Abstract

This research analized: (1) the influence of Partisipative Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment at PDAM Tirta Langkisau (2) the influence of Partisipative Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Culture at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. The study is causal research. The population were employees of PDAM Tirta Langkisau, totaling 103 people. The number of sample determined using Slovin collected samples obtained by 82 people taken using proportional cluster random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM SmartPLS analysis. This research found that: (1) Partisipative Leadership Style has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in PDAM Tirta Langkisau, (2) organizational culture has significantly moderate the relationship between partisipative leadership style on organizational commitment in PDAM Tirta Langkisau.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyzed: (1) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices (2) influence of leader member exchange on employee engagement at PT Sumater Tropical Spices. (3) influence of employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. This research is classified as a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sumatra Tropical Spices with a total of 156 people. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula found as many as 112 respondents and sampling in this study using proporsional clustered simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis. This research found that: (1) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchange and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices, (2) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchanges on employee engagement at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (3) There is a positive and significant direct influence between employee engagement and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) There is a positive and significant indirect effect between leader member exchanges on employee performance through employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyzed: (1) influence of ethical climate on workplace deviant behaviors at the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company. (2) influence of ethical climate on workplace sprituality at the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company. (3) influence of workplace sprituality on workplace deviant behaviors at the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company. (4) influence of ethical climate on workplace deviant behaviors at the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company through workplace sprituality. This research is classified as a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of Tirta Alami Regional Water Company with a total of 105 people. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula found as many as 83 respondents and sampling in this study using cluster propotional sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis. This research found that: (1) ethical climate has a significant negative effect on workplace deviant behaviors on employees of the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company (2) ethical climate has a significant positive effect on workplace sprituality on employees of the TTirta Alami Regional Water Company (3) workplace sprituality does not affect workplace deviant behaviors on employees of the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company (4) workplace sprituality cannot mediate the influence of ethical climate relationships on workplace deviant behaviors on employees of the Tirta Alami Regional Water Company.
