Abstract

Employee recruitment that occurs at PT. Shoei Surabaya, which is located in Mojoagung district, still uses manual methods in the process of hiring new employees. So that it is appropriate to develop a computer-based employee recruitment management information system that helps support tests for HRD staff or for those who will apply for jobs to come and provide information without having to go directly to the company. In this study, a design plan using the waterfall system development method aims to make the new employee recruitment process usable according to the company's needs. So that with the construction of an employee admission information system based on this computer-assisted test, you can immediately find out information about job vacancies without having to come to the company first and supervise the costs that must be paid properly from the company or applicant.

Abstract

Sistem Monitoring Capaian Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah sistem bertujuan untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap pola perkembangan siswa di sekolah. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini, sekolah perlu meningkatkan promosi melalui aplikasi android sehingga orang tua/wali siswa dapat mengakses segala informasi sekolah dengan mudah terutama untuk melakukan monitoring perkembangan anak di sekolah. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam perancangan Sistem Monitoring Capaian Pembelajaran ini adalah metode pengembangan waterfall. Dengan sistem ini, orang tua/wali murid dapat mengetahui hasil evaluasi belajar siswa yang telah dicapai di sekolah secara periodik. Jadi, diharapkan para wali murid dapat menjadi lebih mudah dalam mengetahui dan mengawasi perkembangan anak dan hasil evaluasi belajar mereka di sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to develop a historical learning media application utilizing augmented reality technology to introduce the cultural heritage site of Petilasan Damarwulan. The research addresses the declining reading interest among younger generations and the lack of interactive media in preserving local culture. A research and development (R&D) approach was employed, following ten stages from needs analysis to product evaluation. The application was built as a web-based platform to ensure compatibility with mobile devices, offering features such as image scanning, three-dimensional visualization, and narrative descriptions of the cultural site. Implementation results indicate that the application enhances users’ understanding of local history and culture. Functional testing using the black-box method confirmed that all features operated as intended. In conclusion, the application proves to be an effective tool for interactive learning and holds potential as a means of supporting digital cultural preservation within primary education environments. Abstract

The problems that need to be solved in Banjarsari village related to the community service activity plan for partners are as follows: First, the number of guava fruit plants and the amount of wasted guava and even scattered in Banjarsari village. Second, the lack of understanding of the community about the benefits and how to use guava. Based on these problems, the purpose of this service activity is to make guava sticks to improve skills and productivity to help the family economy. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes the community development method which is community development as a group of people working together within the community structure on a joint decision to initiate a process of change in their economic, social, cultural and environmental conditions. Based on the survey results after the implementation of the training on the suitability of the material with the needs of the community, 10 participants or 50% of all participants stated that the material was relevant to the needs of the community and 40% of the participants stated that this training material brought benefits and business opportunities for the community. The long-term plan of this community service activity is through training on making guava sticks in Banjarsari Village to develop innovation and improve the residents' economy.

Abstract

Penggunaan energi listrik untuk kebutuhan pencahayaan rumah sering kali tidak efisien akibat kurangnya pengendalian dan monitoring secara langsung. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pemborosan daya listrik dan tingginya tagihan bulanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pengendalian dan monitoring konsumsi daya lampu rumah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengendalikan status lampu serta memantau parameter konsumsi daya secara real-time melalui antarmuka web. Perangkat keras sistem ini terdiri dari Wemos D1 Mini sebagai mikrokontroler utama, sensor PZEM-004T untuk mengukur tegangan, arus, daya, dan energi listrik, serta modul relay 3 channel untuk mengendalikan tiga unit lampu secara otomatis maupun manual. Data hasil monitoring dikirimkan ke server dan disimpan dalam database MySQL. Selanjutnya, data ditampilkan pada halaman dashboard web berbasis grafik dan indikator numerik. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan fitur penjadwalan otomatis untuk mengatur waktu nyala dan mati lampu sesuai kebutuhan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem mampu bekerja secara stabil dan akurat dalam proses pengendalian serta pemantauan konsumsi daya listrik. Sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan listrik di rumah tangga dan mendorong penerapan teknologi rumah pintar (smart home).

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of a short message communication system capable of operating in areas without internet connectivity by leveraging LoRa (Long Range) technology. LoRa was selected due to its extended coverage and energy efficiency, making it well-suited for deployment in remote regions. The proposed system integrates ESP32-based transmitter and receiver nodes with the LoRa RA-01 module as the communication medium. A mobile application is developed to provide a user-friendly interface for composing and displaying messages, while an SQLite database is utilized for storing communication records locally. System development follows the Waterfall model, covering requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Experimental results demonstrate that the system successfully transmits and receives messages up to a distance of 100 meters without internet connectivity. The solution offers a practical and efficient alternative for wireless communication, particularly for delivering critical information in areas underserved by conventional telecommunication infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya layanan air bersih pada BUMDes Desa Sumbermulyo, Kecamatan Jogoroto, Kabupaten Jombang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi Customer Relation Management (CRM) berbasis Android untuk mendukung pengelolaan layanan pelanggan secara lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan pendekatan model waterfall, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga implementasi sistem. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur seperti aduan pelanggan, cek dan bayar tagihan, riwayat pembayaran, notifikasi, dan layanan pelanggan. Hasil dari implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelanggan, mempermudah proses pembayaran, dan memperkuat komunikasi antara pelanggan dan pengelola layanan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan air bersih di tingkat desa.
