Abstract

Purpose: The important indicators in economic growth are financial performance and regional finance. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the role of regional income and financial performance on economic growth, and economic growth as an indicator of community welfare in an area. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses panel data analysis to test the regression model. Findings: The findings reveal that regional income and economic performance on economic growth have an influence on the level of community welfare in Lampung Province, but the evidence proves that regional levies are not significant on community welfare. Practical implications: This study also provides evidence that the regional retribution is not significant, so that the regional retribution has a value that has not been able to improve welfare in the of Lampung province. Abstract

Empirical evidence on type II conflicts between controlling shareholders versus minority shareholders has not been extensively explored.  This study gives new evidence on the agency conflict in a scenario of highly concentrated ownership. This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance mechanism with quality of disclosure on concentrated ownership context The sample were drawn from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data were analyzed with panel data regression. The results shows that CG mechanisms negatively effects with DQ. However, looking at each individual variable, the study reveals that the audit committee and independence of audit committee are not significant. A possible reason is that companies' audit committee members have lack of accounting expertise and independence. These findings shed light on the concept of good CG enhances incentives for good DQ under highly concentrated ownership. It the effectiveness of CG mechanisms is likely to supplement regulation to protect investor rights and may prove to be useful for standard-setters as an important way to reduce agency conflicts.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat telah memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas, baik itu dalam pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, hingga mengakses informasi. Namun, dampak teknologi digital tidak selalu positif bagi kesejahteraan manusia, terutama dalam konteks stres kerja pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi menyimak dan mencatat informasi penting untuk melakukan analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan tinjauan psikologi bisnis mengenai dampak teknologi digital terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang masalah ini dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi stres kerja pada karyawan. Hasil studi menunjukkan teknologi digital memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam lingkungan kerja saat ini. Namun, penggunaan teknologi digital yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan tingkat stres kerja yang lebih tinggi pada karyawan. Maka, penting bagi organisasi untuk mempertimbangkan strategi untuk mengatasi stres kerja yang disebabkan oleh teknologi digital seperti memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan tentang cara menggunakan teknologi digital yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Student productivity in higher education is still a problem. In the digital era, technology is increasingly developing and provides convenience for doing various things, including in terms of learning. The purpose of this study will be an analysis of the role of ChatGPT in helping to improve the quality of student productivity. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that ChatGPT can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of student productivity. This language model can help students in various ways, such as providing useful information and resources, helping to improve language skills, facilitating collaboration, increasing time efficiency and effectiveness, and providing support and motivation.

Abstract

Study with a specific purpose This well-known just-in-time (JIT) technique of business increases efficiency, lowers costs, and ensures a smooth production process. Object investigation This is Wisma Batik Trusmi, which is located in the hamlet of Cinunuk subdistrict of Cileunyi district and operates in the sector of batik writing. For data analysis, quantitative analysis was employed as a method. Data is required for _cost computation, raw material supply, and application of the just-in-time approach. Primary data (in the form of report material raw production, inventory material raw, as well as cost material standard, and company history) and secondary data (in the form of literature from the library, notes during related lectures, books, and internet media theory that will be researched) are the types of data obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of capital, use of accounting information, financial reporting, and entrepreneurship on the financial capability and business performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor, Indonesia. A cross-sectional survey was conducted, and data were collected from 200 MSMEs using a structured questionnaire. Smart-PLS was used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that capital, use of accounting information, financial reporting, and entrepreneurship have a significant positive influence on the financial capability and business performance of MSMEs in Bogor These results suggest that MSMEs should prioritize obtaining sufficient capital, ensuring access to reliable accounting information and financial reporting, and developing entrepreneurial skills to improve their financial capability and business performance. The practical implications of this study suggest that MSMEs should focus on obtaining sufficient capital to invest in their businesses, ensuring access to reliable accounting information and financial reporting to make wise financial decisions, and developing entrepreneurial skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the market. This study has several limitations, including the use of self-reported data and a cross-sectional design, which limits the generalizability of the findings. Future research could address the limitations of this study by conducting longitudinal research using objective measures of financial capability and business performance. Additionally, similar studies could be conducted in other geographical locations to test the generalizability of the findings. Overall, this study provides important insights into the factors that contribute to the success of MSMEs and has practical implications for MSMEs in Bogor, Indonesia.

Abstract

Nusantara, Indonesia's new capital, has a land area 256,142 ha and a marine area 68,189 ha. Transmigrant residents in the North Penajam Paser Regency region has increased as a result. The difficulty of finding a place of worship in the closest location because they are unfamiliar with their location or the nearby roadways. We can utilize data visualization to show the distribution of places of worship in order to solve this issue. Analysis was done on several types of houses of worship, including mosques, churches, and musholla. Python is the programming language, and the libraries used are NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, RegEx, and Folium. Muslims for the majority of places of worship in IKN Nusantara (91.26%), musholla making up 57.92% of the total and mosques making up 33.33% and 8.74% are owned by Christians. Sukaraja Village, Semoi Dua Village, Argo Mulyo Village, and Tengin Baru Village have the highest concentration. Keywords: Data Visualization, House of Worship, IKN Nusantara, Python

Abstract

The millennial generation has always been a hot topic for analysis because it has hedonic and consumptive characteristics in modern products and tries to find symbols of luxury in buying daily needs. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of several factors that are likely to shape their Islamic economic behavior, especially among the younger generation who are just working. The survey was conducted in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung, with more than 150 millennial generation respondents who had just started working (1-3 years) and were financially independent by using hauntedness as the main data collection tool. To find out what factors can actually shape Islamic economic behavior, a confirmatory factor analysis tool is used using the maximum likelihood estimation approach. The test results show that the construct of halal consumption consists of halal issues, Islamic branding, religious norms, consumer attitudes, product knowledge, halal product evaluation, and commitment, all of which are in the good classification.

Abstract

Ulasan literatur ini menelaah pentingnya digitalisasi akuntansi di Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), tantangan yang terkait dengan adopsinya, dan implikasi dari implementasinya. Tinjauan ini menemukan bahwa adopsi sistem akuntansi digital di UMKM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, pengambilan keputusan, pelayanan pelanggan, dan akses keuangan. Namun, adopsi sistem akuntansi digital di UMKM dihadapkan pada tantangan biaya, kurangnya kapasitas teknologi, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan kekhawatiran tentang keamanan dan privasi. Implikasi dari digitalisasi akuntansi di UMKM termasuk peningkatan akses keuangan dan peningkatan persaingan. Penelitian masa depan sebaiknya fokus pada mengidentifikasi strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang terkait dengan digitalisasi akuntansi di UMKM dan memaksimalkan manfaat dari sistem akuntansi digital untuk UMKM.

Abstract

The advancement and development of technology that we enjoy today is the impact of the era of globalization. The existence of technological advances in the business world is marked by the emergence and increase of business actors (MSMEs). The problems that occur in the scope of business actors show that business actors (KPU) in Pringsewu Regency still depend on simple Customer to Customer (C2C) business management. Research conducted by designing Enterprise Architecture Planning for groups of business actors is expected to be able to encourage business progress and business quality such as changes in promotion strategies and sales transactions. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a modern approach to planning data quality and achieving information system missions and the steps taken to define the architecture for using information to support business and planning the implementation of that architecture. The results of the research are in the form of system architecture design, interface architecture design, and technology architecture design. The resulting architectural design allows for more open coordination between IT and business units, providing businesses with opportunities to prioritize investments, making it easy to test the current architecture against long-term goals.
