Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of government spending and other fiscal variables on economic growth and per capita income in 33 provinces in Indonesia. Other fiscal variables used are personnel expenditures, capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures. The data used is panel data in 33 regions in Indonesia, data obtained from Kemenkeu.go.id. The source of provincial-level data is obtained from the APBD summary issued by the Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The estimation method is Pooled Least Squares. The estimation results show that the variables of Government Expenditure, Government Expenditure per Capita, and share of Government Expenditure on GRDP have no effect on economic growth but positively affect income per capita. Meanwhile, other fiscal variables consisting of personnel expenditure, capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services, in the form of total, per capita and share of GRDP, have a positive effect on economic growth and income per capita. The recommendation from this research is for the provincial government to map its spending well so that the goal of increasing people's income can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of services expected and provided to tuberculosis patients and to formulate efforts to improve the quality of services for tuberculosis patients at the Lung Poly, Regional General Hospital, dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using 112 tuberculosis patients in the pulmonary polyclinic of RSUD. dr. Soeroto Ngawi as the respondent. Based on the data analysis, it was obtained that the patient's expectation was 34.88 and the reality score was 30.16 with a gap of 4.73. The patient satisfaction index on the quality of service at the Pulmonary Polyclinic of the Regional General Hospital dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regency is in the satisfied category. Efforts that can be formulated to improve service quality include: Health workers need to improve the delivery of information related to activities and behavior to patients so that they can maximize treatment and minimize transmission. Standard Operating Procedure is needed regarding information that needs to be conveyed to patients and socialization to health workers so that misinformation can be minimized. Provision of written information through various media that is easily accessible to patients is needed, health workers need to increase the use of Personal Protective Equipment as an effort to prevent transmission and minimize the risk of infection, especially for health workers along with SOPs for supervision from management to improve the compliance of health workers in the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Health workers need to improve physical appearance, neatness to improve the quality of service to patients and increase alertness in services, especially in the registration section. The hospital needs to improve the quality of services, especially the registration section so that it can improve the quality of services provided and according to patient expectations. The hospital can organize and involve human resources in various trainings such as communication training, excellent service to improve the quality of service to patients. Supervision is needed regarding services to tuberculosis patients, especially in the registration section by the person in charge and the head of the room so that the quality of service can be optimal.

Abstract

The growth of interest in business, especially in the culinary, opens up opportunities to develop a business with a franchise system. This study aims to analyze business development and the efforts of culinary business owner with a franchise system. A franchise or franchising is a method of distributing products or services involving a franchisor, who establishes the brand's trademark or trade name and a business system, and a franchisee, who pays a royalty and often an initial fee for the right to do business under the franchisor's name and system based on franchise agreements. The research was conducted on a culinary company named BeMa Bebek Madura which has applying franchise system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are two types of franchise systems, pure franchising and product distribution franchising. There is an analysis of business criteria that run a franchise system. Business owners in running a franchise system make various efforts since the franchise agreement will be implemented until the business runs to ensure the business runs well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Diklat untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini juga berupaya meningkatkan kinerja pendidikan dan pelatihan agribisnis bawang merah bagi pegawai di UPTD BPSDMP DIY. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan model triangulasi sumber dan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan diklat sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun beberapa indikator belum sesuai dengan pedoman diklat. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah a) keterbatasan personel yang tidak memahami tugasnya dan tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasinya, b) pelatih belum menguasai metode pelatihan. c) Peserta bersifat heterogen d) lahan praktik dan ruang laboratorium pengolahan terletak terpisah, dan e) Peralatan tidak memadai, baik jumlah maupun jenisnya. Upaya peningkatannya adalah: a) Meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia b) Mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang tersedia, c) memanfaatkan lokasi pembelajaran yang berada pada lahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan ruang laboratorium pengolahan sebagai tempat peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, dan d) Pembinaan koordinasi dan kerjasama dengan instansi terkait, Perguruan Tinggi dan Praktisi.

Abstract

One important issue in the management of civil servants are Moratorium Acceptance CPNS. Since the 2011-2014 and 2015-2019 reign of discretionary moratorium CPNS caused by various things, impact of the moratorium on the placement of employees in local government and polemics consequences and need for a solution and response strategies in the redistribution of personnel and employee planning.This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach gained popularity depth interviews with informants, observations and secondary data analysis. Impact, occurrence Lost Generation that cause within a certain time difficult to regenerate for their miss a link on the generation / period. The addition of the workload of employees as a result of shortage of supply of labor civil servants, retired employee were not replaced, Minus growth means if in compare between employees incoming and outgoing, more employees are out of personnel expenditure would be reduced. So that in the possible procure Non civil servants without violating the moratorium policy is still valid.

Abstract

The Impact of monetary Policy on Ouput is an ambiguous. The results of previous empirical studies indicate that the impact can be a positive or negative relationship. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of monetary policy on Output more detail. The variables to estimatate monetery poicy are used state and board interest rate andrate. This research is conducted by Ordinary Least Square or Instrumental Variabel, method for 5 countries ASEAN. The state data are estimated for the period of 1980 – 2014. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the impact of monetary policy on Output shown are varied.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Magelang Regency which aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of farmers to services of Civil Servant extension workers and Tenaga Harian Lepas-Tenaga Bantu Penyuluh Pertanian (THL-TBPP) in Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan Dan Ketahanan Pangan (BPPKP) of Magelang Regency.Type of the research is quantitative descriptive analytical approach by using the Servqual method and followed IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) approach. Sampling of villages were randomly selected with purposif random sampling method, sample of farmers were taken by simple random sampling method. The total samples of villages were 50 and total samples of farmers were 200 persons. The results of the research showed that the services of Civil Servants extension workers in BPPKP of Magelang Regency on all dimensions of quality of extension services by farmers has not been satisfactorily assessed . Dimensions that need to be improved as the main priority were Reliability Dimension attributes that were related with mentoring and consultancy marketing of agricultural products and new technological innovations . In the service of THL-TBPP , all dimensions of quality of extension services by farmers has not been satisfactorily assessed. Dimensions that need to be improved as the main priority were Reliability Dimension attributes that were related with mentoring and consultancy marketing of agricultural products and the innovation of new technologies and Assurance Dimension attributes that primarily related to the settlement of the problems of farmers in their farm .

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan memahami tentang pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan, memberikan informasi tentang kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan, mengkaji dan memberikan informasi upayaupaya ditempuh untuk mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yaitu : kurang optimalnya dukungan internal (SDM, Widyaiswara, sarana prasarana, modul/kurikulum) Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan serta sinkronisasi dan koordinasi lintas sektor yang belum sesuai dalam pelaksanaan dan pasca diklat. Sedang upaya-upaya dalam mengatasi kendala kendala adalah : menyelenggarakan Forum Komunikasi Kediklatan dengan SKPD-SKPD baik Provinsi maupun Kabupaten / Kota, menyelenggarakan kegiatan workshop/semiloka agar komitmen terhadap peningkatan kompetensi PNS dilingkungannya, menginformasikan secara intensif tentang penyelenggaraan diklat kepada SKPD-SKPD, melaksanakan perencanaan sesuai dengan Analisa Kebutuhan Diklat (AKD), mengembangkan Jaringan Widyaiswara se DIY dengan Perguruan Tinggi dan praktisi. Secara skematis Evaluasi Program Diklat di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta digambarkan dalam Matriks SWOT-Klasik dan dapat dihasilkan rekomendasi dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan pendidkan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk masa yang akan datang, sebagai berikut : Penyelenggaraan diklat mulai dari pra diklat, in diklat sampai pada pasca diklat sebaiknya diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan, evaluasi penyelenggaraan selain dengan bentuk blanko sebaiknya disertai dengan tatap muka secara langsung dengan peserta Pendidikan dan Pelatihan diakhir kegiatan, prasarana yang belum memadai sebaiknya segera dilengkapi, perlu upaya pemberian kesempatan bagi pegawai untuk meneruskan tingkat pendidikannya, terutama pendidikan formal umum dan kedinasan, perlu lebih banyak mengirimkan Widyaiswara untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan TOT pelajaran sehingga Widyaiswara mempunyai spesialisasi dan perlu menyelenggarakan/mengirimkan pendidikan dan pelatihan TOC dan MOT untuk staf Badan Diklat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the digital economy in the Bakpia MSME industry in Yogyakarta City and determine the effect of the digital economy, length of business, owner last education, number of machines used, and age of business owner on labor wages paid by business owners. The method used is descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the digital economy run by the Bakpia MSME industry in Yogyakarta mostly used 2 to 3 gadgets, and internet costs were less than Rp. 200,000 per month, used 2 to 3 E-commerce and 2 to 3 social media. The digital economy does not affect the labor wages paid by business owners, the length of business and the level of education of business actors also do not affect the number of labor wages paid, while the number of machines used has a positive effect on the labor costs paid, while the age of the business owner has a negative effect. of labor costs paid.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work facilities and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variable at the Yogyakarta City Government Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The study used 134 data obtained through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression tests and Moderated Regression Analysis. The findings show that work facilities and leadership influence employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Government Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Work motivation cannot moderate the effect of work facilities and administration on employee performance of the Yogyakarta City Government Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The Yogyakarta City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is expected to maintain adequate facilities and update them with more up-to-date work facilities to support employees. In addition, the leadership of the Yogyakarta City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is expected to maintain and update its leadership style following the times and see the conditions of the work environment so that it can continue to provide the best leadership to improve the performance of its employees.
