Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Taqwa terletak di Desa Sukamenak, Kabupaten Bandung. Masyarakat di desa tersebut ingin membangun Bank Sampah untuk meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan serta mengurangi beban pengeluaran kebersihan. Di samping itu, wabah COVID-19 saat ini terasa membebani masyarakat dari sisi ekonomi dan memperparah menumpuknya sampah serta berdampak pada psikologis anak-anak yang harus berdiam terus di dalam rumah. Kegiatan Abdimas ini berupaya bekerja sama Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Taqwa untuk menggerakkan masyarakat untuk melakukan program pengolahan sampah, yang dikerucutkan ke kegiatan pemilahan dan daur ulang, sehingga menghasilkan uang. Langkah ini penting untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi. Selain kegiatan pendampingan, kegiatan pemilahan dan daur ulang akan menggunakan teknologi, berupa aplikasi, mengingat masyarakat setempat telah memiliki smartphone, dan aktif menggunakannya. Dengan Demikian, diharapkan dalam proses pembelajaran aplikasi bank sampah, masyarakat tidak terlalu mengalami kendala. Kegiatan ini dapat mengurangi beban kebersihan lingkungan, beban ekonomi warga dalam pengeluaran kebersihan warga dan memberikan hiburan bagi warga khususnya anak-anak dalam masa "stay at home" pada saat wabah.

Abstract

The culinary business increasingly attracting new business investors and also increasing the competition because a lot of competitors are entering the culinary business. Innovation is needed to increase the competitiveness of a business. Currently, 48.9% of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are engaged in the primary sector which focuses on agriculture, fisheries, livestock, and forestry. This emphasizes the important role of MSMEs as a strategic sector in national economic development and distributing development results. The Covid-19 not only impacted large businesses but also the MSME, especially the social restriction policy. Conventionally, MSMEs rely on face-to-face transactions in their transactions but now trading activities are carried out digitally, which has proven to be growing rapidly during the pandemic. However, compared to large businesses MSMEs tend to find it difficult to move from conventional to digital activities. MSMEs need expertise in the development of digital content and the use of an attractive and hygienic toolkit. So, in this community service activity, we propose the development of the MSME Catering and Culinary Standardization Toolkit and the UMKM Food Community as a partner.

Abstract

Populasi muslim di Indonesia yang besar diikuti dengan harapan besarnya peluang dana wakaf yang bisa terhimpun. Namun faktanya potensi wakaf yang besar ini tidak sesuai dengan jumlah dana yang terhimpun. Disebutkan bahwa salah satu pernyebab ketimpangan potensi dan perhimpunan dana wakaf ini utamanya dikarenakan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap wakaf yang kurang menyeluruh. Sehingga penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui alur implementasi strategi Content Marketing, mengetahui bentuk Customer Engagement berdasarkan implementasi strategi Content Marketing, dan mengetahui dampak implementasi strategi Content Marketing pada media sosial Instagram Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid dalam menciptakan Customer Engagement di Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi terus terang, dan dokumentasi. Informan dari penelitian ini berjumlah 9 informan. Validitas penelitian menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi strategi Content Marketing Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid sudah sesuai dengan alur Content Marketing menurut para ahli. Content Marketing Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid cukup mampu untuk membentuk dimensi Customer Engagement yaitu Keterlibatan Afektif, Keterlibatan Kognitif, dan Keterlibatan Perilaku. Dampak implementasi Content Marketing Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid cukup dapat menciptakan Customer Engagement yang diukur menggunakan Customer Engagement Value.

Abstract

The business model is the primary factor that has a major role in influencing the performance of the business in improving the competitiveness and achieve its goals. One effective tool used in assessing a business model is the business model canvas because it can contribute to the use of business models. Business model canvas focuses on business ideas to create value in the business. This study analyzes the business model on Eighteen Nineteen Laundry. The purpose of this research is to create a new strategy for the business model used by Eighteen Nineteen Laundry. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative analysis method by using the in-depth interview in collecting primary data needed during the research process. The result of this research is evaluation and recommendation of business model from Eighteen Nineteen Laundry obtained based on SWOT analysis on each element of business model canvas to improve service quality, marketing activity, infrastructure, financial ability Eighteen Nineteen Laundry. It is hoped that this research can be useful to improve the income stream and can develop the business and be able to compete in the future. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic causes psychological stress, such as fear and anxiety, and requires exceptional recovery. Such conditions can lead to mental disorders and the risk of developing physical health even in a healthy person without a medical history. The purpose of this study was to find a theoretical model of the relationship between family communication, physical resilience, and family economic well-being, to describe the role of the family in maintaining family health during the pandemic, and describe the role of the family in maintaining family economic well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and correlational approach. The population in Rancatungku Village, Bandung Regency, West Java Province, is an area affected by COVID-19, with a total sample of 420 respondents. The results obtained that Family Communication affects Family Physical Resilience, with an effect of 40% due to positive communication and direct interaction with family members as a protective factor for facilities and the needs of family members. The existence of an atmosphere of mutual protection means that the family must be a safe, comfortable, and reassuring place for all its members. Family communication does not affect Family Economic Resilience, with a contribution of only 10%; this is related to the strategy and quick decision-making by the family to think about recovery from the situation. Family Communication affects the Pandemic Impact on Families by 80%. Communication is critical as a protective function of changes that arise from the pandemic and is seen as a family management system. In addition, the pandemic was declared to impact work activities and social activities but had no impact on activities at home or emotional and physical activities.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of a shift in customer interest in reference on beauty products, which initially prefer to use beauty products from internasional brand, recently preferring to use local beauty products from Indonesia. This study aims to determine what dimensions of customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase interest in Somethinc’s products.The method used is quantitative research with descriptive type. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. This study managed to collect 300 respondents.The descriptive analysis that has been successfully summarized states that product quality, service quality, and repurchase interest are in the good category. Meanwhile, the variables of emotion and ease are included in the very good category. This study also concludes that both simultaneously and partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interestsby 64.2%. The remaining 35.8% is influenced by other variables not examined and explained by this study.

Abstract

Semakin banyak perusahaan, termasuk UMKM, melakukan perdagangan elektronik dengan memanfaatkan media sosial supaya dapat terhubung dengan pelanggan potensial dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Penggunaan media sosial menjadi hal yang krusial untuk terhubung pada para pemangku kepentingan dengan berbagai manfaat yang ditawarkannya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor teknologi, organisasi, dan lingkungan (TOE) yang mempengaruhi adopsi media sosial oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Sentra Kreasi Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengumpulkannya dari para responden yang dipilih secara acak, yaitu sebanyak 57 orang pemilik UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung, dengan menggunakan SMART PLS versi 3.2.9 untuk pemodelan persamaan struktural. Temuan dalam riset ini adalah terdapat pengaruh langsung faktor TOE (perceived usefulness, relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, security concern, organization readiness, top management support, government support, environmental uncertainty, dan consumer pressure) pada adopsi media sosial UMKM Sentra Kreasi di Kabupaten Bandung. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 52,7% variasi di UMKM Sentra Kreasi tersebut terjadi disebabkan oleh adopsi media sosial. Implikasi yang muncul dari riset ini adalah bagi para praktisi dan akademisi yang tertarik untuk memahami dan menyelidiki adopsi dan penggunaan media sosial oleh UMKM menggunakan Model TOE.

Abstract

The prevalence rate of stunting in Indonesia has now reached 27.7%, of which 1 in 3 children are stunted. This makes Indonesia the 4th country with the highest number of stunting in the world. The role of health care workers is very important in detecting early stunting in children. Health services for monitoring in the city of Bandung, especially in Rancatungku Village are commonly called Posyandu. Posyandu in Rancatungku Village has problems including in administering children's growth and development data is still done manually, which means that parents are still monitoring children's growth and development manually using a book called the Card Book Towards Health (KMS). This is considered ineffective and efficient, because there is a lot of data loss, the KMS Book is damaged, and the writing in the KMS book cannot be read which results in stunting detection in children being hampered. They need solutions to monitor the progress of child development digitally, including increasing awareness in parents to prevent and recover stunted children by providing parenting education articles online. Digital stunting monitoring and education solutions are expected to improve the performance of local health workers in detecting early stunting in children, so that Rancatungku Village can participate in helping to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital MSMEs are one of the important elements in supporting the national economy as a whole where the government encourages economic growth by empowering MSMEs towards Go-Digital in Indonesia. This role is predominantly carried out by the economic industry in the process of creating and growing various types of MSMEs, including digital MSMEs. The private sector, be it profit-oriented or non-profit organizations, also took part in supporting the MSME program. The Gayatri Mahardika MSME community as a non-profit organization that has an MSME development program towards Go-digital has problems in business introduction and digital marketing which is still done manually and uses tools that are commonly used for business introduction using word-of-mouth information dissemination systems and conventional digital marketing. It is, considered ineffective and efficient. They need digital marketing solutions, both to expand the market, including to survive the pandemic. Gayatri Mahardika MSME Community Empowerment Solution Through Optimization of Digital Marketing and E-commerce in the New Normal Era is expected to increase knowledge and knowledge about digital marketing and can improve the marketing system of every MSME in the Gayatri Mahardika Community so that it can survive during the pandemic and develop more so that it can improve income profits.
