Abstract

Pontianak merupakan ibukota Porivonsi Kalimantan Barat. Padatnya populasi manusia di zaman sekarang mengakibatkan area resapan air yang semakin menipis sedangkan pertumbuhan pembangunan semakin cepat tanpa diiringi dengan antisipasi untuk kedepannya, terutama pada area permukiman yang lebih difokuskan kepada bangunan rumah tinggal. Apalagi jika diitambah dengan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya area resapan air. Dengan kondisi tersebut serta kurangnya lahan terbuka hijau akan mengakibatkan hal buruk lainnya terjadi. Contohnya yaitu terjadinya banjir yang disebabkan karena air hujan yang tidak bisa lagi ditampung dan meluap karena tidak adanya area resapan pada setiap bangunan rumah tinggal tersebut. Untuk itu diperlukan cara agar mempertahankan daerah resapan air hujan di area rumah tinggal, maka air hujan seharusnya diproses dengan cara diresapkan ke dalam tanah agar air sungai tidak meluap dan menyebabkan banjir di daerah tersebut. Maka dari itu penggunaan Biopori sebagai salah satu cara yang dapat meningkatkan daya resap terhadap air hujan. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang telah dilakukan hanya terdapat 6 lubang resapan biopori yang tersedia di lokasi penelitian. Maka dari itu harus dilakukan pengumpulan data tentang curah hujan dan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan jumlah yang ideal agar air hujan dapat meresap ke dalam tanah dengan maksimal.

Abstract

PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia is a supplier company in the field of building services, water management, and industry. Has a wide range of products, especially pumps for building service markets, water management markets, and industrial markets. Wilo is synonymous with high efficiency, high quality, and reliable products. Product innovation regularly sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability in the handling of natural resources. Public and private sector organizations, in administrative activities will always be associated with archives. The organization's archive procedures can provide information that is important and needed for the running of the organization. With the increasing activity and dynamics of the organization, it will bring a tendency to increase the need for information to support the decision-making process to achieve goals. The data collection method in the preparation of this article is the method of observation, interviews, and literature study with the analytical method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely the method of data analysis without using static analysis. The results of the implementation of archive management at PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia through the receptionist, secretary, and archivist. Implementation of archive management in the form of sorting, naming documents, indexing, inputting, and storing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara kepercayaan merek, citra merek, dan persepsi kualitas terhadap loyalitas merek sepatu sandal Eiger di Kota Depok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga kota Depok, dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 163 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan merek, citra merek, dan persepsi kualitas berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya pengertian kepuasan pelanggan adalah tingkat perasaan pelanggan atau konsumen setelah mendapatkan produk atau pelayanan dari sebuah perusahaan. Perasaan timbul karena pelanggan membandingkan harapan mengenai produk atau jasa yang akan diperoleh dengan kenyataan. Oleh sebab itu kepuasan memang subjektif. Penilaian tergantung dengan pelanggan itu sendiri. Kinerja PT Wifiku Indonesia sesuai harapan pelanggan puas, senang atau gembira, maka aspek pelayanan sangatlah penting bagi perkembangan bisnis perusahaan. Abstract

The ability to obtain profits can be obtained from sales. Sales will not go well without systematic and regular sales procedures. The system and rules in selling are called sales procedures. The purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for selling motorbikes at PT Mandiri Motor in West Jakarta. In the data collection process, field research methods were carried out, namely observation and interviews as well as library research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. In data analysis techniques, the authors use descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the procedure for selling motorbikes at PT Mandiri Motor has sales procedures, namely sales planning, sales and payment processes and delivery

Abstract

The existence of distributed generation (DG) has improved voltage regulation, but it reverses power factor and network losses on Dolok Sanggul distribution system. The operation scheme and the lenght of interconnection facility of DG have caused the increase reactive power flow on distribution system. The increase in reactive power flow could be compensated by the installment of shunt capacitor. Optimal Capacitor Placement ETAP Power Station with the objective function is to minimize the cost of distribution system was used to search the placement and the size of shunt capacitor in the interconnection facility of DG. After the installment of shunt capacitor, the cost of distribution system can be saved Rp 2,092,403,071,- (US$ 152,208) in Peak Load Time (WBP) and Rp 8,390,300,625,- (US$ 610,337) in Outside Peak Load Time (LWBP) in the five-year period.

Abstract

Bank Guarantee as Third Party Guarantee in the Event of Default at PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk Pasar Mayestik Branch Office, Jakarta Bank guarantee, is a payment guarantee given by the bank to a party in the form of a document. Default occurs when the obligation is not carried out or is negligent in the agreement between the creditor and the debtor. PT Bank State of Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. was founded as the central bank in Indonesia with the name "Bank Negara Indonesia" on July 5, 1946. On October 30, 1946, Bank Negara Indonesia was upgraded to Persero and given the name PT Bank Negara Indonesia, according to Law Number 17 of 1968. Collecting data in preparation is observation, interview, and literature study methods with qualitative descriptive analysis. PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk Pasar Mayestik Jakarta Branch Office carries out Bank issuance The guarantee has three stages, namely the filing stage, screening stage, and releaser stage. When applying for a bank guarantee, customers are required to attach underlying documents such as preparing funds in a savings account and a letter of principle approval from insurance.

Abstract

The analysis showed that there was a significant positive effect of Motivation and the Lifestyle toward Buying Decision . This suggests that higher levels of motivation and Lifestyle in the mind of the consumer laptop users will increase also Buying Decision-owned .

Abstract- Many factors in addition to promotional efforts, including in terms of service, price matching, also part of the leadership of the company to follow sales orders that are still open. Usaha Jaya Teknika is a company engaged in the sale bearing activities associated with the sale. In bearing sales companies, the administration is required to support continuation of work productivity. One supporting of the labor productivity is sales administration, because sales are   very important role among other activities. Customers most influential people in sales, because of the customer and the sales process will occur reciprocal relationship mutual benefit. By this author tries to make the final administrative procedures regarding the sale of Usaha Jaya Teknika, West Jakarta.
