Abstract

The performance measure of a service cannot be in form and does not result in ownership. Service itself is a form of activity carried out by one or more people, and also is agility (intangible and affected by previous sales). So the services purchased by customers cannot be counted, measured or stored to determine the quality of their services. One of the shoe sales industries is Toko XYZ, this shoe store is one of the largest brands in the archipelago. The prices offered on the national and international market are quite cheap. In order to improve a strategy so that many consumers visit XYZ shoe stores, and for XYZ it is possible to achieve the expected targets with integrated marketing. Data collection in this study consists of 2 steps, namely preparation, this stage is carried out before conducting research such as looking for references on the internet, theoretical foundations that support research such as SCOR model theory and journals. Furthermore, with the contents of the questionnaire compiled to represent the dimensions of service performance quality. The conclusion of the study is that the statement attributes expected by the customer through the SCOR Model method are positive.

Abstract

In the big data era, the clustering of data or so-called clustering has attracted great interest or attention from researchers in conducting various studies, many grouping algorithms have been proposed in recent times. However, as technology evolves, data volumes continue to grow and data formats are increasingly varied, thus making massive data grouping into a huge and challenging task. To overcome this problem, various research related methods for data grouping have been done, among them is K-Means. However, this method still has some shortcomings, among them is the sensitivity issue in determining the value of cluster (K). In this paper we discuss the implementation of the rule-of-thumb approach and the normalization of data on the K-Means method to determine the number of clusters or K values dynamically in the data groupings. The results show that the implementation of the approach has a significant impact (related to time, number of iterations, and no outliers) in the data grouping.

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users in the world and especially in Indonesia has made traditional businesses start turning to technology such as e-Commerce. Where the increase in internet users by (±16%) and internet penetration by 75.47% between 2021 and 2022 are the main causes of a paradigm shift in society in Indonesia. Technology can play a role in helping management dynamics in a company's supply chain flow and entrepreneurial business activities in real-time. Human resources, cash flow, logistics, low-cost information flow, and efficiency play an important role in the continuity of technology-based business management. The application of Information Technology makes the supply chain process run according to consumer expectations to fulfill product distribution more efficiently and optimally. The concept of Technology-Based Supply Chain Management that has existed in recent years has become a priority for analysis in this journal, so that the qualitative research methodology used is a conceptual review, where this method collects data using library research methods and examines various related matters. information. to supply chains, behavioral changes, consumers, changes in the use of technology in e-Commerce which are the basis for determining innovation solutions to optimize Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies on the concept of digital e-Commerce technology for future businesses.

Abstract

Pemilihan supplier pada setiap perusahaan didasarkan pada tujuan perusahaan guna kelancaran proses produksi dan operasional. Proses pemilihan supplier gula aren di perusahaan Kecap “Riboet” perlu banyak pertimbangan dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Di dalam proses produksi, perusahaan Kecap “Riboet” masih terkendala menentukan pemasok gula aren yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Banyak supplier yang datang menawarkan produk ke perusahaan, tetapi masih cukup sulit untuk mendapatkan pemasok yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan . Rata-rata supplier yang bekerjasama dengan perusahaan Kecap “Riboet” merupakan supplier dengan skala industri rumahan, sehingga membutuhkan cara untuk melakukan penyeleksian supplier agar sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan untuk kelancaran proses bisnis perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pemilihan supplier di industri kecap “Riboet” menggunakan metode Analysis Hierarchy Process. Hasil penelitian menggunakan AHP terhadap supplier  gula aren diperoleh nilai bobot kriteria di mana bobot tertinggi pada kriteria harga (2,667), kemudian bobot kualitas (0,7633), bobot layanan (0,4691), dan terakhir bobot lokasi (0,4266). Sedangkan untuk nilai bobot alternatif yang memeperoleh nilai bobot paling tinggi adalah supplier J (0.093).

Abstract

 The star pomfret is a type of cultivated fish that has high economic prospects. The focus of the main problem in this study is the disease that attacks the star pomfret fish commodity. If this is allowed to continue, it will cause crop failure and cause the fishermen to lose money. Through this research, an expert system is one solution that can overcome these problems. The expert system built will apply the Naive Bayes method with the stages of entering the dataset into the database which will be used as training data, then the user inputs testing data to be processed into the Bayes method, in the final result the probability value of each disease will be displayed which will then be given recommendations on how to control it disease. From the symptoms selected by the user, namely: white or pale spots on the surface of the body, bleeding on the surface of the body, protruding eyes, the fish looks difficult to breathe, mucus production increases until the body runs out of mucus / roughness, fish lose their appetite, slow movement and slow growth get disease results Cryptocaryon with a value of 93.4. The results of tests carried out on 17 data obtained an accuracy value of 94% so that the expert system is suitable for use as a tool for diagnosing disease in pomfret

Abstract

Dalam industri pariwisata, hotel memiliki peran penting untuk membantu wisatawan karena menyediakan penginapan terutama bagi wisatawan dari luar kota. Kualitas layanan hotel dapat dilihat dari opini-opini yang diberikan ooleh pengunjung yang telah menginap di hotel tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan yang diberikan oleh pengunjung hotel. Data ulasan tersebut diambil dari Traveloka menggunakan web scrapping. Metode yang digunakan untuk ekstraksi fitur adalah word2vec. Untuk klasifikasi sentimen, metode yang digunakan adalah random forest. Hasil percobaan terbaik didapatkan dari hasil percobaan dengan menggunakan jumlah tree 100, 200, dan 300 dengan hasil akurasi sebesar 82%-83%.

Abstract

Sales processes such as ordering and paying at the WKWK Kedai Purwokerto are still very manual, as is still using written notes and payment transactions are still carried out by manual calculations, this can result in errors in making payment transactions, so a Client Server-based sales application is made. With the creation of this application, the needs of admins and cashiers can make the ordering and payment process easy and fast and efficient. Sales application at Kedai WKWK Purwokerto City that can provide convenience in placing orders, payment transactions and managing important data in order to convey data information quickly, accurately and integratedly. A food and beverage sales application that was built on a Client Server basis, using the MySQL Database, Apache Web Server and PHP programming language, which is designed to handle the processing and management of data so as to produce reports in the form of master data, normative (numbers)  and the matrix at Kedai WKWK Purwokerto City.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has one of the advantages, namely as the largest agricultural country that has natural wealth, one of which is the agricultural sector. Soybean is one of the most widely grown crops in Indonesian agriculture and is included in the legumes group which has the highest vegetable protein content when compared to other types of beans such as red beans, green beans, and peanuts. The use of the SCOR method in this study is to measure good SCM performance, because SCOR divides supply chain processes into five 5 core processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver and return, where these processes have represented all supply chain activities. management from upstream to downstream in detail, so that it can define and categorize the measurement indicators needed in measuring Supply Chain Management performance. Based on the SCOR method, the results of the calculation of the final performance value of the soybean supply chain in the province of Central Java are 76.8 out of 100 which are in the "good" category.

Abstract

This research analysis the genogram tool uses to record a person's health history as a medium for supporting health. This research analyzes the risks that might occur in a polyclinic if a genogram tool is implemented. The analysis process is through a risk identification process then a risk assessment using the COBIT for Risk IT method as IT resource mapping, then qualitative analysis as a method of mapping possibilities and impacts according to FGDs with organizations which can be used as a guide in assessing risks. level. Meanwhile, bow tie analysis is a risk mapping method that allows risk recovery so that it can serve as a guide for recovery. The results of risk analysis using the Genogram tool show several conditions, namely low probability but high level of impact, low probability but medium impact, and high probability of impact.
