: This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide insight to teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam about the industrial revolution 4.0 and share views on the future of Indonesian education through open discussions. The industrial revolution 4.0 referred to in this whorkshop activity includes the development of the industrial revolution itself, opportunities and challenges as well as a paradigm shift in education thanks to the birth of the industrial revolution 4.0. The implementation of this community service uses several methods, namely presentations and open discussions. Participants in this PkM activity are teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam. Through the workshops, participants gained insight into the industrial revolution 4.0 and the digitalization of all aspects of life, including the world of education. Through open discussions, participants get the opportunity to share their views on the future of education and how to optimize potential to become productive individuals in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

PkM ini bertujuan memberikan pembekalan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam manajemen pendidikan dan manajemen keuangan berbasis digital dengan harapan adanya progress kemampuan yang meningkat baik bagi siswa, guru, tenaga pendidik dan sejenisnya sehingga lebih siap menghadapi pesatnya kemajuan perkembangan zaman. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan workshop, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya antusias dari peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan, terbukti aktifnya peserta dalam bertanya dan menyelesaikan tugas latihan dan mempraktekkan materi yang diberikan pemateri, sehingga secara tidak langsung adanya pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanajemen Pendidikan dan keuangan di sekolah yang berbasis digital baik bagi siswa, guru, tenaga pendidik dan sejenisnya sehingga lebih siap menghadapi kemajuan perkembangan zaman.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of community service activity is to instill the spirit of "Entrepreneurship in a school environment especially on students in SMA PGRI 4 Palembang". The material is delivered by dividing participants into two classes. The speaker who delivered the material was FKIP lecturer from Palembang PGRI University. After explaining the material by the speakers, participants were asked to carry out entrepreneurship practices. The result of this activity as interest and knowledge of participants about entrepreneurship are increases.Â Keywords: Entrepreneurship, knowlegde, school environment.Â ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menanamkan jiwa â€œEnterpreneurship dalam lingkungan sekolah terutama pada siswa di SMA PGRI 4 Palembangâ€. Materi disampaikan dengan cara membagi peserta menjadi dua kelas. Narasumber yang menyampaikan materi adalah dosen FKIP universitas PGRI Palembang. Setelah penjelasan materi oleh narasumber, peserta diwajibkan untuk melakukan praktik kewirausahaan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa animo dan pengetahuan peserta tentang kewirausahaan meningkat.Â Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, pengetahuan, lingkungan sekolah.Â

Purpose: This research was created to develop accounting learning media to increase student motivation and learning outcomes and as an alternative learning media for teachers. The media was developed using the Android-based Canva application at SMK N. 8 Palembang. Media development procedures go through validation tests, practical tests, and effectiveness tests on teaching and learning activities and student learning outcomes. Design/methodology/approach: The research method uses development research using 2 development theories, at the development stage using the Rowntree Model and the evaluation stage using Tessmer. Collecting research data using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and tests in the process of design, development, and evaluation. At the stage after developing the learning media prototype the researcher conducted tests involving learning material experts, learning media design experts, and learning media experts to find out the validation of the media that was made. Findings: The results of the validation test of 4.41 were stated to be very valid. Furthermore, a field validation test was carried out on students at SMK N.8 Palembang for each student (one-to-one) and in small groups based on student observations it was found that 100% practicality was very practical. In the final stage of implementing it in a full class by observing student responses using observation, at the end of the lesson a series of tests were carried out to determine the effect of the media on learning outcomes at 85.71% very good criteria. Practical implications: Based on the research, it can be concluded that Android-based accounting learning media has fulfilled the requirements for validity, practicality and has a good potential effect on student learning activities and outcomes. So that Android-based accounting learning media can be used as an alternative teacher in teaching accounting material for adjusting journal entries. Paper type: Research paper

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada hakikatnya merupakan salah satu tindakan implementasi sebuah aplikasi e-learning berbasis sistem komputasi yang diterapkan di lingkungan pendidikan. Sebuah penerapan aplikasi tentunya perlu analisis peninjauan kembali terhadap keberhasilannya. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan memanfaatkan e-learning yang sudah disediakan oleh pemerintah secara online dan gratis. Analisis menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Dari hasil analisa data diperoleh informasi bahwa respon para pengguna (guru) masuk kategori sedang (cukup) dengan tingkat penerapan sebesar 35,9%. Abstract: The implementation of online learning is essentially one of the actions of implementing an e-learning application based on computing system applied in an educational environment. An application application needs to be reviewed for its success. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of online learning conducted by teachers by utilizing e-learning that has been provided by the government online and for free. Analysis using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. From the results of data analysis obtained information that the response of users (teachers) entered the category of moderate (sufficient) with an application rate of 35.9%.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the important components in the economic development of developing countries. UKM is very helpful for the country in supporting the economy. Financial Report Analysis is a tool and technique used in analyzing financial statements that have general objectives related to data and related to resources to generate estimates and benefits in business analysis. The related Financial Statement Analysis is also used in this study to discuss the method of ratio analysis, break event point analysis., cpmmon size analysis and trend analysis. Researchers in this case use quantitative research methods, sampling is done randomly, besides that it also uses research instruments as a tool for collecting data, while analyzing quantitative statistical data with the aim of testing the predetermined hypotheses. The sample from this study is Warung Sembako Zainuddi Zainudin is still being acquired is not good, because it is estimated that there is no doubt from the ratio analysis there are still numbers needed for improvement, the efforts carried out in accordance with the business. Achievement of the final results obtained from this study is small and is still in the process of development, therefore the business carried out by small and medium traders do with traditional offers, namely by word of mouth and waiting for buyers to come hope for overall guidance towards small businesses and it is from related parties, such as: Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises

This study aims to develop a Web-Based Student Worksheet (LKPD) for an economic lesson at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The study employed a research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The results of the study are a WEB-based LKPD system for an economic lesson for class XI Accounting students at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The test results indicate that this LKPD is effective, with an average student activity level of 93.18% (very active), efficient, with an average validation value of 80.11% (quite valid), and highly practical, as demonstrated by one-to-one (99.16%) and small group (100%) tests. The improvement in learning outcomes is evident, as indicated by a pre-test score of 49.4% (poor) and a post-test score of 92% (perfect), representing a 42.6% difference. Thus, this Web-Based LKPD is suitable for use as a learning medium for economic lessons at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Web untuk materi masalah ekonomi di SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) . Hasil penelitian berupa sistem LKPD berbasis WEB untuk materi masalah ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD ini efektif dengan tingkat keaktifan peserta didik rata-rata 93,18% (sangat aktif), efisien dengan nilai validasi rata-rata 80,11% (cukup valid), dan sangat praktis berdasarkan uji one-to-one (99,16%) dan small group (100%). Peningkatan hasil belajar terlihat dari nilai pre-test sebesar 49,4% (kurang) menjadi 92% (sangat baik) pada post-test, dengan selisih 42,6%. Dengan demikian, LKPD Berbasis Web ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk materi masalah ekonomi di SMK Negeri 8 Palembang.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model assisted by interactive videos on students' creative thinking skills in the IPAS subject on the topic of the human respiratory system in Grade V at SD Negeri 90 Palembang in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research is a quantitative study using a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population consisted of all fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 90 Palembang, totaling 44 students. The entire population was used as the sample and was divided into two learning groups: the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was taught using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by interactive videos, while the control class was taught using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model without video assistance. The instrument used was an essay test consisting of 10 items designed to assess creative thinking skills. The test items had previously undergone validation for validity, reliability, discriminating power, and difficulty level. The hypothesis was tested using an Independent Sample t-Test, after first conducting tests for normality and homogeneity. The results showed that the average creative thinking score in the experimental class was 81.23 (very good), which was higher than the control class average of 70.14 (good). The hypothesis test result showed that the t_calculated = 3.280 was greater than the t_table= 2.018 at a significance level of 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Thus, there is a significant effect of using the CTL model assisted by interactive videos on improving students’ creative thinking skills in IPAS learning.
