Abstract

Game edukasi penanggulangan bencana banjir merupakan Game yang telah dirancang oleh penulis pada tahun 2019 bekerja sama dengan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Makassar. Game edukasi penanggulangan bencana banjir ini ditunjukkan bagi masyarakat Kota Makassar yang terkena dampak banjir, agar dapat mengetahui langkah apa yang harus dilakukan jika terjadi bencana banjir. manajemen bencana menggunakan model standar ISO/IEC 9126. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pendidikan game adalah model standar ISO/IEC 9126, standar ISO/IEC 9126 merupakan bagian dari standar ISO 9000 yang merupakan standar terpenting dalam bidang penjaminan mutu berupa totalitas. perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari fungsionalitas, keandalan, kegunaan, efisiensi, pemeliharaan, dan portabilitas. Hasil kajian berdasarkan model standar ISO/IEC 9126 adalah pengukuran masing-masing indikator dengan hasil 1,4% sangat tidak setuju, 2,8% tidak setuju, 84,1% setuju dan 11,7% sangat setuju.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah suatu sistem pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter tertentu kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana peran program BPI dalam menguatkan kepribadian peserta didik, pembentukan karakter peserta didik dan pembiasaan ibadah pada kelas V Ki Hajar Dewantara di SDIT Permata Bunda III. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Jenis penelitian adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai referensi terkait topik penelitian dan observasi pelaksanaan BPI yang telah dilaksanakan pada kelas V Ki Hajar Dewantara di SDIT Permata Bunda III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program BPI memiliki peran penting dalam menguatkan kepribadian peserta didik, pembentukan karakter dan pembiasaan ibadah peserta didik terlihat dari capaian ibadah dan hasil observasi budaya sekolah yang telah dilakukan. Penulis menyarankan agar pihak sekolah terus melanjutkan program BPI dengan melakukan kreativitas dalam mengembangkan metode, teknik, ataupun strategi yang lebih kreatif sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi saat ini sehingga bonus demografi dapat diperoleh.

Abstract

The Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) was implemented to support character development through project-based learning. This study aimed to describe the management of P5 at SDIT Permata Bunda III Bandar Lampung. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, involving 1 principal, 3 P5 coordinators, 6 teachers, and 20 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document review, and were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s model of data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that P5 was managed through four stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. Planning was carried out collaboratively by aligning project themes with Pancasila and Islamic values. Organizing involved distributing roles among coordinators, teachers, and parents. Implementation used project-based learning activities, such as environmental care and social charity projects. Evaluation was conducted through rubrics and student reflections. Records indicated a 35% decrease in disciplinary incidents and increased student participation. The study concluded that effective management practices and value integration supported improvements in students’ character development and highlighted the need to strengthen leadership and teacher competence in managing P5.

Abstract

The stagnation of the academic atmosphere in Islamic educational institutions is often caused by management practices that are trapped in administrative formalities and a scientific dichotomy that separates religious knowledge from science. This study aims to deconstruct Islamic education management practices and offer a new model based on an Islamic epistemological review. This research is a qualitative library research utilizing a philosophical-pedagogical approach. Data were sourced from authoritative literature on Islamic educational philosophy and modern management, analyzed using content analysis and hermeneutics methods. The findings reveal that ideal Islamic education management must be built upon the integration of three epistemological reasonings: Bayani (textual), Burhani (rational-empirical), and Irfani (intuitive-spiritual). Bayani reasoning serves as a guardian of religious identity and ethics, Burhani reasoning encourages a culture of research and scientific innovation, while Irfani reasoning strengthens the dimensions of character and spirituality. This study recommends an "integrative-circular management" model that synergizes these three reasonings to create a holistic academic atmosphere, aiming to produce 'ulul albab' graduates who possess spiritual strength (dhikr), intellectual capacity (fikr), and good deeds (amal).

Abstract

This application aims to understand computer networks easily by using multimedia applications to unite motion, images, text, and sound with the result that visible more visually and more alive. With this method, it is hoped that students will quicly understand computer network science. The results of the research show that it has been designed and tested on students where this application has an evaluation within and listening to the material as guide, it is hoped that this application can make students easy to learn computer networks.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan pelayanan penjualan jasa bank atau lembaga keuangan non bank berusaha lebih baik dibanding para pesaing yaitu memberikan layanan yang berkualitas yang bisa memuaskan nasabah. Nasabah berharap produk jasa layanan diterima sangat memuaskan. Nasabah akan merasa puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh bank umum apabila mereka merasakan kualitas layanan yang mereka terima dapat memenuhi harapannya. Nasabah yang puas akan menjalin hubungan jangka panjang yang lebih bernilai kepada bank atau lembaga keuangan non bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dampak peningkatan kualitas layanan terhadap ; peningkatan kepuasan debitur, peningkatan kepercayaan debitur. Menguji dampak peningkatan kepuasan debitur terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan debitur. Dan menguji dampak peningkatan kualitas layanan akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan loyalitas debitur. Objek penelitian ini adalah debitur pada Kantor PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Tulungagung. Riset ini termasuk dalam desain riset koklusif jenis eksplanatori riset dan sekaligus konfirmatori riset karena menguji dan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan dampak langsung dan tidak langsung kualitas layanan dan terhadap kualitas debitur dapat diketahui bahwa: dampak langsung kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas debitur sebesar 0,411. Dampak tidak langsung kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas debitur (dampak mediasi kepuasaan dan kepercayaan debitur)sebesar 0,213. Sehingga dampak secara langsung lebih besar dibanding dampak tidak langsungnya (dampak mediasi), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan dampak kualitas layanan yang secara langsung lebih besar dibandingkan dampak peranan mediasi kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas debitur. Sedangkan untuk dampak inovasi produk secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas debitur dapat diketahui bahwa: dampak langsung inovasi terhadap loyalitas debitur sebesar 0,087. Dampak tidak langsung inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas debitur (dampak mediasi kepercayaan debitur) sebesar 0,098. Sehingga pengaruh langsung lebih kecil dibanding dampak tidak langsungnya (pengaruh mediasi), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan dampak inovasi produk secara langsung lebih kecil dibandingkan dampak peranan mediasi kepercayaan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas debitur.

Abstract

Purpose: This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of young women in processing milkfish into healthy snacks that are appealing, thus promoting better nutritional intake and economic opportunities in Bonto Langkasa, Minasa Te’ne District, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Methodology/approach: This activity was carried out in Bonto Langkasa with participating adolescent girls as the main target. The project adopted a participatory approach, including nutritional counseling, hands-on training using simple, locally sourced tools, and digital marketing workshops. Materials used were fresh milkfish, healthy additives, and packaging sourced from local markets. Pre- and post-tests, as well as follow-up surveys, were conducted to measure changes in knowledge, skills, and snack production rates. Results/findings: The program successfully increased participants’ knowledge about nutrition and practical skills in producing healthy milkfish-based snacks. Several participants started small-scale production, selling snacks in their communities. The project also improved participants' digital marketing competencies. Conclusion: Community service that focuses on innovative, healthy snacks using local resources, such as milkfish, can bridge nutritional knowledge-practice gaps, contribute to adolescent health, and foster economic opportunities for young women. This model is sustainable and replicable in other fishing communities. Limitations: Milkfish snack innovation is limited by simple technology, cultural preferences, basic nutritional focus, limited digital marketing, and narrow youth coverage, requiring further studies in other regions. Contribution: The contribution of this community service is to enhance nutritional knowledge, and develop healthy snack production skills, empower young women economically, optimize local milkfish production, and expand marketing through digital means.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan, mendampingi guru tentang perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, dapat meningkatkan softskill dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari bagaimana guru membuat materi pembelajaran berbasis media, video pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan AI, sehingga para siswa mudah memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh gurunya dan mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Dengan pendekatan yang teliti dan bijaksana, mulai dari pemaparan teori dan praktek langsung, pengembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan dapat membawa manfaat positif dan berkelanjutan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah guru SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Makassar sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tingkat kepahaman peserta sebanyak 54%, kurang paham 29 %, dan tidak paham 17%. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra dapat memanfaatkan AI dalam mendesain materi pembelajaran, mengelola dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this service activity is to provide training, accompany teachers about the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education. With this activity, it can improve soft skills in the teaching and learning process, starting from how teachers create media-based learning materials, interesting learning videos using AI, so that students can easily understand what is conveyed by their teachers and integrate AI in the daily learning process. It is hoped that following these activities will help create a learning environment that is more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of students and teachers. With a rigorous and thoughtful approach, starting from the presentation of theory and direct practice, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education can bring positive and sustainable benefits to all parties involved in the educational process. Partners in this activity are 18 teachers of SD Inpres Unggul BTN Pemda Makassar. The result of this service activity is that partners can utilize AI in designing learning materials, managing and evaluating the learning process.

Abstract

Educational management is increasingly complex due to policy changes, technological advancements, and dynamic social demands. These conditions require management approaches that are both systemic and context-sensitive. This study aims to systematically examine the application of organisational system theory and contingency theory in educational management and to identify patterns of their integration. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. A total of 33 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2015 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ databases. Data were analysed using a thematic synthesis approach based on theoretical focus and implementation context. The findings indicate that organisational system theory emphasises integration, interdependence among subsystems, and organisational sustainability, while contingency theory highlights leadership flexibility and alignment between management strategies and environmental conditions. The integration of these two theories provides a more comprehensive and adaptive framework for improving educational management effectiveness, particularly within Islamic educational institutions. This study contributes to the development of context-sensitive and sustainable educational management theory.
