Abstract

Dari masa kemasa dunia perbankan mengalami perubahan dan pertumbuhan yang signifikan. Persaingan antar bank dalam mempertahankan nasabah dan meningkatkan kualitas laba menjadikan setiap bank harus mampu utnuk terus berinovasi dalam berbagai bidang. Kondisi ekonomi makro yang tidak menentu, dimana dapat menyebabkan gejolak perekonomian yang berdampak pada tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh Bank Umum Syariah. Berdasarkan pada uraian latar belakang rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh Inflasi, BI Rate, GDP, Nilai Tukar secara Parsial dan Simultan terhadap Laba Operasional Bank Umum Syariah, serta dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan kondisi makro ekonomi mampu meningkatkan laba dari bank umum syariah atau justru membuat laba dari bank umum syariah akan mengalami penurunan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari berbagai website resmi yang terkait dengan data penenlitian seperti website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bank Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis, dengan menggunakan SPSS for window versi 25 dan Microsoft excel 2013 dengan level signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan laba operasional, BI Rate berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perubahan laba operasional, nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan laba operasional, dan GDP tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba operasional. Sedangkan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Inflasi, BI Rate, Nilai Tukar dan GDP secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba operasional bank umum syariah.

Abstract

The experience of various crises that have occurred, including the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, presents a challenge to implement macroprudential policies to ensure the financial system survives and continues to carry out its function in driving the economy. The existing microprudential policies tend to be individual and focus on prudent banking and other financial institutions. Economic fluctuations that occur on the macro side will greatly impact, either directly or indirectly, on the stock price index, as well as the company's internal indicators which are considered to have a major influence on the decisions of investors and potential investors to take action on the stock exchange. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is Literature Study. The test carried out in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis test (multiple linear regression method), this study uses the ECM model to obtain the best model which includes the classical assumption test. The results of this study based on the partial short-term relationship test, it can be concluded that the Exchange Rate, Inflation and TPF in the short term have no significant effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index. Meanwhile, short-term CAR has a significant positive effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index. Based on the results of the partial long-term relationship test, it can be concluded that in the long term the Exchange Rate has a significant negative effect and TPF and CAR have a significant positive effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index while Inflation has no significant effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index. Based on the output results of the simultaneous short-term and long-term F test, it shows that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index in the short term. Based on the provisions of the MUI DSN through the issued fatwas related to the sharia capital market and sharia shares, it is explained that sharia stock investment with the aim of investing according to the perspective of sharia economic law is allowed

Abstract

Pandemic condition affected village community and it turn out become difficulty in fulfill needs and also continue their activity. Quality of Human Resources and community human capital rural considered important one of the strategies carried out in lower poverty is with the microcredit program or the Grameen Bank program to Public country side. The purpose of this study for examine empirical relationship between several influencing factors to the level income with quality of human resources and gender equality effect. Study this is also examine the effect of micro credit to income economy Public countryside. Respondents in this study the customer of microcredit. Analysis method using relevant data quantitative with multiple linear regression. The findings show that the microcredit through the Grameen Bank program improves well-being village community welfare significantly. Abstract

Apprentices are employees who work within the context of a real learning process in the workplace to hone skills and self-quality in achieving maturity in learning science in the world of education, apprentices are also commonly referred to as temporary employees who have a short period of time permitting work in a company , it is not uncommon for a company to appoint an apprentice immediately to become a permanent worker because it is considered capable of minimizing the time in the process of selecting new employees needed to fill employee positions required by a company, several companies also collaborate a lot with a university to accept participants educate them to be able to work in the company they want. In determining an apprentice to become a permanent employee of the company, of course, careful assessment and consideration is needed as is done in other employee selection processes, to eliminate subjective and unfair selection and to improve the quality of the company's assessment of target apprentices who will be appointed as permanent employees. need to build a decision-making system. This is widely applied by other leading companies. In this research, the application of a decision support system was carried out in determining the apprentice's assessment to be selected as a permanent employee of a company using the combination method by applying the weight of the data assessment using the ROC method and the MOORA method ranking method, the results obtained were 0.365 the highest point from the acquisition of the value obtained out of 10 apprentices, the highest score is data recommended by the system as interns who have the best potential to become permanent employees of the company.

Abstract

Public interest in saving is the most basic thing for banks because it can help grow the success of banks, while customer knowledge about savings products will be a factor that influences customer interest in saving. The lack of socialization to the public or customers in introducing Islamic bank products, especially savings products, causes the public or customers to understand less about existing savings products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive research type and uses a quantitative approach method with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office. This research is a study that uses descriptive research and quantitative approach methods with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method with Slovin formula as many as 99 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of knowledge of each type of savings product has a positive effect on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. Abstract

At Islamic boarding schools, student’s discipline education is the most effective method of education. As a result, everyone involved in Islamic boarding schools, including students, teachers, and Islamic Boarding School caretakers, must uphold discipline education. The discipline is divided into several categories: manners, cleanliness, worship, language, boarding, dress, exercise, and language. Everything must be strictly followed from the moment students officially join the Islamic Boarding School. Baitul Qur'an Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School is one example of a boarding school that can incorporate discipline education into daily life. This study takes a descriptive research approach. This study lacks a hypothesis because it is not intended to test hypotheses that have been developed to be rejected or accepted, but rather to collect data to describe the actual situation in the field. It runs smoothly and effectively, based on the findings of Islamic education management research into improving student’s discipline at the Baitul Qur'an Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Inflasi Dan Devaluasi Di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari BPS dalam bentuk rangkaian waktu sepuluh tahun, yang berlangsung dari januari hingga desember 2019 hingga 2022. Analisis data regresi linier berganda dilakukan dengan PSS versi 22. Variabel X1 adalah inflasi, X2 adalah devaluasi, dan Y adalah ekspor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel inflasi (X1) memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 3.263 dan signifikansi sebesar 5%. Karena nilai thitungnya lebih kecil dari ttabel (2,004) dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 2.224 lebih besar dari 0,834, dapat disimpulkan bahwa inflasi secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Ekspor Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan adalah 0,000 dan nilai Fhitung adalah 5,390. Menurut dasar pengambilan keputusan, keputusannya adalah signifikan jika nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (Sig < 0,05). Nilai signifikansi 0,001 lebih rendah dari 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa keputusannya adalah signifikan. Sepertinya H3 (Inflasi, Devaluasi, Kinerja Ekspor Indonesia) mempengaruhi kekurangan Kinerja Ekspor Indonesia. Ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel bebas secara bersamaan mempengaruhi variabel terikat.

Abstract

Chanel Distro Pringsewu adalah sebuah toko yang menjual kaos, jaket,  kemeja, sweeter, kaos kerah dll yang berada di pusat perbelanjaan pringsewu. Sistem penjualan, pemasaran dan promosi yang dipakai saat ini masih menggunakan sistem secara manual. Sangat perlu adanya kemudahan pelayanan untuk memudahkan pelanggan yang jauh dari jangakauan. Untuk itu dirancang sistem penjualan online pada Chanel Distro Pringsewu berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL secara online yang dikenal dengan istilah E-Commerce (Elektronic commerce) .Aplikasi ini mempermudah pelanggan membeli produk Chanel Distro Pringsewu secara online kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa menyita waktu,dan pelanggan juga dapat mengetahui informasi produk apa saja dan bagaimana disain yang tersedia di Distro Pringsewu.

Abstract

The advances and technological developments that we enjoy today are the result of the era of globalization. The existence of technological advances in the business world is marked by the emergence and increase of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The problems that occur in the scope of business actors show that business actors in Pringsewu Regency still depend on simple customer-to-customer (C2C) business management. Research conducted by designing Enterprise Architecture Planning for this group of business actors is expected to be able to encourage business progress and business quality, such as changes in promotion strategies and sales transactions. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a modern approach to planning data quality and achieving information system missions, including the steps taken to define the architecture for using information to support business and plan the implementation of that architecture. The results of the research are in the form of system architecture design, interface architecture design, and technology architecture design. The resulting architectural design allows for more open coordination between IT and business units, providing businesses with opportunities to prioritize investments and making it easy to test the current architecture against long-term goals.

Abstract

A lecturer is one of the essential components of a higher education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education, namely educating the nation's life, improving the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith/piety, noble morals, and mastery of science, technology, and art, as well as realizing an advanced, fair, and advanced Indonesian society. prosperous, and civilized. Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 4 competencies must be possessed as a lecturer in carrying out the task of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The four competencies include pedagogic, professional, personality, and social. These four competencies are indicators that show the performance of lecturers as educators and teachers. In improving the quality of education at STIT Pringsewu, qualified lecturers are needed. The selection of outstanding lecturers will be one of the supporters in improving the quality at STIT Pringsewu. The algorithm C 4.5 method is one of the methods for making a decision tree based on the training data provided in determining the outstanding lecturers of STIT Pringsewu as many as 20 lecturers. From the results of data testing using the rapid manner tool, it was found that 4 people who got the criteria deserved an award as outstanding lecturers.
