Abstract

Pandemic condition affected village community and it turn out become difficulty in fulfill needs and also continue their activity. Quality of Human Resources and community human capital rural considered important one of the strategies carried out in lower poverty is with the microcredit program or the Grameen Bank program to Public country side. The purpose of this study for examine empirical relationship between several influencing factors to the level income with quality of human resources and gender equality effect. Study this is also examine the effect of micro credit to income economy Public countryside. Respondents in this study the customer of microcredit. Analysis method using relevant data quantitative with multiple linear regression. The findings show that the microcredit through the Grameen Bank program improves well-being village community welfare significantly. Abstract

Apprentices are employees who work within the context of a real learning process in the workplace to hone skills and self-quality in achieving maturity in learning science in the world of education, apprentices are also commonly referred to as temporary employees who have a short period of time permitting work in a company , it is not uncommon for a company to appoint an apprentice immediately to become a permanent worker because it is considered capable of minimizing the time in the process of selecting new employees needed to fill employee positions required by a company, several companies also collaborate a lot with a university to accept participants educate them to be able to work in the company they want. In determining an apprentice to become a permanent employee of the company, of course, careful assessment and consideration is needed as is done in other employee selection processes, to eliminate subjective and unfair selection and to improve the quality of the company's assessment of target apprentices who will be appointed as permanent employees. need to build a decision-making system. This is widely applied by other leading companies. In this research, the application of a decision support system was carried out in determining the apprentice's assessment to be selected as a permanent employee of a company using the combination method by applying the weight of the data assessment using the ROC method and the MOORA method ranking method, the results obtained were 0.365 the highest point from the acquisition of the value obtained out of 10 apprentices, the highest score is data recommended by the system as interns who have the best potential to become permanent employees of the company.

Abstract

Public interest in saving is the most basic thing for banks because it can help grow the success of banks, while customer knowledge about savings products will be a factor that influences customer interest in saving. The lack of socialization to the public or customers in introducing Islamic bank products, especially savings products, causes the public or customers to understand less about existing savings products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive research type and uses a quantitative approach method with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office. This research is a study that uses descriptive research and quantitative approach methods with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method with Slovin formula as many as 99 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of knowledge of each type of savings product has a positive effect on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. Abstract

Business competition in Indonesia is getting tighter along with the increasing number of entrepreneurs and new companies. One of the important sectors is the construction industry, especially the roofs of buildings that function as protection from weather elements and falling objects. The importance of raw material inventory for smooth production is crucial, because it affects the production process and operational costs. This study aims to analyze the inventory management of raw materials in meeting the demand for light steel assembly in CV. Nira Jaya Abadi in Way Jepara District, East Lampung. The data collection methods used are documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that the management of raw material inventory in CV. Nira Jaya Abadi is not yet optimal in 2023. Using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, it was found that the number of economical purchases of raw materials was 3,623 units, while the average purchase made by the company was only 1,617 units. This results in a higher frequency of purchases, which is 12 times a year, compared to the optimal frequency of 5 times. As a result, the cost of ordering and inventory of raw materials increased, with inventory costs reaching IDR 19,440,670, while the optimal cost according to the EOQ calculation was IDR 17,065,510.5. This inefficiency causes the company to bear additional costs as well as the risk of damage to raw materials. ABSTRAKPersaingan bisnis di Indonesia semakin ketat seiring dengan semakin banyaknya wirausahawan dan perusahaan baru. Salah satu sektor yang penting adalah industri konstruksi khususnya atap bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai pelindung dari unsur cuaca dan benda jatuh. Pentingnya persediaan bahan baku untuk kelancaran produksi sangatlah penting, karena mempengaruhi proses produksi dan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen persediaan bahan baku dalam memenuhi permintaan perakitan baja ringan di CV. Nira Jaya Abadi di Kabupaten Way Jepara, Lampung Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku di CV. Nira Jaya Abadi belum optimal pada tahun 2023. Dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), diketahui jumlah pembelian bahan baku yang ekonomis sebanyak 3.623 unit, sedangkan rata-rata pembelian yang dilakukan perseroan hanya 1.617 unit. Hal ini mengakibatkan frekuensi pembelian lebih tinggi yaitu 12 kali dalam setahun dibandingkan frekuensi optimal yaitu 5 kali. Akibatnya biaya pemesanan dan persediaan bahan baku meningkat, dengan biaya persediaan mencapai Rp19.440.670, sedangkan biaya optimal menurut perhitungan EOQ adalah Rp17.065.510,5. Inefisiensi ini menyebabkan perusahaan menanggung biaya tambahan serta risiko kerusakan bahan baku.

Abstract

Chanel Distro Pringsewu adalah sebuah toko yang menjual kaos, jaket,  kemeja, sweeter, kaos kerah dll yang berada di pusat perbelanjaan pringsewu. Sistem penjualan, pemasaran dan promosi yang dipakai saat ini masih menggunakan sistem secara manual. Sangat perlu adanya kemudahan pelayanan untuk memudahkan pelanggan yang jauh dari jangakauan. Untuk itu dirancang sistem penjualan online pada Chanel Distro Pringsewu berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL secara online yang dikenal dengan istilah E-Commerce (Elektronic commerce) .Aplikasi ini mempermudah pelanggan membeli produk Chanel Distro Pringsewu secara online kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa menyita waktu,dan pelanggan juga dapat mengetahui informasi produk apa saja dan bagaimana disain yang tersedia di Distro Pringsewu.

Abstract

A lecturer is one of the essential components of a higher education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education, namely educating the nation's life, improving the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith/piety, noble morals, and mastery of science, technology, and art, as well as realizing an advanced, fair, and advanced Indonesian society. prosperous, and civilized. Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 4 competencies must be possessed as a lecturer in carrying out the task of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The four competencies include pedagogic, professional, personality, and social. These four competencies are indicators that show the performance of lecturers as educators and teachers. In improving the quality of education at STIT Pringsewu, qualified lecturers are needed. The selection of outstanding lecturers will be one of the supporters in improving the quality at STIT Pringsewu. The algorithm C 4.5 method is one of the methods for making a decision tree based on the training data provided in determining the outstanding lecturers of STIT Pringsewu as many as 20 lecturers. From the results of data testing using the rapid manner tool, it was found that 4 people who got the criteria deserved an award as outstanding lecturers.

For that we need a system that can help Convection Drumband Uniforms to be known to the wider community. With the design of Mobile Web-based E-commerce application is the PHP programming language, text editor Macro Dreamweaver, and Photoshop CS6. This app can ease promotion, sales, and expand marketing.

Abstract

Keterikatan emosional konsumen kepada merek merupakan tema yang menarik untuk diteliti. Berbagai literatur membahas mengenai faktor yang berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan keterikatan merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai literatur mengenai faktor-faktor yang mampu berperan untuk meningkatkan keterikatan merek. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan merek, kepribadian merek dan brand authenticity mampu berperan meningkatkan keterikatan merek. Keterikatan merek masoh menjadi salah satu kunci sukses memasarkan merek. Memahami faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi peningkatan keterikatan merek, sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan strategi yang tepat. Bagi akademisi berguna untuk mengembangkan penelitian dengan tema yang sama di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sharia online trading system (SOTS) yang diajarkan di sekolah pasar modal IDX Lampung terhadap minat investasi syariah di Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form. Wawancara terhadap staf IDX Lampung juga dilakukan. Sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 125 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 19.0 serta. Sampel merupakan para peserta yang pernah mengikuti sekolah pasar modal yang dilenggarakan oleh IDX Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil uji t nilai signifikan sharia online trading system (SOTS) adalah sebesar 0,00 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa variabel secara berpengaruh terhadap  minat investasi syariah. Hasil wawancara terhadap staf IDX Lampung  menjelaskan bahwa IDX Lampung terus berkomintmen melakukan pelatihan pasar modal di Lampung yang mempunyai komitemen kuat terhadap tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti sekolah psar modal maka masyarakat mempunyai literasi yang tinggi, memahami pemanfaatan sharia online trading system (SOTS) dan ikut berkontribusi untuk mengebangkan dan meningkatkan praktik investasi syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce is an extension of e-commerce by exploiting electronic media. as electronic advances are increasingly advanced, it will force SMEs to evolve from manual to digital, this is because the existence of the internet as electronic media (e-commerce) has its own positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is the presence of the internet as a medium for selling marketing systems to become wider, simple and detailed. While the negative impact is when traditional business people will be displaced by the times due to lack of knowledge. The system to be built is a typical web-based sale of Pringsewu snacks, this website can display complete catalogs and catalogs with prices and types of food online also providing shopping process services. The result of designing this application is the development of applications from the sale of Pringsewu's specialty snacks online, buyers can easily find and see Pringsewu's specialty snacks and make it easier to carry out the process of buying and selling food.
