Abstract

This community service activity aims to be able to improve the ability of students to study mathematics, Indonesian and civic education and English during the current pandemic. In this case, the free guidance course in question is learning that is carried out outside school hours and is free of charge from students. With community service activities (PKM) carried out in each Faculty, it is a program that really helps the community with things like today. Where students participate in helping to educate the nation's life. Moreover, especially in the selection of community service locations (PKM), students are required to be smarter and more literate with educational problems that occur at community service locations (PKM). From the teaching system, it appears that the condition of the school is good in teaching its students. But again, the problem of technology seems to need to be introduced and used when teaching in the classroom. With the help of these media can provide renewal for students that make them enthusiastic, active, and interested in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya program Kampus Mengajar adalah terciptanya kolaborasi antara mahasiswa dan guru di lapangan untuk membantu proses pengajaran di sekolah dasar. Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu bentuk aktivitas dari pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Fokus dalam tulisan ini adalah melihat implementasi dari program Kampus Mengajar sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri No 091261 Perkebunan Bangun Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berupa pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah yang ada di sekolah tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan program Kampus Mengajar sangat membantu dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas yang ada di SD Negeri No 091261 Perkebunan Bangun, hal ini dapat dilihat dari aktivitas kolaborasi yang dilakukan antara mahasiswa dan guru, diantaranya: (1) membantu proses pembelajaran, (2) membantu adaptasi teknologi, dan (3) membantu administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

The objective of this socialization was to socialize and give a comprehensive guide to the students in preventing bullying among students at school. As we know that nowadays bullying is always one of the hottest topics happening not only in Indonesia but also in some other schools in other countries in the world. Schools always try their best to draw up an official strategy in dealing with that problem. The participants in this program were the students of SMP Methodist Pematangsiantar located on Jalan Pane no. 34 in Pematangsiantar city. The socialization was held during the school environment introduction activities (PLS) on 15-16 July 2024. The results of this socialization were the students were given a comprehensive guide to prevent the bullying among students at school since the students were from different background, race, ethnics, and so on. The socialization process was initiated by analyzing the issue of bullying in schools, including its various forms, the effects on both victims and aggressors, the social influences that contribute to the problem, and the need for preventative measures tailored to the developmental needs of elementary, middle, and high school students. The discussion then delved into two theoretically grounded approaches for creating and implementing socialization strategies: the Pro-Social Developmental Guidance Model and the Social-Ecological Intervention Model. For each approach, strategies to evaluate, develop, implement, and sustain socialization strategies were identified, along with suggestions for integrating them into a cohesive approach. The guide also provides recommended antibullying strategies and programs, as well as an extensive list of references. This resource is designed to aid educators and others in their efforts to prevent bullying in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Bagaimana Analisis Hubungan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah dan Minat Belajar Mahasiswa melalui Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimen. dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa melalui model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada mata kuliah kalkulus integral universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar. Hubungan tersebut ditunjukkan dari nilai koefisien relasinya sebesar 0,534 yang berarti kategori hubungan kuat dan signifikan dari hubungan itu ditunjukkan dari nilai t htungny lebih besar dari nilai t tabelnya (9,011> 2,034). Dan dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat besar hubunganya yaitu 73%.
