Abstract

Chanel Distro Pringsewu adalah sebuah toko yang menjual kaos, jaket,  kemeja, sweeter, kaos kerah dll yang berada di pusat perbelanjaan pringsewu. Sistem penjualan, pemasaran dan promosi yang dipakai saat ini masih menggunakan sistem secara manual. Sangat perlu adanya kemudahan pelayanan untuk memudahkan pelanggan yang jauh dari jangakauan. Untuk itu dirancang sistem penjualan online pada Chanel Distro Pringsewu berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL secara online yang dikenal dengan istilah E-Commerce (Elektronic commerce) .Aplikasi ini mempermudah pelanggan membeli produk Chanel Distro Pringsewu secara online kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa menyita waktu,dan pelanggan juga dapat mengetahui informasi produk apa saja dan bagaimana disain yang tersedia di Distro Pringsewu.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis distro di kota Bandar lampung semakin ketat. Bahana adalah salah  satu distro yang baru berdiri sejak   tahun   2009   di   Bandar lampung.   Mekanisme   sistem   penjualan   pada   distro   bahana   sekarang   masih menggunakan  sistem  konvensional,  dimana konsumen  harus  datang  langsung  ke distro.  Dengan  adanya Aplikasi E­commerce  pada  Distro  Bahana  Bandar Lampung  diharapkan  dapat memberikan  kemudahan  kepada masyarakat  untuk  melakukan  pembelian  produk  tanpa  harus  datang  ke  tempatnya,  serta  memperluas pemasaran   dan   meningkatkan   costumer   loyality.   Distro  ini   dikembangkan   dengan   SDLC   (System Development  Life  Cycle)  dan  software  yang  digunakan  untuk  merancang  dan  mendesain  Aplikasi  E­ commerce  yaitu  bahasa  pemrograman  PHP,  text editor  Macromedia  Dreamweaver  8,  Database MySQL dan  Adobe  Photoshop  CS3.  Aplikasi  ini  juga  dapat  menghasilkan  informasi  produk  yang  dijual,  serta menyajikan  laporan ­laporan  yang  ditujukan  kepada  pimpinan  (manajer)  diantaranya:  laporan  produk, laporan member, laporan order, dan laporan penjualan.

Abstract

Dunia Bisnis semakin berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya perekonomian. Maraknya persaingan dalam penjualan batik basurek mendorong penjual berlomba untuk mendapatkan pelanggan dan menginformasikan penjualannya agar dikenal masyarakat, dengan melakukan penjualan secara online menggunakan website, Sarana Internet menjadi gaya hidup sebagian besar masyarakat yang ingin segalanya serba praktis dan cepat, Tetapi Fasilitas yang terkoneksi melalui internet untuk melakukan pemesanan belum tersedia, untuk itu akan dirancang penjualan online berbasis web menggunakan Macromedia dreamweaver, Php Mysql, Xampp dan Photoshop. Dengan dirancangnya website penjualan secara online diharapkan dapat menarik minat pelanggan serta  membantu meraih keuntungan ditengah persaingan.

Abstract

A lecturer is one of the essential components of a higher education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education, namely educating the nation's life, improving the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith/piety, noble morals, and mastery of science, technology, and art, as well as realizing an advanced, fair, and advanced Indonesian society. prosperous, and civilized. Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 4 competencies must be possessed as a lecturer in carrying out the task of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The four competencies include pedagogic, professional, personality, and social. These four competencies are indicators that show the performance of lecturers as educators and teachers. In improving the quality of education at STIT Pringsewu, qualified lecturers are needed. The selection of outstanding lecturers will be one of the supporters in improving the quality at STIT Pringsewu. The algorithm C 4.5 method is one of the methods for making a decision tree based on the training data provided in determining the outstanding lecturers of STIT Pringsewu as many as 20 lecturers. From the results of data testing using the rapid manner tool, it was found that 4 people who got the criteria deserved an award as outstanding lecturers.

Abstract

Literacy and inclusion is a good knowledge for a village and the village community in Pekon Ambarawa, because both of them are able to be used to build financial facilities and infrastructure that are good and quite profitable. In addition, if accompanied by technological sophistication in this globalization era. The Pekon Ambarawa community will have no difficulty in processing and managing finances and can make use of it for various profitable businesses. The people of Pekon Ambarawa are mostly engaged in agriculture, convection and trade. But unfortunately, financial utilization there is still very minimal. Many people still find it difficult to save or invest from the results of these efforts. Therefore, through Community Service will conduct socialization activities to provide knowledge of how easy and safe ways to borrow and save money and invest their finances with the sophistication of existing technology.

Abstract

The era of globalization and free market systems in which these conditions require speed, accuracy and effectiveness are certainly a challenge for home-based businesses to compete and continue to survive. The rapid flow of information technology development has an impact and potential that can be utilized in developing the business of home industry players to expand the reach of marketing through social media. This assistance was carried out to help the community, especially home industry players, identify the benefits of using social media in developing marketing products produced by home industries in the Pringsewu district. The subjects in this study were selected by purposive sampling involving 42 home industry players in Pringsewu District. The result of this assistance is that home industry players have the skills to innovate in marketing products through social media Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp that are trending and much loved by Indonesian people. The three media are the media with the most active users that are used as a means of utilizing promotional media using social media. Aside from being a promotional medium for home industry players can also identify consumer needs and see trends that can be used as a reference for variations and product updates. Social media is an appropriate tool that can be used as a reciprocal communication medium to respond to consumers and increase market share and sales volume.

Abstract

Crucial issues in Asia occur when modern companies are majority owned by large shareholders and effectively control the company. This phenomenon will lead to type II agency conflict, its happens conflict between the majority shareholder and the minority shareholder. This study aims to investigate the effect of the board composition and concentrated ownership on the disclosure quality of financial statement. The samples selected are companies in Indonesia with concentrated ownership. This study uses multiple regression analysis method with the statistical test result reveal that the concentration of ownership has a negative effect on the disclosure quality, while the board composition has a significant positive effect on the quality of disclosure. However, independent commissioners have no influence on the quality of financial statements. This study provides evidence that the concentration of ownership and board composition has an impact on the disclosure quality in Indonesian companies. This finding can be consideration for regulators and policy makers for improving good corporate governance and review the disclosure requirements of financial statements as a form of protection for minority shareholders.

Abstract

Digital-based sales technology or often known as electronic commerce has increased very rapidly as felt at the moment. With very fierce trade competition, the Gantiaras Cooperative in collaboration with two STMIK Pringsewu Higher Education Institutions, STIE Trisna Negara provides advisory services for home industry business owners who are members of the Bukaaras Cooperative to have a digital-based sales platform with the concept of mobile commerce. This Community Service activity aims to provide an understanding for the Members of the Cooperative Cooperative on how to market digital-based handicraft products, food, clothing, services and services. From this activity the members of the Gentiaras Cooperative who have a home industry business can market products quickly, precisely and safely so that customers can provide convenience for customers.

Abstract

Berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu cepat, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan, yakni Instruksi Presiden no.3 tahun 2003 atas kebijakan dan strategi nasional terhadap perkembangan e-government. Desa Pirngadi masih menggunakan proses manual dalam memberikan pelayanan pada pemerintah desa, sehingga kemungkinan data yang diajukan kurang akurat dan lambat, untuk memfasilitasi pemerintah desa dan penduduk desa Pirngadi dalam mengakses informasi sehingga kualitas pelayanan umum menjadi lebih responsif, efektif, efisien dan accountable, dapat dijelaskan atau dimintai pertanggung jawaban. Sebuah sistem e-government berbasis web mobile yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis, perancangan dan implementasi dari sistem.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, E-Government, Mobile WebABSTRACT Based on the fast development of information technology, the government issued a policy, which is Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 about policy and national strategies of the development of e- government. Piringadi village is still using manual process in providing services toward village government that may cause inaccuracy and slow-delivering data. To facilitate the government and the people of Piringadi in accessing information so the quality of public services become more responsive, effective, efficient, and can be explained or held accountable, a web mobile based e- government system that includes planning, analysis, design, and implementation of the system is proposed. Abstract

Information technology is moving more and more forward and developing from time to time. One of the roles of information technology which is growing is the use of information technology to improve the governance of educational institutions from high schools to universities. Every educational institution is required to have models and standards which can be implemented as a basis for improving the alignment between business strategy and information technology. Enterprise Architecture Planning or commonly called (EAP) is one method which can be applied in making information architecture plans. The stages in EAP consist of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and designs which have been made and can be implemented to support the achievement of the organization's mission. The system design uses flowchart design, use case diagrams, and class diagrams. Research conducted at Multazam Vocational School in Gisting resulted in a strategic design. The information system of Multazam Vocational School in Gisting is based on Android as an effort to improve service quality. With good management of information systems at Multazam Vocational School in Gisting, it will make easier for all parties to interact. The school can provide information to prospective students to access information easily. All the information needed by the community can be easily obtained without having to come directly, and enough with a smartphone and online.
