Kabupaten Wonosobo memiliki potensi ekonomi yaitu produk yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi unggulan daerah yang berdaya saing. Untuk menjamin tercapainya sasaran pengembangan produk unggulan daerah, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan yang mandiri dan tangguh, dan menyusun sistem pengembangan produk unggulan daerah dalam dokumen perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Pendampingan penyusunan roadmap pengembangan produk unggulan di wilayah kabupaten Wonosobo diperlukan untuk menjaga agar proses perencanaan sampai dengan evaluasi pengembangan produk unggulan daerah dapat terap dalam implementasinya. Pendampingan dilakukan kepada personalia kunci di bidang perencanaan pembangunan, kelompok usaha dan aparat pemerintah daerah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pembimbingan penyusunan roadmap produk unggulan daerah.

Central Java is a province that has more tourist attractions, but from the number of tourist visit, it only has relatively small. Therefore, it requires a development strategy of tourism sector. One of the tourism potential that can be developed is culinary and shopping tourism. The purpose of this research are identifying the potential of culinary and shopping tourism in Central Java and formulating the strategy to develop the tourism potential. The analysis tools used are statistic descriptive, Geographic Information System and SWOT analysis. The findings from this research are the potential of culinary tourism in Central Java in very potential category can be found in seven regencies/cities. The development strategy of culinary tourism is featuring the taste of Central Java, developing the culinary central area that gives multiplier effect on the society, repairing and adding facilities supporting the tourism.Â The potential of shopping tourism in very potential category can be found in six regencies/ cities. The development strategy of shopping tourism is conducted by making innovation and utilizing the existing tourism potential, joining in some events, holding bazaar that supports the development of shopping tourism, and completing the directions and the map of shopping tourism potential to facilitate the tourists.

The wig industry in Purbalingga has excellent prospects in supporting the pace of the regional economy and has great potential to expand job opportunities so as to reduce the number of unemployed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of wages, length of study, work experience on the productivity of female workers in the wig industry in Purbalingga Regency. The sample used is 100 respondents of female workers who work in the medium-large industry and the small wig industry in Purbalingga Regency. The variables of this research are wages (X1), length of study (X2), work experience (X3), industry category (dummy variable), and productivity (Y). Data collection methods used are literature review, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression using the help of Eviews. The results showed that the wage variables, length of study, work experience have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of women workers in the wig industry in Purbalingga Regency. Industri rambut palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga memiliki prospek yang besar dalam menopang laju perekonomian dan membuka kesempatan kerja sehingga dapat mengurangi angka pengangguran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh upah, lama menempuh pendidikan, pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita pada industri rambut palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden terdiri dari tenaga kerja wanita yang bekerja pada industri menengah besar dan pada industri kecil rambut palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Variabel penelitian ini adalah upah (X1), lama menempuh pendidikan (X2), pengalaman kerja (X3), kategori industri (variabel dummy) dan produktivitas (Y). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kajian pustaka, observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskripstif kuantitatif dan uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukan upah, lama menempuh pendidikan, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita pada industri rambut palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga.

Pasar modal dapat diartikan sebagai pasar yang menyediakan berbagai instrumen surat berharga yang diterbitkan pemerintah, maupun pihak swasta. Instrumen pasar modal seperti saham, obligasi jangka panjang, dan dana reksa mampu mejadi pilihan investasi yang dapat memberikan potensi imbal balik (capital gain) di masa depan. Berdasarkan Survei OJK pada 2019, indeks literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan masyarakat pedesaan berada di angka 34,53 persen dan 68,49 persen. Dari data tersebut, terbukti bahwa wawasan, kesadaran, ketertarikan masyarakat pedesaan Indonesia terhadap literasi dan inklusi keuangan seperti pasar modal masih terbatas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan dasar ilmu, kesadaran, dan ketertarikan masyarakat pedesaan terhadap pasar modal kepada masyarakat di Desa Lobang, Kecamatan Limpung, Kabupaten Batang. Kegiatan telah direalisasikan pada 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan aksi berupa sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya investasi, dan edukasi teoritis pasar modal, serta analisa kondisi pasar modal. Edukasi literasi pasar modal meliputi dasar teori dan analisis pasar modal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa, kebanyakan masyarakat Desa Lobang mengalami peningkatan dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu tentang pasar modal. Diharapkan kedepannya, masyarakat Desa Lobang yang sudah mengikuti kegiatan ini tertarik untuk mulai melakukan investasi di pasar modal. A capital market can be interpreted as a market that provides various instruments of securities issued by the government, as well as private parties. Capital market instruments such as stocks, long-term bonds, and Danareksa can be an investment options that can provide potential capital gains in the future. Based on the OJK Survey in 2019, the index of financial literacy and financial inclusion of rural communities was at 34.53 per cent and 68.49 per cent. From the data, it is proven that the insight, awareness, interest of rural Indonesian people towards financial literacy and inclusion such as capital markets is still limited. This activity aims to increase the basis of knowledge, awareness, and interest of rural communities in the capital market to the community in Lobang Village, Limpung Subdistrict, Batang Regency. Activities have been realized in 2020. The method used is an active approach in the form of socialization about the importance of investment, and theoretical education of capital markets, as well as analysis of capital market conditions. Capital market literacy education includes the basis of capital market theory and analysis. The results of the activity showed that most lobang villagers experienced an increase from not knowing to know about the capital market. It is expected that in the future, the people of Lobang Village who have participated in this activity are interested in starting to make investments in the capital market.

AbstractThe aim of the research is to seek the competitiveness of the leading commodity in Semarang city which supports the development of centre commodity in agrotourism area. The method of analysis is leading sector, scoring analysis and capacity asessment through FGD. The result of the research reveals that leading commodities are Durian, Longan, Water Apple, and Rambutan. It is found that subdistrict Gunungpati and Mangunsari are ready to be the centre of horticulture commodity because its strategic location. It is located nearby Jatibarang reservoir (potential to be a tourism village), its cultivation is relatively successful, accessable transportation, and good management. Hence, it can be the pilot project area.Key words: competitiveness, centre, commodity, horticultureJEL Classification: O20, Q10AbstrakKesejahteraan petani tidak meningkat karena daya saingnya rendah dan pengelolannya tidak optimal. Tujuan penelitian, untuk melihat daya saing komoditas unggulan Kota Semarang untuk mendukung pengembangan sentra komoditas di kawasan agrowisata. Metode analisis yaitu sektor basis, analisis scoring serta capacity assessment melalui FGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komoditas yang diunggulkan di Gunungpati adalah durian, klengkeng, jambu air dan rambutan. Kelurahan Gunungpati dan Mangunsari siap dijadikan sentra komoditas hortikultura di Kecamatan Gunungpati karena letaknya strategis- dekat dengan waduk Jatibarang (dapat menjadi desa wisata), budidaya relatif lebih berhasil, transportasi dan akseptibilitas lebih mudah, pengelolaannya bagus sehingga sudah menjadi daerah percontohan.Kata Kunci: daya saing, sentra, komoditas, hortikulturJEL Classification: O20, Q10

Salah satu pendekatan analisis yang secara luas telah diimplementasikan dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah adalah analisis input-output (I-O). Analisis I-O mampu memberikan dasar bagi perencanaan pembangunan berbasis sektoral sekaligus memberikan simulasi skenario kebijakan yang masuk akal untuk diimplementasikan. Tabel I-O Kabupaten Temanggung Tahun 2016, disusun oleh Bappeda Kabupaten Temanggung Bersama dengan Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2018. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini betujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis menggunakan analisis I-O untuk perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Penguasaan Analisis I-O diharapkan dapat menjadi material dalam menyusun kebijakan pembangunan untuk jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun yang akan datang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peserta pengabdian secara teknis mengerti dan mampu menganalisis dengan Tabel IO simulatif. Pendampingan dilakukan setelah peserta menggunakan dan menganalisis dengan Tabel I-O Kabupaten Temanggung, sebagai salah satu sumber informasi dalam penyusunan perencanaan kebijakan dan program strategis pembangunan.One of the analytical approaches that has been widely implemented in regional development planning is input-output (I-O) analysis. I-O analysis, based on an I-O table, can provide the basis for sectoral development planning by simulating the impact of policy scenarios. One area that has published Table I-O is Temanggung Regency, to represent its 2016 economy. Community Service Activities (PKM) aims to provide training and technical assistance to Temanggung Regency planners in using I-O analysis to design regional development planning documents. The results of this activity show that the participants technically understood and were able to analyze with Input-Output. Assistance was also carried out after the participants were able to use and analyze the Temanggung Regency I-O Table, and subsequently could become one source of information in the preparation of strategic development policies and programs.

It was Proved on the crisis era which happen in indonesia since mid 1997, IHSG often become decision making refence in the business field to determine the policy stept. So, the IHSG forecasting is higly needed especially to the exchange market player and the other economic player.this article try to set forth Indeks Harga Saham Gabung Forecast technique on Jakarta Stock Exchange on the period of 1996 to 2002 with ARIMA Box Jenkins method, is short period forecast technical base on the data time series.

This study aims to analyze the existence and effect of Covid-19 on inflation in Indonesia. Covid-19, an outbreak of respiratory syndrome, has been named Corona Novel Virus 2019 or 2019-nCoV. The research method used Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) with inflation as a dependent variable. The interest rate, exchange rate, money supply, stock market, global and exported commodity price, and pandemic as independent variables. The pandemic indicator is measured by new cases added of Covid-19 per day in Indonesia. Using OLS, the result showed that the interest rate, stock market, exchange rate, and palm oil price have significantly affected Indonesia’s inflation. On the contrary, both raw oil, i.e., Brent oil price and pandemic, significantly negatively affect Indonesia’s inflation. However, the estimation fails to reflect the significant effect of the money supply to drive inflation. This paper implies that given higher new cases, Covid-19 per day has been the source of decreased inflation in Indonesia. It means that a pandemic is an impact on the weakness of the purchasing power of a consumer.
