Abstract

Perjanjian pranikah yang akan dilakukan mempunyai tujuan untuk berjalannya keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah, di ciamis sebagian besar masyarakat menikah tanpa membuat akad nikah yang mengakibatkan angka perceraian di kabupaten ciamis sangat tinggi. Masyarakat di sini punya argumen tersendiri untuk tidak melaksanakan perjanjian pranikah. Hal ini bisa dijadikan patokan bagi masyarakat yang tidak melaksanakan perjanjian pranikah. Masyarakat disana menganggap perjanjian pranikah adalah perjanjian untuk mempersiapkan perceraian, ditinjau dari hukum Islam dan manfaat perjanjian pranikah adalah terciptanya keluarga yang sakinah mawadah warrahmah. Dari sudut pandang hukum Islam, keseluruhan perjanjian adalah sesuatu yang tidak menyimpang dari hukum Islam. Sehingga para pihak yang bersangkutan dalam perjanjian pranikah tersebut sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1947 tentang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Mobile Legends, as an online game that is popular among teenagers, has attracted the attention of many parties regarding the social and behavioral impacts that may arise from interactions in the game. This scientific article aims to explore the toxic impact of Mobile Legends on adolescent attitudes and behavior, with a focus on the perspective of Islamic religious education. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of interviews to collect data from teenagers who actively play Mobile Legends. Through in-depth interviews, this research tries to identify patterns of toxic behavior in games and analyze how the values of Islamic religious education can shape teenagers' understanding of the concepts of justice, tolerance and ethics in the context of online games. The research results show that there is a correlation between the intensity of playing Mobile Legends and changes in teenagers' attitudes and behavior. Apart from that, this article also discusses Islamic education strategies that can be implemented to overcome toxic impacts that may arise, including the formation of moral character, instilling Islamic values, and promoting mutual respect in cyberspace. It is hoped that this article will provide deeper insight into the relationship between Mobile Legends and its toxic impact on adolescent attitudes and behavior, as well as contribute to the development of Islamic religious education in facing modern challenges such as online games which can influence the mindset and behavior of the younger generation.

Abstract

This article explores Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (HAMKA)’s conceptualization of modern Sufism and its response to the challenges posed by secularism and materialism. In contemporary discourse, traditional Sufi teachings face increasing scrutiny and adaptation in light of prevailing secular ideologies and materialistic pursuits. Through a comprehensive analysis of HAMKA's writings, speeches, and philosophical perspectives, this research investigates how HAMKA reinterprets traditional Sufi principles to resonate with the realities of the modern world. Emphasizing themes of spirituality, ethics, and social responsibility, HAMKA's modern Sufism offers a compelling framework for navigating the complexities of secularism and materialism while preserving the essence of Sufi wisdom. This study highlights HAMKA's visionary approach to modern Sufism, providing valuable insights into its relevance and significance in contemporary discourse on spirituality and social ethics.

Abstract

Motivation is an important factor in determining student learning success. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine teachers' efforts to increase students' motivation to learn Islamic Religious Education. Research setting took place at Dharma Karya Vocational School, specifically for class XI students. The focus of this research, apart from discussing teachers' efforts to increase students' learning motivation, is also aimed at analyzing various obstacles or barriers experienced by students while participating in the Islamic Religious Education Learning process. The type of research used in this research is field research using a qualitative approach with descriptive study methods. The primary data source for this research is the PAI Teacher at Dharma Karya Vocational School. The secondary data source in this research is Dharma Karya Vocational School students, which includes class XI students. Research data collection instruments use interview, observation and documentation techniques. Then the data was analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research conclude that the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in class Then, give assignments to individual students, give praise (appreciation) to students who answer questions correctly, and give marks to each Islamic religious education learning exercise.
