Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dihasilkan sesuai tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan kepada seorang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan capaian kinerja Lapas Kelas IIB Sleman yang belum memenuhi target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Pegawai Lapas Kelas IIB Sleman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan studi dokumen dan hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Lapas Kelas IIB Sleman ditinjau dari orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, dan capaian terhadap sasaran kinerja pegawai sudah baik. Akan tetapi perlu ditingkatkan kinerja ditinjau dari disiplin dan kerjasama. Performance is the result of work produced in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given to an employee. Based on the results of observations, it was found that the performance achievements of the Class IIB Sleman prison had not met the target. This study aims to analyze the performance of Class IIB Sleman prison staff. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the study of documents and the results of research data analysis, it shows that the performance of Class IIB Sleman Lapas employees in terms of service orientation, integrity, commitment, and achievement of employee performance targets is good. However, performance needs to be improved in terms of discipline and cooperation.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai Balai Pendidikan Kabupaten Bantul, faktor apa saja yang menghambat kinerja pegawai, bagaimana upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menemukan jawaban permasalahan penelitian. Hasil yang dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerja pegawai Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul dilihat dari hasil wawancara dengan Informan dilihat dari sembilan dimensi yaitu kuantitas, kualitas, waktu, biaya, orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, disiplin, dan kerjasama menunjukkan hasil yang baik, karena sudah memiliki kesembilan unsur dari dimensi penilaian kinerja sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 08 Tahun 2021, faktor penghambat kinerja pegawai baik intern maupun ekstren, intern berasal dari dalam diri pegawai, sedangkan faktor ekstern adalah penyesuaian diri dengan perubahan baik aturan maupun budaya, bahkan hambatan ekstern bisa dari masyarakat yang kurang tersosialisasi dengan baik layanan Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul. Upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang dilakukan Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul sangat variatif, mulai dari sharing, coaching, mengikutkan pegawai dalam diklat peningkatan kompetensi, pelatihan public speaking, refreshing jabatan sehingga untuk mutasi jabatan diharuskan menjadi hal yang biasa bagi pegawai Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Bantul, agar semua pegawai tidak mengalami kejenuhan dalam bekerja, termasuk diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi diri melalui peningkatan akademis pegawai dalam penelitian ini juga dimasukan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi bagi pelaksanaan kinerja pegawai untuk meminimalisir kinerja pegawai yang kurang maksimal. This study aims to find out how the performance of the Bantul Regency Education Center employees, what factors hinder employee performance, how to improve employee performance. This study uses qualitative methods to find answers to research problems. The results of this study are the performance of the Bantul Regency Middle Education Center employees as seen from the results of interviews with informants viewed from nine dimensions, namely quantity, quality, time, cost, service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, and cooperation showed good results, because it has has nine elements of the performance appraisal dimension in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 08 of 2021, the inhibiting factors for employee performance both internal and external, internal come from within the employee, while external factors are adjustment to changes in both rules and culture , even external obstacles can come from people who are not well socialized with the services of the Bantul Regency Middle Education Center. Efforts to improve employee performance carried out by the Bantul Regency Middle Education Center are very varied, ranging from sharing, coaching, involving employees in competency improvement training, public speaking training, refreshing positions so that job transfers are required to become commonplace for Bantul Regency Middle Education Center employees, so that all employees do not experience boredom at work, including being given the opportunity to develop self-competence through academic improvement of employees in this study also included a monitoring and evaluation system for the implementation of employee performance to minimize employee performance that is less than optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kinerja belum maksimal, dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai pemungut restribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja pegawai pemungut retribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai pemungut retribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang belum optimal digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, untuk menganalisis upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pemungut retribusi Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang digunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang menunjukkan hasil baik. Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang belum optimal dikarenakan berkurangnya motivasi pegawai dalam bekerja terlihat dari seringnya datang terlambat, menunda pekerjaan, serta memanfaatkan fasilitas kantor untuk kepentingan pribadi serta adanya keluhan dari berberapa masyarakat pengunjung bahwa lambatnya proses pengurusan administrasi hal ini menunjukkan penurunan kualitas kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang, Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana serta Penguasaan teknologi Industri. Upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang adalah menerapkan disiplin kerja Pegawai Sipil Negara, menerapkan sistem target dalam penggajian, pengawasan internal, pengawasan eksternal, menciptakan situasi dan iklim yang kondusif bagi Pegawai Sipil Negara, memberikan insentif dan memberikan kompensasi. This study aims to find out and analyze how employees perform, to find out and analyze what factors cause performance to not be maximized, and to find out and analyze what efforts are being made to improve the performance of retribution collection employees at the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive field research. The method used to obtain the data needed in the research was carried out by interviews, documentation, observation. To analyze how the performance of levy collector employees at the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office used descriptive qualitative analysis, to find out what factors caused the performance of levy collector employees at the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office to not optimally used qualitative descriptive analysis, to analyze efforts to improve employee performance The collection of retribution from the Office of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Magelang Regency used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the performance of employees at the Cooperative and UKM Trade Office in Magelang Regency showed good results. The performance of employees of the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Office is not optimal due to reduced employee motivation at work as seen from the frequent arrivals late, delaying work, and using office facilities for personal gain as well as complaints from some community visitors that the slow process of administering administration shows a decrease in quality performance of employees of the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Service, Limited facilities and infrastructure and Mastery of Industrial technology. Efforts to improve the performance of employees of the Magelang Regency Cooperative and UKM Trade Service are implementing work discipline for State Civil Servants, implementing a target system in payroll, internal supervision, external supervision, creating a conducive situation and climate for State Civil Servants, providing incentives and providing compensation.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of government spending and other fiscal variables on economic growth and per capita income in 33 provinces in Indonesia. Other fiscal variables used are personnel expenditures, capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures. The data used is panel data in 33 regions in Indonesia, data obtained from Kemenkeu.go.id. The source of provincial-level data is obtained from the APBD summary issued by the Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The estimation method is Pooled Least Squares. The estimation results show that the variables of Government Expenditure, Government Expenditure per Capita, and share of Government Expenditure on GRDP have no effect on economic growth but positively affect income per capita. Meanwhile, other fiscal variables consisting of personnel expenditure, capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services, in the form of total, per capita and share of GRDP, have a positive effect on economic growth and income per capita. The recommendation from this research is for the provincial government to map its spending well so that the goal of increasing people income can be achieved.

Abstract

Warga Bodeh Amberkawang Gamping Sleman memiliki kebiasaan membakar sampah untuk membersihkan lingkungan. Aktivitas ini sangat mengganggu, karena udara menjadi kotor dan sisa pembakaran juga terkadang berserakan kembali. Bank sampah diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi persoalan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis yang pada akhirnya dapat menambah pendapatan rumah tangga. Selama ini di Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman belum ada Bank sampah, diharapkan dengan ruang lingkup yang kecil terlebih dahulu yaitu melalui dasawisma akan lebih mudah mengelola dan mengendalikan. Apabila kegiatan ini dapat berjalan baik, diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai percontohan dan pada akhirnya akan merambah ke ruang lingkup yang lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pertama dengan ceramah yaitu dengan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dan mengumpulkan serta melakukan pemilahan sampah agar memberikan nilai ekonomis bagi peserta. Kedua, memberikan pendampingan kepada warga dalam memilah dan mengumpulkan sampah. Ketiga, mengundang pengepul untuk menimbang dan membeli sampah tersebut. Uang yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan akan dikumpulkan sebagai tabungan masing-masing anggota dasawisma. Program PKM ini merupakan program permulaan, sehingga target utama tercapai yaitu dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan terbentuknya komunitas bank sampah di dasawisma melati II Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The aims of the study were to find out the causes of the role of midwives in Community Health Efforts (UKM) for MCH-KB services at the Jumo Health Center, Temanggung Regency, which still needs to be improved, and to formulate efforts to increase the role of midwives in Community Health Efforts (UKM) for KIA-KB services at Jumo Health Center, Temanggung Regency. The research design used was qualitative research, descriptive supported by data obtained by means of observation, interviews and involvement with the research object. The qualitative analysis model uses the Miles & Hubberman model. The results of the study show that the reasons for the increased role of midwives in Community Health Efforts (UKM) for KIA-KB services at the Jumo Health Center in Temanggung Regency still need to be improved, including the competence of midwives who need to be improved and the lack of guidance from the health office, community involvement which is the mainstay of providing first level health services has not been optimally developed and limited budget and infrastructure in carrying out its role in UKM activities of KIA-KB services. Efforts to increase the role of midwives in Community Health Efforts (UKM) for KIA-KB Services at the Jumo Health Center, Temanggung Regency are (a) Increasing the competence of midwives, especially regarding Community Health Efforts (UKM) for KIA-KB services and increasing guidance from the Temanggung District Health Office; (b) Increase the involvement of the community which is the mainstay of the implementation of first level health services; (c) Increasing the budget and infrastructure in carrying out its role in UKM activities for KIA-KB services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the existence of regional infrastructure and the number of poor people and to know the distribution of infrastructure in each district/city in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The data used is a primary data crosssection derived from Village Potential Data Collection (Q-Podes). This study uses two methods, namely, Ordinary Least Square Regression, to determine the relationship between variables and Geo-Map Orange Data Mining to determine the distribution and equitable distribution of infrastructure. Empirical results show that areas with electricity sources from the State Electricity Company (PLN), Information and communication infrastructure, trade and service infrastructure, agricultural infrastructure, and good sanitation can reduce the number of poor people. However, drainage infrastructure, cultural and health education infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure have not been able to reduce the number of poor people in DIY. In addition, the occurrence of uneven development, which is seen in the uneven infrastructure in each region, is also an inhibiting factor in reducing the number of poor people in DIY.

Abstract

Candi Mas Group sebagai mitra adalah usaha SPBU dengan 7 cabang yang berada dititik strategis wilayah Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah. Selain itu, Candi Mas Group juga memiliki unit usaha lainnya seperti rumah makan, angkringan, mini market dan air mineral. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra antara lain kurangnya pelatihan untuk membangun dan meningkatkan semangat teamwork dan kepemimpinan. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan persaingan antar bisnis sejenis juga semakin tinggi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Solusi tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan tim kerja dan kepemimpinan. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap kegiatan, tahap evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode simulasi permainan, ceramah diskusi dan membahas studi kasus bersama. Target luaran kegiatan atau tujuan antara lain peningkatan kompetensi dari mitra, terciptanya sinergi antara pimpinan dan bawahan, peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan manajemen bagi masyarakat, peningkatan daya saing dan nilai tambah dari sumber daya manusia. Peserta kegiatan adalah karyawan dan pimpinan Candi Mas Group sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sinergi dengan tim kerja dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang semula hanya 12% meningkat menjadi 64%. Hasil dari pelatihan tim kerja dan kepemimpinan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sekarang memahami dan menyadari pentingnya sikap kepemimpinan bagi tim dan lingkungan kerja. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa peserta telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya kerja sama, sikap kepemimpinan dan membangun rasa kebersamaan dalam menyelesaikan tugas. ABSTRACT The Candi Mas Group, as a business partner, runs a gas station operation with seven branches in strategic locations across Yogyakarta and Central Java. Furthermore, the Candi Mas Group also operates various other businesses, including restaurants, angkringans (traditional food stalls), mini markets, and a mineral water production unit. The partners face challenges such as insufficient training to develop and enhance teamwork and leadership skills, which is critical due to the increasingly competitive business landscape and heightened competition among similar businesses. The objective of this community service initiative is to offer solutions to these issues. The proposed solution involves providing training in teamwork and leadership. This training is structured into several stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring, utilizing methods like simulation games, lectures, discussions, and case studies. The expected outcomes include enhancing the competencies of the partners, fostering synergy between leaders and subordinates, improving management knowledge and understanding within the community, and boosting the competitiveness and value of human resources. The training program involves 50 employees and leaders from the Candi Mas Group. The results demonstrate an improvement in teamwork synergy and leadership skills, with initial scores of 6.5-7.00 rising to 8.00-8.50. The training outcomes indicate that participants now recognize and understand the importance of leadership attitudes in the team and work environment. In conclusion, the participants have acquired knowledge and understanding of the significance of cooperation, leadership attitudes, and fostering a sense of unity in task completion. Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the recruitment management of new student admissions at Walisongo Sragen High School as an effort to improve the quality of graduates. Secondary education has a crucial role in shaping the character and skills of students, and an effective recruitment process can be the key to success in achieving this goal. The research results show that a well-planned recruitment strategy can improve the quality of incoming new students, as well as influence the quality of graduates. The use of information technology and social media is also an important factor in achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process. Apart from that, parental involvement in the recruitment process can have a positive impact on students' academic and non-academic development during their study period at Walisongo High School, Sragen. This research contributes to schools improving recruitment management strategies, including the use of technology and parental involvement as an integral part of the process. In this way, it is hoped that Walisongo Sragen High School can produce quality graduates, ready to face global challenges, and make a positive contribution to society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of workload on employee performance, (2) the effect of discipline on employee performance, (3) the effect of workload on motivation, (4) the effect of discipline on motivation, (5) the effect of workload through motivation on employee performance, and (6) the effect of discipline through motivation on employee performance at Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Gunungkidul where motivation is an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research and a population research. The analytical method in this study uses the instrument item validity test and the reliability test. The analysis prerequisite test consists of the Multiple Linear Regression Test and the Coefficient of Determination Test. In testing the hypothesis using the T-Test, F-Test, and Path Analysis Methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant effect of workload on the performance, (2) there is a significant performance effect, (3) there is no significant effect of workload on motivation with significant 0.281 > 0.05, (4) there is a significant effect of discipline on motivation, (5) there is no significant effect of workload through motivation on employee performance, (6) there is no the significant effect of discipline through motivation on employee performance.
