Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya labeling dan packaging sebagai daya tarik pembeli agar lebih dikenal di pasar dan membantu membuat logo produk. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah warga pelaku UMKM di Dusun Ngampo Semanu Gunung Kidul. Kegiatan ini dikoordinir oleh UKM HMJA (Himpunan Mahasiswa Akuntansi) STIE Widya Wiwaha. Metode pelaksanaan PkM dilakukan dengan wawancara, metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi peserta. Berbagai macam strategi diberikan kepada peserta agar profitabilitas UMKM meningkat.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in writing this thesis are to find out the obstacles in the professional development of Gadik Akmil to support learning at the Military Academy and to formulate efforts to improve the professionalism of Gadik Akmil to support learning at the Military Academy.This research is a qualitative, descriptive research supported by data obtained through observation, interviews and involvement with the research object. The qualitative analysis model uses the Miles & Hubberman model. Constraints in improving the professionalism of Gadik Akmil to support learning at the Magelang Military Academy include (1) In the field of education the obstacle is that there are still Gadik who have not been educated according to the provisions so that learning activities become less than optimal, the Magelang Military Academy curriculum that applies at this time is felt to have to continue to adapt to global challenges, the condition of hardware and software at the Magelang Military Academy needs to be updated, the weak level of coordination and integration between institutions responsible for education, the influence of globalization is unavoidable, the limited institutional financial budget, (2) the field of research is constrained by the limited opportunity to submit proposals that can be approved, (3) The field of community service is constrained by cultural diversity from the local community or implementers, lack of consistency, evaluation and feedback from program implementers. Efforts to increase the professionalism of Gadik Akmil to support learning at the Magelang Military Academy include (1) increasing the motivation of Magelang Akmil girls/lecturers in the implementation of the Integrated Tridharma, (2) increasing the integration of the implementation of the Tridharma with the output of higher education goals both integration of education with research, integration education with community service as well as integration of research with community service, (3) Increasing Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementation of the Tridharma. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala dalam peningkatan profesional Gadik Akmil guna mendukung pembelajaran di Akademi Militer dan untuk merumuskan upaya peningkatan profesional Gadik Akmil guna mendukung pembelajaran di Akademi Militer. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, deskriptif didukung dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan keterlibatan dengan objek penelitian. Model analisis kualitatif menggunakan model Miles & Hubberman. Kendala dalam peningkatan profesional Gadik Akmil guna mendukung pembelajaran di Akademi Militer Magelang antara lain (1) Bidang pendidikan kendalanya masih ada Gadik yang belum berpendidikan sesuai dengan ketentuan sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi kurang optimal, kurikulum Akmil Magelang yang berlaku pada saat ini dirasa harus terus beradaptasi dengan tantangan global, kondisi perangkat keras dan lunak di Akmil Magelang perlu diperbaharui, lemahnya tingkat koordinasi dan keterpaduan antar lembaga yang bertanggung jawab dalam dunia pendidikan, pengaruh globalisasi yang tidak dapat dihindarkan, Terbatasnya anggaran keuangan institusi, (2) Bidang penelitian kendalanya keterbatasan memperoleh kesempatan mengajukan proposal yang dapat disetujui, (3) Bidang pengabdian pada masyarakat kendalanya keragaman budaya dari masyarakat setempat ataupun para pelaksana, kurangnya konsistensi, evaluasi dan umpan balik dari pelaksana program.Upaya peningkatan profesional Gadik Akmil guna mendukung pembelajaran di Akademi Militer Magelang antara lain dengan (1) meningkatkan motivasi gadik/dosen Akmil Magelang dalam pelaksanaan Tridharma Terpadu, (2) meningkatkan integrasi pelaksanaan Tridharma dengan output tujuan pendidikan perguruan tinggi baik integrasi pendidikan dengan penelitian, integrasi pendidikan dengan pengabdian masyarakat serta integrasi penelitian dengan pengabdian masyarakat, (3) Lebih meningkatkan Monitoring Dan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Tridharma.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence of charismatic leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of KPP Pratama Wonosari employees with job satisfaction serves as moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where data collection uses questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 68 employees, where these employees served in KPP Pratama Wonosari. Validity test which shows that the statement in this study is valid, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha is declared reliable. This research uses SEM-SmartPLS analysis. The results of this analysis show that charismatic leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture do not serve any significant effect on employee performance. Moderating variable (job satisfaction) shows that it strenghten charismatic leadership effect to employee performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction weaken the effect of motivation to employee performance. Organizational culture moderated by job satisfaction does not have effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dihasilkan sesuai tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan kepada seorang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan capaian kinerja Lapas Kelas IIB Sleman yang belum memenuhi target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Pegawai Lapas Kelas IIB Sleman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan studi dokumen dan hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Lapas Kelas IIB Sleman ditinjau dari orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, dan capaian terhadap sasaran kinerja pegawai sudah baik. Akan tetapi perlu ditingkatkan kinerja ditinjau dari disiplin dan kerjasama. Performance is the result of work produced in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given to an employee. Based on the results of observations, it was found that the performance achievements of the Class IIB Sleman prison had not met the target. This study aims to analyze the performance of Class IIB Sleman prison staff. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the study of documents and the results of research data analysis, it shows that the performance of Class IIB Sleman Lapas employees in terms of service orientation, integrity, commitment, and achievement of employee performance targets is good. However, performance needs to be improved in terms of discipline and cooperation.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai Balai Pendidikan Kabupaten Bantul, faktor apa saja yang menghambat kinerja pegawai, bagaimana upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menemukan jawaban permasalahan penelitian. Hasil yang dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerja pegawai Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul dilihat dari hasil wawancara dengan Informan dilihat dari sembilan dimensi yaitu kuantitas, kualitas, waktu, biaya, orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, disiplin, dan kerjasama menunjukkan hasil yang baik, karena sudah memiliki kesembilan unsur dari dimensi penilaian kinerja sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 08 Tahun 2021, faktor penghambat kinerja pegawai baik intern maupun ekstren, intern berasal dari dalam diri pegawai, sedangkan faktor ekstern adalah penyesuaian diri dengan perubahan baik aturan maupun budaya, bahkan hambatan ekstern bisa dari masyarakat yang kurang tersosialisasi dengan baik layanan Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul. Upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang dilakukan Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul sangat variatif, mulai dari sharing, coaching, mengikutkan pegawai dalam diklat peningkatan kompetensi, pelatihan public speaking, refreshing jabatan sehingga untuk mutasi jabatan diharuskan menjadi hal yang biasa bagi pegawai Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul, agar semua pegawai tidak mengalami kejenuhan dalam bekerja, termasuk diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi diri melalui peningkatan akademis pegawai dalam penelitian ini juga dimasukan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi bagi pelaksanaan kinerja pegawai untuk meminimalisir kinerja pegawai yang kurang maksimal. This study aims to find out how the performance of the Bantul Regency Education Center employees, what factors hinder employee performance, how to improve employee performance. This study uses qualitative methods to find answers to research problems. The results of this study are the performance of the Bantul Regency Middle Education Center employees as seen from the results of interviews with informants viewed from nine dimensions, namely quantity, quality, time, cost, service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, and cooperation showed good results, because it has has nine elements of the performance appraisal dimension in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 08 of 2021, the inhibiting factors for employee performance both internal and external, internal come from within the employee, while external factors are adjustment to changes in both rules and culture , even external obstacles can come from people who are not well socialized with the services of the Bantul Regency Middle Education Center. Efforts to improve employee performance carried out by the Bantul Regency Middle Education Center are very varied, ranging from sharing, coaching, involving employees in competency improvement training, public speaking training, refreshing positions so that job transfers are required to become commonplace for Bantul Regency Middle Education Center employees, so that all employees do not experience boredom at work, including being given the opportunity to develop self-competence through academic improvement of employees in this study also included a monitoring and evaluation system for the implementation of employee performance to minimize employee performance that is less than optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kinerja belum maksimal, dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai pemungut restribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja pegawai pemungut retribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai pemungut retribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang belum optimal digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, untuk menganalisis upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pemungut retribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang digunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang menunjukkan hasil baik. Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang belum optimal dikarenakan berkurangnya motivasi pegawai dalam bekerja terlihat dari seringnya datang terlambat, menunda pekerjaan, serta memanfaatkan fasilitas kantor untuk kepentingan pribadi serta adanya keluhan dari berberapa masyarakat pengunjung bahwa lambatnya proses pengurusan administrasi hal ini menunjukkan penurunan kualitas kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang, Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana serta Penguasaan teknologi Industri. Upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang adalah menerapkan disiplin kerja Pegawai Sipil Negara, menerapkan sistem target dalam penggajian, pengawasan internal, pengawasan eksternal, menciptakan situasi dan iklim yang kondusif bagi Pegawai Sipil Negara, memberikan insentif dan memberikan kompensasi. This study aims to find out and analyze how employees perform, to find out and analyze what factors cause performance to not be maximized, and to find out and analyze what efforts are being made to improve the performance of retribution collection employees at the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive field research. The method used to obtain the data needed in the research was carried out by interviews, documentation, observation. To analyze how the performance of levy collector employees at the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office used descriptive qualitative analysis, to find out what factors caused the performance of levy collector employees at the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office to not optimally used qualitative descriptive analysis, to analyze efforts to improve employee performance The collection of retribution from the Office of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Magelang Regency used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the performance of employees at the Cooperative and UKM Trade Office in Magelang Regency showed good results. The performance of employees of the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office is not optimal due to reduced employee motivation at work as seen from the frequent arrivals late, delaying work, and using office facilities for personal gain as well as complaints from some community visitors that the slow process of administering administration shows a decrease in quality performance of employees of the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Service, Limited facilities and infrastructure and Mastery of Industrial technology. Efforts to improve the performance of employees of the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Service are implementing work discipline for State Civil Servants, implementing a target system in payroll, internal supervision, external supervision, creating a conducive situation and climate for State Civil Servants, providing incentives and providing compensation.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of government spending and other fiscal variables on economic growth and per capita income in 33 provinces in Indonesia. Other fiscal variables used are personnel expenditures, capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures. The data used is panel data in 33 regions in Indonesia, data obtained from Kemenkeu.go.id. The source of provincial-level data is obtained from the APBD summary issued by the Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The estimation method is Pooled Least Squares. The estimation results show that the variables of Government Expenditure, Government Expenditure per Capita, and share of Government Expenditure on GRDP have no effect on economic growth but positively affect income per capita. Meanwhile, other fiscal variables consisting of personnel expenditure, capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services, in the form of total, per capita and share of GRDP, have a positive effect on economic growth and income per capita. The recommendation from this research is for the provincial government to map its spending well so that the goal of increasing people income can be achieved.
