community skills in utilizing social media and online marketplaces for product marketing, to foster digital literacy awareness, and to encourage the establishment of a technology-based learning community. The method applied was Participatory Action Research, involving participants in every stage from planning, training, mentoring, to evaluation. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, technical skills in creating business accounts, and the quality of promotional content. In addition, the program led to social changes such as the formation of a digital marketing learning group and the emergence of local leaders supporting program sustainability. This initiative demonstrates that a participatory technology-based approach can serve as an effective strategy to strengthen rural community economies in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya permasalahan kedisiplinan mahasiswa, seperti pemalsuan absensi, dengan adanya penelitian ini membantu untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan absensi dengan penerapan teknologi face recognition. Pada penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi manajemen absensi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi face recogntion. Sistem ini mendukung pengelolaan data mahasiswa, jadwal kuliah hak akses, laporan absensi, dan lain-lain. Hasilnya diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan keakuratan pencatatan absensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode R&D dimuali dari identifikasi kebutuhan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan, lalu perancangan sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan yang terakhir tahapan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang sudah di uji cobakan  menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Manajemen absensi yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi absensi berbasis face recognition dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan keakuratan pencatatan absensi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Android untuk penyebaran informasi singkat berbasis teknologi Long Range (LoRa). Sistem ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi jarak jauh tanpa ketergantungan pada koneksi internet, sehingga sangat sesuai diterapkan di wilayah terpencil yang memiliki keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan. Dalam pengembangannya, aplikasi ini menggunakan dua jenis basis data lokal, yaitu SQLite pada sisi ESP32 yang terhubung dengan lora dan IndexedDB pada sisi Android. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan bahwa fitur-fitur utama seperti registrasi, login, pengiriman pesan, penerimaan pesan dan pengelolaan kontak berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mendukung komunikasi sederhana antar pengguna. Meskipun masih memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti jangkauan dan pengujian dalam skala besar, aplikasi ini memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai solusi komunikasi alternatif di daerah tanpa akses internet.

Abstract

Pada era perubahan saat ini, pembelajaran merupakan kunci pengembangan aspek kehidupan sehari – hari, peningkatan ketrampilan, pengembangan teknologi bermula dari pembelajaran. Efesien pembelajaran dapat berupa peningkatan percepatan informasi yang di dapat dengan tepat sesuai kebutuhan, Pencarian informasi dengan kata kunci di browser belum memberikan informasi sesuai kebutuhan dengan mudah. Informasi dari sumber media maupun multimedia lainnya. dengan adanya kecerdasan buatan itu sendiri menjadi solusi. Namun kecerdasan buatan saat ini belum familiar di kalangan Masyarakat. Dengan itu peneliti berupaya mengembangkan platform whatsapp dengan pengguna begitu pengguna luas dan banyak dapat terintregasi dengan kecerdasan buatan yang mampu meningkatkan pemecah solusi pembelajaran. Menjadi alternatif pengganti search engine dalam rangka peningkatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil pertanian di wilayah Kabupaten Jombang agar lebih tinggi, maka dibutuhkan inovasi yang dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemajuan bidang pertanian yang ada saat ini. Salah satu aspek yang dapat mendukung kemajuan tersebut adalah dengan adanya sistem informasi pendataan penyebaran lahan pertanian. Penyebaran lahan pertanian ini sangat penting untuk diketahui karena dengan data ini kita dapat memperkirakan banyak hal seperti prediksi kebutuhan benih, kebutuhan pupuk, perkiraan hasil panen, potensi komoditas, potensi ketahanan pangan dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu data penyebaran lahan pertanian ini juga dapat digunakan untuk membantu kegiatan monitoring kesuburan tanah dalam rangka program Komando Strategi Pembangunan Pertanian (Kostra Tani) yang digagas oleh Kementerian Pertanian. Dengan banyaknya hal yang dapat direalisasikan dengan adanya data penyebaran lahan pertanian tersebut, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa data penyebaran lahan pertanian merupakan sebuah aspek yang sangat penting yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan. Dengan begitu data penyebaran lahan pertanian ini berperan sebagai data induk atau data master dalam pengembangan bidang pertanian agar lebih unggul dan memiliki kualitas lebih baik. Dalam Sistem ini metode pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi (pengamatan) dan survei menggunakan aplikasi yang di racang secara khusus.

Abstract

Data on the distribution of agricultural land in Jombang Regency is still relatively low in terms of the accuracy of the location of the land. The information obtained, both owner data and land owned by farmers, will have an impact on regional policies, for example assistance distributed from the government through related agencies and farmer segmentation starting from the middle to lower and upper middle class economic conditions, that's why technology plays a role. information is very important in helping to increase the accuracy of agricultural land data in Jombang Regency. One that can be realized is to make an Android-based data collection application for the distribution of agricultural land in Jombang Regency. By utilizing a smartphone or hand-held cell phone that many people have used today because it is easy to carry and simple. The purpose of this research is to assist Jombang agriculture extension officers in improving the existing system in the hope that the processing and presentation of land data collection is still manual and the system is still not integrated with others can be resolved with the model that the author has developed. The result of making this application is an android-based agricultural land distribution data collection application that integrates with each other with the main website.

Abstract

The Customer Management Information System (Simapel) of Murni Jaya Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a website to help the management to improve the performance and satisfaction of customers by managing customer data, automating business processes, and providing better services. This research employs data collection methods including observation, interviews, and literature review. The advantages of the system offered increased efficiency and effectiveness, reduced data errors, and cost savings. In the development of the Customer Management Information System (Simapel) of Murni Jaya Internet Service Provider (ISP), the author uses the Waterfall Method as the research approach on its suitability with the system to be developed. The stages in the Waterfall Method begin with identifying system needs, followed by needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages
