Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) adalah organisasi perhimpunan nasional di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang sosial kemanusiaan. PMI harus menentukan ciri peranan sosialnya secara tepat, tidak terlepas dari tugas-tugas yang ditentukan seperti penyelenggaraan transfusi darah, pendidikan dan pelatihan, pembinaan terhadap generasi muda. Setiap organisasi pasti membutuhkan pengurus yang dapat menjalankan tugas – tugas kepengurusan dan dapat mempertanggungjawabkan semua pekerjaannya didalam organisasi. Selain itu, memiliki jiwa loyalitas terhadap organisasi dan dapat membawa organisasi menjadi lebih baik, sesuai dengan visi dan misi PMI Kota Medan. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan pemilihan pengurus PMI Kota Medan yang mampu untuk melaksanakan tugas – tugasnya tersebut, untuk mewujudkan proses penilaian diperlukan metode MOORA. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud yaitu seseorang yang berhak menerima jabatan berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang ada.

Abstract

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental condition where a person experiences panic attacks that are triggered by past experience trauma. Having a traumatic event is a hard thing for anyone. Health services to the community are needed to support a healthy lifestyle. Limitations of health services in the community that are inadequate have a lot of negative impacts on some people who suffer from an illness, especially mental disorders caused by several events. This limitation will become an obstacle due to lack of health infrastructure in terms of consultation of the disease so that sufferers do not know the symptoms such as what they have experienced and how far the disease has been identified, so it is very much needed a solution and alternative in handling the problem of limited health services. By building a system that can help people with the disease, is expected to provide solutions for people with disease to take an action or consultation with an expert based on the system.

Abstract

Pengolahan citra digital juga mencakup semua data dua dimensi.Citra digital adalah barisan bilangan nyata maupun kompleks yang diwakili oleh bit-bit tertentu.Umumnya citra digital berbentuk persegi panjang atau bujur sangkar (pada beberapa sistem pencitraan ada pula yang berbentuk segi enam) yang memiliki lebar dan tinggi tertentu.Setiap titik juga memiliki nilai berupa angka digital yang merepresentasikan informasi yang diwakili oleh titik tersebut. Rontgen adalah bagian dari penerapan ilmu radiologi, ilmu radiologi adalah ilmu yang mencakup dua bidang penting yaitu radiodiagnostik dan radioterapi.Makna radioterapi adalah pengobatan penyakita dengan menggunakan radiasi.Sedangkan radiodiagnostik adalah diagnosis menggunkan sinar pengion.Pemeriksaan radiodiagnostik secara umum menggunakan sinar-X. Median Filtering adalah metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan peningkatan kualitas citra, metode ini menggunakan konsep pixel tetangga.Cara kerja metode ini mengurutkan nilai pixel tetangga dari nilai yang terkecil sampai terbesar dan mengambil nilai tengah pixel yang telah diurutkan, lalu menggantikan nilai pixel awal dengan nilai yang telah diurutkan

Abstract

Aplikasi deteksi wajah mengalami pengembangan yang sangat cepat dan semakin banyak digunakan, contohnya untuk sistem keamanan, absensi dan lainnya. Deteksi wajah (face detection) merupakan salah satu tahap awal yang sangat penting sebelum dilakukan proses pengenalan wajah (face recognition). Maksud dari pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah membuat suatu sistem deteksi area wajah yang telah mengalami transformasi rotasi, skala dan 2 dimensi menggunakan metode Speed-Up Robust Features (SURF). Metoda SURF merupakan sebuah metode deteksi fitur yang menggunakan keypoint dari sebuah gambar, keypoint itu sendiri adalah bagian-bagian dari sebuah gambar yang nilainya tetap ketika mengalami perubahan skala, rotasi, blurring, transformasi 2 dimensi dan pencahayaan. Ekstraksi menggunakan metode SURF dapat dijalankan dengan baik. Sementara untuk pengujian citra hasil perubahan 2 dimensi tedapat nilai interest point posisinya tidak sama, hal ini dapat diakibatkan karena jumlah sample yang sedikit. Kata Kunci: Deteksi Wajah, Speed-Up Robust Features

Abstract

The time for the preparation of scientific papers is considered too fast and not suitable for students due to several things in the scope of its preparation. One of the reasons is that the student is unable to complete and the supporting aspects of the field of scientific work being done, many students whose topics of scientific work are in machine learning or the like, but these students are unable to complete their scientific work because they do not understand the theoretical supporting knowledge of the machine learning field. So that it can make the student depressed or even harder to repeat his scientific work the next semester. The scope of machine learning courses are statistics and probability, matrix and linear algebra, algorithms and programming, and data structures. This research was conducted to overcome the problems faced by students, namely knowing the suitability group for the field of student scientific work they will be working on. So that in its preparation students can be responsible in their trial and are of higher quality. The clustering test with the self organizing maps (SOM) algorithm is more stable because the input according to the data owned is not random, only the weighting is done randomly but based on the uniform low (mins) and high (max) limit values. The desired number of clusters is two namely cluster 0 is able to do scientific work based on machine learning and cluster 1 vice versa. The SOM process for 40 student data with a target of two clusters and the results are cluster 0 = 14 students, cluster 1 = 26 students. The result is obtained by increasing the radius = 1, which previously this achievement was not successful if radius = 0.

Abstract

Decision support system is a method that helps in making decisions from a problem with semi-structured or unstructured conditions. One of them is in implementing online learning media in the current Metaverse era. Metaverse is defined as a virtual space designed to include all stakeholders, especially all supported devices, facilitating communication with regional seamless Internet connectivity. Its application in the field of education has a very high opportunity in supporting the process of developing a more advanced education implementation. However, its use will damage physical and psychological health, increase the risk of sexual harassment so that it becomes addicted and forgets time. Therefore, the role of DSS in solving this problem is urgently needed by applying the MAUT method and ROC weighting. In this study, the results of the MAUT method, the best alternative is A2 for Google Classroom with a value of 0,597.

Abstract

The increasing need for technology continues to grow every year. One area that is growing is computer programming. However, there are still many vocational students who have not had access and the opportunity to learn computer programming. Therefore, this community service aims to introduce the use of an Android smartphone as a Python programming tool for SMK students. The tools used in this project are Pydroid, Google Colab, and Kivy. Pydroid is a Python development application for Android smartphones, Google Colab is a programming platform for developing and executing Python code online, while Kivy is a framework for developing multitouch-based applications on various platforms such as Android, iOS and desktop. It is hoped that this research can be an alternative for vocational students who have limited access to programming tools in general and can enrich programming learning methods at school

Abstract

Kidneys are important organs that function to maintain the composition of the blood by preventing the buildup of waste and controlling fluid balance in the body. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global public health problem with an increasing incidence of kidney failure, poor prognosis and high treatment costs. The prevalence of CKD along with the increasing number of elderly people who have symptoms of diabetes and hypertension, about 1 in 10 of the world's population has chronic kidney disease at a certain stage. The results of a systematic review and meta-analysis conducted by Hill et al, 2016, found that the global prevalence of CKD was 13.4%. According to the results of the 2010 Global Burden of Disease, chronic kidney disease caused death ranked 27th in the world in 1990 and increased to 18th in 2010. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, it is the second most serious treatment, ranking the second largest health insurance provider after heart disease. . Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) shows the number of patients with acute and chronic kidney failure reaches 50%, while only 25% are known and received treatment and 12.5% ​​are well treated. Stacked generalization is the stacking of several algorithms to determine which algorithm is more effective, because the author uses a decision tree algorithm. This algorithm is obtained from classifying three algorithms, namely decision tree, multilayer perceptron, stochastic gradient descent using weka application mining. From the classification algorithm, the decision tree algorithm is more effective than other algorithms, Decision tree is a very popular and practical approach in machine learning to solve classification problems. Data mining is a solution that is able to find hidden information content in the form of patterns and rules from large data sets so that they are easy to understand [3]. The results of the proposed research are in the form of a prediction model for kidney disease

Abstract

Astra Credit Companies Medan is often abbreviated as ACC, which means that it is the largest car financing company in Indonesia, one of which is in the city of Medan, which provides financing services for the purchase of new and used cars. Problems that often occur at PT. Astra Credit Companies at the time of selecting new employees are often influenced by subjective factors where the company at the time of selecting new employees based on personal relationships only or in other words the selection of new employees is currently still random. so the results are not satisfactory. Therefore, to maximize the quality of the company will make data on the assessment criteria as a consideration in the selection of new employees. The criteria data made are Education, Psychological Test, Age, and Work Experience and Height. In this study, the author uses the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method for employee selection. The WASPAS method is considered in accordance with the selection of new employees because the WASPAS method performs a ranking process based on different attributes and weights, so that the results are more optimal. determine the acceptance of new employees. Based on calculations using the WASPAS method on the selection of new employees at PT. Astra Credit decided only three people passed. selected according to the company's requirements, namely Muhammad Rasyid with a value of 0.6567, Aisya Putri with a value of 0.6513, and Elsya Putri with a value of 0.6275. The conclusion is that the three alternatives are set to be accepted as new employees at PT. Astra Credit Companies in accordance with the existing criteria.

Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat berkembang dengan maju dan pesat. Teknologi yang berkembang akan menghasilkan jenis-jenis elektronik untuk memudahkan manusia dalam menyelesaikan masalah. khususnya dibidang mikrokontroler. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melakukan control kecepatan kipas angin. Untuk mendinginkan suatu ruangan maka dibutuhkan suatu kipas angin agar suasana ruangan tetap segar. Kipas angin juga dapat difungsikan sebagai penyedot debu serta pengering. Agar kecepatan dari kipas angin stabil maka perlu dilakukan pengontrolan. Untuk melakukan pengontrolan dibutuhkan suatu alat pengontrol agar kecepatan kipas angin sesuai dengan keinginan dari pemakainya. Dengan memanfaatkan suatu aplikasi komputer maka dapat memungkinkan alat-alat yang terhubung dalam sistem komputer dapat dilakukan kontrol dengan komputer. Dalam kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan simulasi pengaturan kecepatan kipas angin dan setelah dilakukan pengujian pengaturan kipas angin dengan teknik simulasi berjalan dengan baik.
