Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of services expected and provided to tuberculosis patients and to formulate efforts to improve the quality of services for tuberculosis patients at the Lung Poly, Regional General Hospital, dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using 112 tuberculosis patients in the pulmonary polyclinic of RSUD. dr. Soeroto Ngawi as the respondent. Based on the data analysis, it was obtained that the patient expectation was 34.88 and the reality score was 30.16 with a gap of 4.73. The patient satisfaction index on the quality of service at the Pulmonary Polyclinic of the Regional General Hospital dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regency is in the satisfied category. Efforts that can be formulated to improve service quality include: Health workers need to improve the delivery of information related to activities and behavior to patients so that they can maximize treatment and minimize transmission. Standard Operating Procedure is needed regarding information that needs to be conveyed to patients and socialization to health workers so that misinformation can be minimized. Provision of written information through various media that is easily accessible to patients is needed, health workers need to increase the use of Personal Protective Equipment as an effort to prevent transmission and minimize the risk of infection, especially for health workers along with SOPs for supervision from management to improve the compliance of health workers in the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Health workers need to improve physical appearance, neatness to improve the quality of service to patients and increase alertness in services, especially in the registration section. The hospital needs to improve the quality of services, especially the registration section so that it can improve the quality of services provided and according to patient expectations. The hospital can organize and involve human resources in various trainings such as communication training, excellent service to improve the quality of service to patients. Supervision is needed regarding services to tuberculosis patients, especially in the registration section by the person in charge and the head of the room so that the quality of service can be optimal.

Abstract

The growth of interest in business, especially in the culinary, opens up opportunities to develop a business with a franchise system. This study aims to analyze business development and the efforts of culinary business owner with a franchise system. A franchise or franchising is a method of distributing products or services involving a franchisor, who establishes the brand trademark or trade name and a business system, and a franchisee, who pays a royalty and often an initial fee for the right to do business under the franchisor name and system based on franchise agreements. The research was conducted on a culinary company named BeMa Bebek Madura which has applying franchise system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are two types of franchise systems, pure franchising and product distribution franchising. There is an analysis of business criteria that run a franchise system. Business owners in running a franchise system make various efforts since the franchise agreement will be implemented until the business runs to ensure the business runs well.

Abstract

Warga Bodeh Amberkawang Gamping Sleman memiliki kebiasaan membakar sampah untuk membersihkan lingkungan. Aktivitas ini sangat mengganggu, karena udara menjadi kotor dan sisa pembakaran juga terkadang berserakan kembali. Bank sampah diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi persoalan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis yang pada akhirnya dapat menambah pendapatan rumah tangga. Selama ini di Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman belum ada Bank sampah, diharapkan dengan ruang lingkup yang kecil terlebih dahulu yaitu melalui dasawisma akan lebih mudah mengelola dan mengendalikan. Apabila kegiatan ini dapat berjalan baik, diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai percontohan dan pada akhirnya akan merambah ke ruang lingkup yang lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pertama dengan ceramah yaitu dengan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dan mengumpulkan serta melakukan pemilahan sampah agar memberikan nilai ekonomis bagi peserta. Kedua, memberikan pendampingan kepada warga dalam memilah dan mengumpulkan sampah. Ketiga, mengundang pengepul untuk menimbang dan membeli sampah tersebut. Uang yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan akan dikumpulkan sebagai tabungan masing-masing anggota dasawisma. Program PKM ini merupakan program permulaan, sehingga target utama tercapai yaitu dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan terbentuknya komunitas bank sampah di dasawisma melati II Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Fiscal sustainability has become a concern in many economies due to increasing government debt trends, including in Indonesia. The results of existing research on fiscal sustainability show no uniformity in measurement indicators and provisions for the government debt threshold. This study aims to measure the fiscal sustainability threshold in Indonesia. This research was conducted using time series data during the 2000 – 2019 period and applied four measurement methods: the standard method, the Operational Recursive Algorithm, the probabilistic method, and the sudden stop of modal flow in Indonesia.The measurement results show that fiscal policy in Indonesia is not sustainable based on the standard method of fiscal policy during the period 2000 - 2019. However, the Operational Recursive Algorithm method results show that fiscal policy in Indonesia is sustainable. The Probabilistic approach estimates that the safe ratio of government debt is 69.69%, concluding that Indonesia's fiscal sector is sustainable. The Sudden Stop approach shows that in 2005 – 2014, 2016, and 2019, the value of β is larger than 1. This value means that the position of government debt is dominated by debt in domestic currency units, tradable goods dominate national income, and fiscal sustainability is influenced more by changes in the internal environment. In 2015 and 2017 – 2019, however, the value of β is lower than 1. This shift is due to an increase in debt denominated in domestic currency followed by a decrease in the composition of tradable goods. The overall conclusion from the analysis using the four methods is that fiscal policy in Indonesia is a sustainable policy. AbstrakKesinambungan fiskal menjadi perhatian di banyak perekonomian, terutama dengan adanya tren peningkatan jumlah utang pemerintah di banyak negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian yang ada tentang kesinambungan fiskal menunjukkan ketidakseragaman dalam hal indikator pengukuran maupun ketentuan ambang batas utang pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur ambang batas kesinambungan fiskal di Indonesia, dengan mengaplikasikan empat metode pengukuran, yaitu: metode standar, operational recursive algorithm, probabilistic dan sudden stop aliran modal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk kurun waktu selama periode tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2019. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan metode standar kebijakan fiskal selama periode tahun 2000 - 2019 tidak berkesinambungan. Namun hasil metode Operasional Recursive Algorithm menunjukkan kebijakan fiskal di Indonesia merupakan kebijakan yang berkesinambungan. Estimasi pendekatan Probabilistic menunjukkan bahwa rasio utang pemerintah yang aman adalah 69,69% sehingga fiskal di Indonesia berkesinambungan. Pendekatan Sudden Stop menunjukkan bahwa pada 2005 – 2014, 2016, dan 2019 besarnya  lebih besar dari 1. Hal ini menunjukkan posisi utang pemerintah didominasi oleh utang dalam satuan mata uang domestik, pendapatan nasional didominasi oleh tradable goods, dan kesinambungan fiskal lebih dipengaruhi perubahan lingkungan internal. Pada tahun 2015, 2017 – 2019 nilai  lebih kecil dari 1. Kesimpulan akhir dari analisis dengan keempat metode tersebut adalah bahwa kebijakan fiskal di Indonesia adalah kebijakan yang berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This research aims to provide simple tools for MSMEs to understand the market conditions they are facing. Moreover, this research also intended to provide information for MSMEs on where customers can buy their products and their ability to access the digital marketing platform they will use. The expected users of these tools are MSMEs. Hence, the important aspect of constructing the tools highlighted in this research is simple, general, and inexpensive. Three key questions try to answer in this research are (1) where the customers are; (2) whether there are potential customers for MSMEs; and (3) do they have the ability to access the digital marketing platform that the MSMEs will try to use in this pandemic. This research proposes two types of indicators for targeted digital marketing. The first indicator is the regional indicator, which shows the capacity of the regions to spend or consume. The second indicator is a household indicator that shows the purchasing ability to consume and the ability of a household to access a digital platform. The data is estimated at the provincial level using annual data obtained from Statistics Indonesia. The results show that the provinces in Java currently have the highest potential for accessing digital platforms. However, analyzing the data using the growth variables shows a big potential for provinces in Kalimantan and Sulawesi as the next destination for expanding the digital platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze the absorption of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of the oil and gas industry. The method used is a qualitative research method, with the type of research that is descriptive. This research was conducted by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, with the research location being the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. The research instrument in the form of a list of questions asked directly to the relevant resource persons. The results showed that the absorption rate of Alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of work of oil and gas companies in 2019 to 2021 were 28%, 13.33%, and 8%, respectively. Thus, from year to year the absorption of alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta has decreased. This is due to several factors including: lack of mastery of English language skills, lack of availability of facilities, lack of alumni associations and not having certification in the oil and gas sector. In order to increase the absorption of Alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of work for oil and gas companies, the efforts currently being developed by the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta, need support from various parties, both from internal parties (the entire academic community) and external parties (alumni and other stakeholders).

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the concept of a green economy, developments, opportunities, and challenges faced by Southeast Asian countries with implementing a green economy. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from various sources, including the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), OECD, BAPPENAS, and other sources. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that ASEAN countries have enormous opportunities because SEA has favorable demographics and a rapidly growing middle class. 380M residents (~60% of the total population) are under 35. Above-average growth of 4% annual nominal GDP growth over the past decade. Each country has unique advantages and roles to play in the global economy. And the World's 11th largest car manufacturer, with the potential to become an Electric Vehicle (EV). Facing challenges in terms of making decarbonization in terms of dependence on fossil fuels, conditions as a developing country, efforts to balance decarbonization and growth as an island country facing connectivity constraints, the large number of workers working in the fossil fuel sector, and resource imbalances that can be renewed. Recommended actions: Build capacity for better enforcement of existing conservation policies, Incentivize the restoration/protection of forestlands vs. new land clearing for plantations, and Incentivize mangrove and peatland restoration/protection at scale. As an island country, efforts to balance decarbonization and growth face connectivity constraints, the large number of workers working in the fossil fuel sector, and inequality in renewable resources. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the Occupational Health Safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City, to analyze the constraints that caused the implementation of the Occupational Health Safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City to be not optimal, to formulate efforts to overcome the obstacles. Obstacles that arise in the implementation of the Occupational Health safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City. As a result, the implementation of SMK3 (K3 Management System) at the Tidar Hospital in Magelang City has been implemented according to applicable regulatory standards and especially Permenkes No. 66 of 2016 regarding SMK3 in Hospitals which consists of K3RS Policy Determination, K3RS Planning, K3RS Plan Implementation, K3RS Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, and K3RS Performance Review and Improvement, but it is still not optimal marked by several activities that have not been implemented properly and are still happening K3 incident. Efforts to overcome the obstacles that arise in the implementation of the Occupational Health safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City, include conducting socialization and training on OHS, socializing regularly to all employees/staff about the importance of reporting any work accident incidents at Tidar Hospital, the availability of appropriate funds for the implementation of SMK3 at Tidar Hospital, the management needs to determine sufficient human resources in the OHS Committee so that the implementation can run smoothly, provide increased competition in the OHS field for Tidar Hospital employees, Magelang City, hold a Meeting/safety toolbox induction at the start of work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the existence of regional infrastructure and the number of poor people and to know the distribution of infrastructure in each district/city in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The data used is a primary data crosssection derived from Village Potential Data Collection (Q-Podes). This study uses two methods, namely, Ordinary Least Square Regression, to determine the relationship between variables and Geo-Map Orange Data Mining to determine the distribution and equitable distribution of infrastructure. Empirical results show that areas with electricity sources from the State Electricity Company (PLN), Information and communication infrastructure, trade and service infrastructure, agricultural infrastructure, and good sanitation can reduce the number of poor people. However, drainage infrastructure, cultural and health education infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure have not been able to reduce the number of poor people in DIY. In addition, the occurrence of uneven development, which is seen in the uneven infrastructure in each region, is also an inhibiting factor in reducing the number of poor people in DIY.

Abstract

Candi Mas Group sebagai mitra adalah usaha SPBU dengan 7 cabang yang berada dititik strategis wilayah Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah. Selain itu, Candi Mas Group juga memiliki unit usaha lainnya seperti rumah makan, angkringan, mini market dan air mineral. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra antara lain kurangnya pelatihan untuk membangun dan meningkatkan semangat teamwork dan kepemimpinan. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan persaingan antar bisnis sejenis juga semakin tinggi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Solusi tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan tim kerja dan kepemimpinan. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap kegiatan, tahap evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode simulasi permainan, ceramah diskusi dan membahas studi kasus bersama. Target luaran kegiatan atau tujuan antara lain peningkatan kompetensi dari mitra, terciptanya sinergi antara pimpinan dan bawahan, peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan manajemen bagi masyarakat, peningkatan daya saing dan nilai tambah dari sumber daya manusia. Peserta kegiatan adalah karyawan dan pimpinan Candi Mas Group sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sinergi dengan tim kerja dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang semula hanya 12% meningkat menjadi 64%. Hasil dari pelatihan tim kerja dan kepemimpinan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sekarang memahami dan menyadari pentingnya sikap kepemimpinan bagi tim dan lingkungan kerja. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa peserta telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya kerja sama, sikap kepemimpinan dan membangun rasa kebersamaan dalam menyelesaikan tugas. ABSTRACT The Candi Mas Group, as a business partner, runs a gas station operation with seven branches in strategic locations across Yogyakarta and Central Java. Furthermore, the Candi Mas Group also operates various other businesses, including restaurants, angkringans (traditional food stalls), mini markets, and a mineral water production unit. The partners face challenges such as insufficient training to develop and enhance teamwork and leadership skills, which is critical due to the increasingly competitive business landscape and heightened competition among similar businesses. The objective of this community service initiative is to offer solutions to these issues. The proposed solution involves providing training in teamwork and leadership. This training is structured into several stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring, utilizing methods like simulation games, lectures, discussions, and case studies. The expected outcomes include enhancing the competencies of the partners, fostering synergy between leaders and subordinates, improving management knowledge and understanding within the community, and boosting the competitiveness and value of human resources. The training program involves 50 employees and leaders from the Candi Mas Group. The results demonstrate an improvement in teamwork synergy and leadership skills, with initial scores of 6.5-7.00 rising to 8.00-8.50. The training outcomes indicate that participants now recognize and understand the importance of leadership attitudes in the team and work environment. In conclusion, the participants have acquired knowledge and understanding of the significance of cooperation, leadership attitudes, and fostering a sense of unity in task completion.
