Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effects of location and price on repurchase interest in decisions made at Tangerang City's Madura grocery stalls. This study used a descriptive empirical approach by taking an intencional sampling of one hundred Madura grocery stall customers. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) path analysis. The research found that price and location have a major influence on purchasing decisions; In addition, purchasing decisions serve as important mediators in the relationship between price and repurchase interest, as well as location and repurchase interest. The conclusion of this study is that Madurese grocery stalls must maintain strategically affordable prices and locations to drive customers' repurchase decisions and interests. To explore the factors influencing the popularity of Madura grocery stalls, future research may consider factors such as service quality.

Abstract

The application of religious, moral, ethical and traditional values ​​in management is becoming increasingly relevant in the midst of integrity crises that often hit organizations. Various cases such as corruption, abuse of power, and exploitation of human resources show the urgent need to integrate these values ​​into every managerial process. Without a strong foundation of these values, the sustainability of the organization will be threatened, both in terms of reputation and long-term success. Religious values ​​provide a basis for moral and spiritual-based decision making, which supports the creation of an inclusive and ethical work culture. Ethical and moral principles play an important role in ensuring transparency, fairness and social responsibility in organizations. In addition, local traditions, such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and family values, can be integrated into modern management systems to create a more contextual and humanistic approach. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative type of library design, with data collection methods collecting reading books, journals and other electronic references. This is done by analyzing primary data from main references and secondary data from supporting references. The aim is to explain how religious values ​​can be implemented in management practices, analyze the role of morals and ethics in increasing organizational effectiveness, explore the integration of local traditions into modern management systems, and provide examples of the application of these values ​​in developing the socio-cultural competence of State Civil Apparatus. (ASN) in Aceh and North Sumatra.

Abstract

Bank Jabar Banten Syariah is a company with a service sector, namely banking. Its production does not create goods but sells fund products, savings, credit and other service services. One of the products at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah is the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings which is a special savings for collecting funds according to Sharia for those who want to go on Hajj. The purpose of this Final Assignment is to find out the marketing strategy of the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings Product, the obstacles and solutions provided to face the obstacles in marketing the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings Product. The data collection method in the preparation of the Final Assignment is the observation method, interview, documentation with the analysis method using qualitative descriptive. The marketing strategy used is in accordance with the 4P marketing mix theory, namely, product, price, place, promotion. The obstacles faced in marketing the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings product are that prospective hajj pilgrims have a less than good mindset, the long waiting list for hajj departure, the increase in hajj costs, the decreasing level of trust, and the large number of umrah travel. The solution that has been implemented by PT. Bank Jabar Banten Syariah in facing the obstacles in marketing the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings product is to always conduct evaluations, carry out Islamic propagation, provide extra services to customers, cooperate with other institutions, and market products via online media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai sumber daya yang mendukung pengembangan peternakan sapi potong di Desa Bingkat, Kecamatan Pegajahan, serta menentukan wilayah yang menjadi sektor basis melalui analisis Location Quotient (LQ). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Perikanan dan Kehutanan Desa Bingkat. Hasil analisis LQ menunjukkan bahwa Desa Bingkat memiliki nilai LQ sebesar 2,08, yang mengindikasikan wilayah tersebut sebagai sektor basis dalam pengembangan ternak sapi. Potensi maksimum ternak berdasarkan sumber daya lahan (PMSL) mencapai 2.269,03 ST, dengan kapasitas peningkatan populasi sapi berdasarkan sumber daya lahan (KKPTR(SL)) sebesar 1.180,53 ST. Populasi ternak sapi aktual (POPRIL) di Desa Bingkat tercatat sebanyak 1.088,5 ST. Selain itu, potensi maksimum ternak berdasarkan kepala keluarga (PMKK) mencapai 6.012 ST, dan kapasitas peningkatan populasi ternak sapi berdasarkan kepala keluarga (KPPTR(KK)) adalah 4.923,5 ST. Angka-angka ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Bingkat dan Kecamatan Pegajahan memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pengembangan peternakan sapi potong.

Abstract

With the growing development of a company, the problems faced by the company also increase. The limitations of a leader in controlling and supervising the company's activities require the leader to delegate some authority to his subordinates. Therefore, leaders need a tool that can assess and evaluate company activities. The tool that can be used for this purpose is the implementation of operational audits. By conducting an operational audit, the company hopes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the part being audited. Based on the problems above, the authors conducted research at PT Astra Graphia Tbk, which is engaged in information technology and focuses on printing and digital services business activities. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained from data collection, and secondary data is obtained from literature, books, and company documents. Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya faktor sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan, maka sudah semestinya apabila perusahaan memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sumber daya manusia yang bekerja di perusahaan dalam menunjang pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Selain gaji yang diberikan kepada karyawan, salah satu usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh PT Harsumas Sakti dalam memperhatikan karyawannya adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan sebagai ucapan terima kasih dan apresiasi untuk karyawan yang telah memberikan kinerja yang baik untuk perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan PT Harsumas Sakti antara lain berupa komisi, insentif, asuransi dan juga cuti karyawan. Abstract

Di zaman yang semakin berkembang banyak perubahan yang dirasakan, perusahaan di tuntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Sebuah perusahan tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri, oleh karena itu memerlukan hubungan dan kerja sama dengan pihak lain. Pembelian merupakan fungsi yang bertanggung jawab atas perolehan barang yang dibutuhkan, karena sebagian besar proses bisnis tidak akan beroperasi dengan lancar tanpa pengelolaan pembelian yang baik dan benar. PT Primekemas Cemerlang Jakarta merupakan perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan barang jadi. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis mengambil judul Pelaksanaan Administrasi Pembelian Barang Jadi. Metode dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan metode analisanya berupa analisis kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan adminsitrasi pembelian barang jadi pada PT Primakemas Cemerlang Jakarta sudah baik namun perlu di tingkatkan lagi di masa yang akan datang, terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan administrasi pembelian barang jadi yaitu kendala dalam sistem maupun kesalahan pada komunikasi, solusinya selain melalui sistem ada baiknya menggunakan manual, melakukan pelatihan dan pembinaan agar tercipta komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien dalam perusahaan.

Abstract

PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia is a supplier company in the field of building services, water management, and industry. Has a wide range of products, especially pumps for building service markets, water management markets, and industrial markets. Wilo is synonymous with high efficiency, high quality, and reliable products. Product innovation regularly sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability in the handling of natural resources. Public and private sector organizations, in administrative activities will always be associated with archives. The organization's archive procedures can provide information that is important and needed for the running of the organization. With the increasing activity and dynamics of the organization, it will bring a tendency to increase the need for information to support the decision-making process to achieve goals. The data collection method in the preparation of this article is the method of observation, interviews, and literature study with the analytical method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely the method of data analysis without using static analysis. The results of the implementation of archive management at PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia through the receptionist, secretary, and archivist. Implementation of archive management in the form of sorting, naming documents, indexing, inputting, and storing.

Abstract

The ability to obtain profits can be obtained from sales. Sales will not go well without systematic and regular sales procedures. The system and rules in selling are called sales procedures. The purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for selling motorbikes at PT Mandiri Motor in West Jakarta. In the data collection process, field research methods were carried out, namely observation and interviews as well as library research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. In data analysis techniques, the authors use descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the procedure for selling motorbikes at PT Mandiri Motor has sales procedures, namely sales planning, sales and payment processes and delivery

Abstract

CV Sumber Mina Rejeki Jakarta Utara bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa surat kapal yaitu layanan jasa penerbitan SIPI (Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna layanan jasa penerbitan SIPI (Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan) di CV Sumber Mina Rejeki Jakarta Utara yang meliputi harga dan kualitas pelayanan (variabel independen) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (variabel dependen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan/konsumen pengguna layanan jasa penerbitan SIPI (Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan) di CV Sumber Mina Rejeki Jakarta Utara. Sedangkan responden atau sampelnya berjumlah 40 responden. Sampling data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan uji analisis data yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik data yaitu uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji linier berganda, uji hipotesis yaitu ada uji T dan uji F, serta ada uji koefesien determinasi (R2). Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif data dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Dari hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa variabel harga B1: 0.361, kualitas pelayanan B2: 0.279. Hasil koefesien determinasi (R2) menggunakan nilai r square sebesar 0.930. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa bahwa variabel yang diteliti variabel harga (X1) dan variabel yang kualitas pelayanan yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y)  sebesar 92,6 % sementara sisanya 7,4 % dipengaruhi variabel yang diteliti. Dari hasil perhitungan uji f bahwa secara simultan variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 dan f hitung 245,559 > f tabel 3.245. Untuk variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen adalah harga.
