In general, focus of this study is to estimate non-rice food farmer market participation in Bengkulu Province in order to provide information about and variety availability of food, especially maize. Research sample areas are seven districts namely Mukomuko, North Bengkulu, Seluma, South Bengkulu, Kaur, Kepahiang, and Rejang Lebong. This research used the marketable surplus analysis, and market participation analysis to examine the availability of maize. This research found that maize has adequate potency as a substitution food. This commodity can fulfill approximately 12 percent of requirement for Bengkulu province resident. For Bengkulu farmers, maize is not an alternative food for their household members, but it has significant role for household economies. Furthermore, the research also found that maize production is able to supply energy for every Bengkulu resident approximately 244.09 kcal/capitajday. This equals to 11.90 % of energy required to conduct normal or daily activities.

This study was aimed at analysis rentability factors influencing production, investigating marketing channel of tempe industry in District of Sukaraja. Samples were selected purposively, i.e. small medium and large tempe industry which is measured for its omset. For marketing channel analysis, puspose,.entrepreneu(retailer were taken while dealer, were selected using simple random sampling. Profit and gross margin ratio were used to analyze industry rentability while C-D and marketing margin were used for analyze second and third purpose. The research show that Tempe Industry in Sukaraja District were able to gain profIt. Furthermore, volume of soybean, labor, other input where significant influencing tempe production. For marketing channel were founded on research location with 72.52% of margin was a/located for producers.

Research titled optimization combination cultivation of fish catfish (Clarias sp) and patin (Pangasius pangasius) in the Kuro Tidur Village Subdistrict Argamakmur North Bengkulu Regency, aims to understand the large income levels and combination cultivation of catfish and patin fish in the pool belonging to Mr. Azmi Nur in the Kuro Tidur Village subdistrict Argamakmur North Bengkulu Regency condition steady and profit maximum. The determination of location and respondents in this research is deliberately (purposive) that is a unit of the business of cultivating fishes belonging to Mr. Azmi Nur located in the Kuro Tidur Village Subdistrict Argamakmur North Bengkulu Regency, with the business owners produces product more than one, which is kinds of fish catfish and patin fish. Instrument the analysis used is income analysis and linear programming analysis to know the optimal fish combination and give benefits maximum. After analyzed the results of operating income cultivation of fish belonging to Mr. Azmi Nur in 10 months production activities is Rp 1.061.610.350,02. With contribution of income from production of fish catfish Rp 528.553.700,00 and patin fish Rp 533.056.650,02. And a combination of optimal within 10 months production to cultivation of catfish is 15220,29 square meters and not cultivate patin fish, contributing margin maximum Rp 1.527.393.000,-. Resources overgrowth is broad pond 779,7139 square meters and 9075,394 working hours labor. As for resources any excess can economy is broad the pool of 779,7139 square meters and working hours jobs for 9075,394 hours.

This research aims to forecast supply of raw material and sales and then to analyze the price of SIR 20 for 1 next year with a best method. Accuracy method of divination used MAD, MSE, MAPE. Analyze quantitative used time series, eksponential smoothing and Arima the development of raw materials, price of raw materials inside and outide of companies, the price of SIR 20 and selling of SIR 20 through increasing.

This study aims to determine the pattern of fish consumption and to analyze factors that affect of it in Bengkulu City. This research was carried out from13 October 2015 until 17 May 2016. The method used to determine the pattern of fish consumption was descriptive method, and the method used to analyze the factors which affect the consumption of fish was multiple linear regression method with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the results of the study, fish consumption patterns in Bengkulu City was influenced by education and household income, the higher education and household income, the higher the amount of fish consumption and the quality of the fish consumed, the average of household consumption was 15.006 kg / month with the amount of consumption of marine fish is 62.81%, higher than the amount of consumption of freshwater fish (37.19%), and the proportion of expenditure for fish consumption was 16%. Age, family size, household income, price of Nile Tilapia and prices of goods substitution (chicken) affected the rate of consumption of Nile Tilapia significantly, while education variable did not affect the level of consumption of Nile Tilapia significantly. Age, Chub Mackerel prices and the prices of goods substitution (chicken) affected the consumption of Chub Mackerel significantly, while the variables of education, family size, and income did not affect the level of Chub Mackerel consumption in Bengkulu City. In the Home Industry of coconut sugar, the cost and profit calculation is still conventional. Profit calculation is needed in order to get the maximum profit of the business. The company's profit is related to cost, sales volume and selling price. One of the analytical tools that can be used is Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis. Profitability is a benchmark of the company's performance to generating the net income. The research aim to analyze the income, breakeven point, profitability ability and sensitivity, also analysing consumer perception about attribute level of importance and satisfaction of coconut sugar product in Dusun Hibrida, Pal 30 Village, Lais District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. From sales of coconut sugar products amounted to Rp.60.183,47 per production. Which the profitability of coconut sugar products is 46%. If product performance exceeds the consumer expectations, they will feel satisfied. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to maping the relationship between importance and performance of each product attribute. The most important attributes and have good performance related to consumers is coconut sugar hygiene, taste, and food / beverages, coconut sugar color, durability, ease of accessing the product, and coconut sugar solubility, that’s attributes need to be maintained.

This study aims for 1) determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance, and 2) examine the TQM model of employee performance at PT. TUM, Kepahiang-Bengkulu. This study uses Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. PLS is a variant-based SEM statistical method simultaneously by carrying out measurement model tests and structural model testing with data scales and sample sizes that do not need to be large. The data used were obtained by interviewed the 86 employees of PT. Trisula Ulung Megasurya in Kepahiang Regency. The research found that the variable X2 (strategic planning) and X3 (analysis and information) have a significant effect on latent variable employee performance, while the variables X1 (leadership), X4 (human resource management(HRM)), and X5 (management process) do not. Based on the analysis of the SEM/PLS model which is formed in measuring the effect of TQM on employee performance, the model is Y = 3,652 X2 + 2,311 X3.
