Abstract

This service activity aims to provide an understanding of financial literacy (careful borrowing and saving) so that it is hoped that participants can avoid loan sharks. Apart from that, participants are given knowledge about making simple financial reports so that expenses do not exceed income. This service was carried out at the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in Pagelaran Village, Pringsewu Regency. The service method used is material presentation and discussion. The results of this activity were that the participants generally understood how to choose the right borrowing and saving as well as calculating the size of the costs of borrowing, although there were some participants who had a little difficulty in reading and writing.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas III khususnya di bidang tematik menjadi isu dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah paradigma pembelajaran Snowball Throwing yang menggunakan alat bantu audiovisual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD N Wonoasri 01. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan prosedur penelitian untuk tahap perancangan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Sebanyak 10 siswa SD N Wonoasri 01 kelas III, 6 siswa laki-laki, dan 4 siswa perempuan menjadi subjek penelitian. Pengamatan, pengujian, dan pendokumentasian adalah metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Jika nilai rata-rata naik dari pra-siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II, indikator keberhasilan ditetapkan. Hasil untuk pembelajaran tema siswa berkembang, menurut temuan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan nilai rata-rata kelas, yang naik dari 61,5 sebelum pra-siklus menjadi 73 pada siklus I sebelum naik sekali lagi menjadi 87,5 pada siklus II. Selain itu data observasi menunjukkan bahwa sebelum di terapkan model Snowball Throwing ada siswa yang terlihat kurang aktif selama pembelajaran dan sesudah diberikan tindakan model pembelajaran siswa terlihat aktif saat kegiatan pembelajaran secara individu maupun secara berkelompok.

Abstract

The development of the times in terms of technology and economics is now increasingly rapid. Likewise the beauty industry. This makes brands increasingly aggressive in improving and introducing their brand image. Scarlett whitening is one of the most popular beauty products currently. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions among students from the class of 2020 and 2021 majoring in sharia economics at IAIN Metro. This research uses quantitative methods and the technique used in sampling is a probability sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The sample in this research consisted of 66 students. The data analysis tools in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research show that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be said that brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products among students from the class of 2020 and 2021, majoring in sharia economics at IAIN Metro.

Abstract

Pengaruh media sosial dalam memperoleh wawasan tentang kebutuhan pengguna, terutama dalam konteks pengabdian masyarakat yang mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai alat promosi pariwisata. Fokusnya adalah bagaimana masyarakat lokal dapat dioptimalkan untuk menggunakan teknologi digital sebagai alat untuk mempromosikan homestay dan produk lokal. Tujuan kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan visibilitas Desa Wisata Cikolelet, mendorong partisipasi masyarakat lokal, meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi lokal, mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengembangan model pemasaran berkelanjutan. Pengabdian melibatkan 14 perguruan tinggi sekitar Jakarta dengan khalayak sasaran Pokdarwis dan Pengelola homestay di Cikolelet. Dengan fokus pada pemaksimalan potensi Desa Wisata Cikolelet, kegiatan ini mengusulkan strategi pemasaran inovatif, melibatkan pengelolaan homestay digital, platform online, dan media sosial. Melalui berbagai aktivitas akademik dan non-akademik, termasuk publikasi di media kampus dan pribadi, upaya ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan Desa Wisata Cikolelet kepada masyarakat luas. Abdimas ini diberikan konteks oleh kesulitan Desa Wisata Cikolelet sebagai Pemenang Desa Wisata Rintisan Terbaik ADWI 2023 dalam memasarkan fasilitasnya. Dengan fokus pada strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan, kegiatan ini mencoba mengatasi tantangan ini dengan menggabungkan aspek pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan. Keberhasilan abdimas ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap masyarakat lokal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta menciptakan model promosi homestay yang kreatif dan berkelanjutan.   Kata Kunci: Desa Wisata, Homestay, Pokdarwis

Abstract

The evaluation process in education plays a central role in measuring student achievement levels and the effectiveness of learning. Technology can be used in education to assist with learning and assessment. The Quizizz application is one of the educational technology innovations that capture students' attention. The Quizizz application can be utilized to measure students' understanding levels. This study aims to evaluate the use of the Quizizz application in Indonesian language learning on procedural text material through pre-tests and post-tests. The type of method used is descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study are the 7.4 grade students at MTsN 4 Bekasi, totaling 29 individuals. The data in this study consists of questionnaire results from 11 questions that were distributed to the 7.4 grade students at MTsN 4 Bekasi. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The research results show that the Quizizz application can increase student motivation and is effective for use in learning, especially in pre-tests and post-tests. It can be proven from the results of the questionnaire distributed to 29 students, the majority agreed that the Quizizz application is attention-grabbing, easy to use, motivating, more effective, practical, minimizes cheating, saves time and costs. The only obstacle faced is the unstable network connection. This will cause students to join late and lead to additional problems.

Abstract

Family economy is an important aspect in improving community welfare, especially in rural areas. This study aims to determine the effect of education level and income on family economy. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a population of heads of families in Dusun Beringin Barat, Labuhan Ratu V, East Lampung. The sample consisted of 50 respondents, determined through the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique. The results of the t-test showed that education level did not have a significant effect on family economy (sig. 0.317> 0.05 and t count -1.011 <2.0106). On the other hand, income had a significant effect (sig. 0.000 <0.05 and t count 4.497> 2.0106). Simultaneously, education and income had an effect on family economy, as evidenced by the F test (F count 15.783> F table 3.190727).

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users for commerce has led to the emergence of new businesses that are now widely referred to as start-up businesses. All of these businesses are engaged in trade and services that fulfill daily needs, the majority of which are online. This research aims to review some literature, data and facts about the start-up business phenomenon. Based on the development of start-up business knowledge, there are several things that must be done in digital start-up marketing activities to reach the target market and anticipate competition, namely the dissemination of information by using various digital media to spread or distribute related to the digital business being run. Utilizing opportunities in the digital world is still difficult for young people today, because they have not thought about becoming an entrepreneur. At the stage of the entrepreneurial formation process, they need support from their environment. Every minute a new digital start-up appears with almost the same features as one another, so the skills, innovation and creativity that young people tend to have can be applied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of marketing mix strategies in attracting Umrah pilgrims at PT Qiblatain Safarina Bakti. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the marketing mix strategy which includes product, price, place, and promotion has a significant influence in increasing the number of pilgrims. Variety and quality products, competitive prices, strategic location, and effective promotion through digital media and direct interaction with the community are the main factors in the success of the company's marketing strategy. Nevertheless, price competition with other travel agencies is the main challenge that PT Qiblatain Safarina Bakti must face. Therefore, the company needs to continue to innovate in services, strengthen promotional strategies, and maintain service quality to remain competitive in this field.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the effect of price and product quality on the interest in purchasing goat milk in the residents of Liman Sari Village. This study uses a quantitative causal research methodology. The population of this study was 800 people of productive age (20-40 years) so that 89 samples were obtained using the Slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection method. Data analysis techniques used include research instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, evaluation of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, while product quality also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. The price and product quality factors together have a positive and quite large effect on purchasing interest.

Abstract

The development of the MSME sector plays an important role in driving national economic growth. Marketing and utilization of QRIS technology are factors that can increase business development, especially amidst tight competition and low adoption of digital payment systems. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing and utilization of QRIS technology on the development of the MSME sector. The research method used is quantitative with a population of MSMEs in the culinary sector in 15A Iringmulyo Metro Timur. The sample consisted of 50 respondents, determined through the Slovin formula with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of the study showed that partially, marketing has a positive and significant effect on the development of the MSME sector, the utilization of QRIS technology has a positive and significant effect on the development of the MSME sector. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on the development of the MSME sector. These findings indicate that optimizing marketing strategies and utilizing digital payment systems are important factors in supporting the sustainability and growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises in the area.
