Abstract

In search of a good workforce is very not easy, especially in maintaining existing ones. Therefore, the company should prioritize employees who are skilled and have good performance. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Central Statistical Agency (BPS) Brebes. The study used primary data, a population of 35 employees and samples of 35 respondents. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 16 applications. The results showed: partial work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central statistical Body (BPS) Brebes, the working environment partially influential to the performance of officers in the central body Brebes (BPS) statistics, partial work discipline has no significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistical Board (BPS) of Brebes, and work motivation, work environment and working discipline simultaneously there are influences that to the performance of employees at the Brebes BPS.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the strength of leadership style, motivaation, discipline, organizational culture, and work stress on the performance of employees of PD BKK (District Credit Bank) Brebes. The population used is PD BKK Brebes employees spread across several branches. Sampling using cluster sampling technique (regional sampling) with a total sample of 52 from 7 office branches. The method of data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reability tests with Alpha Cronbach, multiple linear regression tests with partial test hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous tests (F test). The results of the analysis in this study showed that simultaneously or together all variables affect employee performance with a calculated F of 33,064 > F of table 2.40 with a probability of 0.000 < of 0.05. For the partial test, the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on performance with a calculated value of 2,802 > t table 2.01. The motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on performance with a calculated t value of 2,398 > t table 2,012, the discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on performance with a calculated t value of 3,292 > t table 2,012. The organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of the calculated t value of 2,554 > t table 2,012. The variable work stress had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of the calculated t value of -1,673 < t table 2.012. The conclusion of this study shows that all free variables, namely leadership style, motivation, discipline and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance partially and work stress variables do not affect employee performance partially, but all free variables simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Human Resources have a very important position in running the wheels of the organization, the success of an organization will not be separated from how competent its human resources are. Efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to several factors, namely the work environment, work motivation and work discipline. In this study, researchers had the opportunity to carry out research on CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 40 employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. Determination of the sample in this study, using a simple random sampling method (random sampling). Data collection tools in this study were primary data, secondary data, questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, with the help of SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have an effect simultaneously on employee performance such as which is shown by the significance level of F <α (0.000 <0.05) and Adjusted R-Square of 0.467. This means that the contribution of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline is 46.7% while the remaining 53.3%. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.083, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.001, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.968.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyse, causal studies of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation towards employee performance. Using quantitative approach method with survey. Data was taken through the technique of sample random sampling (simple randomized technique) of the population number of 3500 employees and sampled 10% of the population is 98 employees. Data collection using questionnaires while data analysis is done using multiple regression analysis. And data processing using SPSS. The results show that there is no cultural influence on the organization's performance, there is a influence of organisational commitment to employee performance and there is no influence of work motivation to employee performance. Simultaneously means the organizational culture, and the motivation of work has no effect while the organizational commitment significantly affects the employee's performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of interest rates and term to non performing loans. This research was conducted in the Koperasi Syariah Masyarakat Kertasinduyasa with a population of 50 respondents. The data collection method in this research is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have non performing loan in the cooperative. The data analysis used was an instrument test which included validity test and realibility test, classic assumption test which include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test which include t test and f test, and determination correlation test. From the results of the test conducted, it is concluded that there is a significant influence on the variable interest rate on the non performing loan variable with a significance value of 0,007 < 0,05, while the time period variable has no significant effect on the non performing loan variable with a significance value of 0,872 > 0,05.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the automotive sector, especially two-wheeled vehicles, cannot be separated from the competition. Therefore, companies are vying to increase sales volume as much as possible. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotional costs on sales volume, selling prices on sales volume, and promotional costs and selling prices on sales volume. This study used secondary data. The population in this study is the annual financial report on Yamaha Agung Motor Brebes for 2016-2018. A sample of 117 data. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study showed: promotion costs partially have a significant effect on sales volume, partial selling prices have no significant effect on sales volume, and promotion costs and selling prices simultaneously have a significant effect on sales volume

Abstract

Many previous studies have stated that financial performance such as the activities of the audit committee, independent board of directors can affect firm value. These results are confirmed by agency theory in financial performance in companies. The research also tries to prove again the confirmation of the previous or previous agency theory. This research was carried out on issuers of financial and banking institutions that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at the end of 2019, starting from the 2017 to 2019 research period. The sample used was purposive sampling technique, obtained 61 issuers as samples, then the data was analyzed by regression. multiple linear. The results of this study indicate that the activities of the audit committee and the board of directors of financial performance have an influence on the company's financial performance. This research can be said to be quite effective in working for the company, especially the sample in this study during the observation period. This is reflected by two of the three variables that have a significant effect on firm value as a reflection of the response to agency theory informed by the sample firms.

Abstract

Bad debts are often a problem in financial institutions, both government-owned and privately owned financial institutions, because they can interfere with the company's operations. Mekar's National Madani Capital (PNM) as a state-owned financial institution must also understand what aspects can encourage bad debts. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of declining economies and large interest rates on bad debts at the PNM Mekar cooperative, Brebes. This study used primary data and the study used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that simultaneously the economy grows and interest rates can affect bad debts and both can explain credit strongly. Partially the economy grew insignificantly on bad debts while interest rates had a significant direct effect on bad debts.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of a bank in terms of risk, income, and capital in Conventional Banks in Indonesia in the period 2017 to 2019. The data in this study used a sample of 42 Conventional Banks in Indonesia from 2017 to 2019. NonPerfoming Financing is to measure the quality of an asset, credit risk (financing), liquidity risk is promulgated by the financing to deposit ratio, and the size of a company is measured using total assets. Return on equity and net interest margin are used to measure efficiency analysis. Meanwhile, capital is measured using capital adequacy. The financial statement data used in this study consisted of ROE, FDR, NPF, BOPO, CAR, NOM and Bank Size. The data in this study shows a relationship with the indicators of a financial profitability ratio in Conventional Banks. Based on an analysis and interpretation of the data that has been carried out, it can be concluded that only one ratio, namely the size of the bank, has a positive influence on ROE, while the financing to deposit ratio, nonperfoming financing, operating costs, capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin does not have a significant effect on ROE in Conventional Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact or influence of local original income (PAD) of the general allocation fund (DAU) and capital expenditure on districts or cities in Central Java Province. This research is a quantitative study by applying secondary data. The research population is a report on the capital expenditure of the district or city government in Central Java province starting from 2019-2020 consisting of 35 regencies/cities. The sample of this study is the capital expenditure report of the local government of Brebes Regency whose APBD realization report is listed in the 2019-2020 APBD realization report and uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique utilized in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application. From the results of the study, it was revealed that the variables of Regional Original Income and General Allocation Fund had a significant positive impact on Capital Expenditure
