Abstract

The rise of social media users is a positive opportunity for business/SME owners to take advantage of these communication facilities as a means of introducing their products. Social media is a place where consumers are more receptive to product messages. Consumers are more receptive to marketing messages on social media because social media makes it possible to interact more and market brands from different angles. Students of Bumigora University and Saraswati University are also expected to have the opportunity to have a business, so that the mindset of students is not only graduating from campus to find work but also to create jobs, starting with entrepreneurship. The role of social media as a piece of marketing advice is to give a better marketing performance. Web seminars are held to provide development for students and provide a forum for students to increase their knowledge and skills in utilizing social marketing media. Some students are already doing marketing with social media to get started, but with the existing issues and current conditions, of course, there will be many questions that need to be supported so that they can maximize the use of social media as a marketing platform

Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is one of the important sectors as the main support for the community's economy.However, the Covid-19 event had a significant impact on this sector.Indeed, Covid-19 has subsided, but the impact of this phenomenon is still affecting all sectors, one of which is the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. This service program is carried out on local snack products in the city of Mataram with the target of helping increase sales turnover of The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products through optimizing the application of mix marketing strategies. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data processing techniques using triangulation.The results of this service show that the application of the marketing mix marketing strategy that is carried out can have a positive and effective impact on increasing the sales turnover of The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products in the city of Mataram.

Abstract

With advances in technological development, people’s needs for fast and readily available services are on the rise. Therefore, many conventional banks started to develop their own brand of digital banking to accommodate these needs. This research is aimed to analyze the effect of third party funds (TPF) toward profitability and credit risk, effect of credit risk toward profitability, and indirect effect of third party funds toward profitability through credit risk by using path analysis method. This research shows that TPF do have a significantly negative effect toward credit risk and similar result of TPF toward profitability, a positive but insignificant effect of credit risk toward profitability, and lastly, TPF shows a direct effect toward profitability, which means that credit risk functioned as a partial mediation effect between TPF and profitability.

Abstract

Estimasi adalah suatu proses pengukuran yang bersifat kuantitatif, dimana hasil dari proses ini adalah perkiraan angka untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik. MPM MOTOR adalah salah satu dealer Honda populer di Lombok Timur. Dealer ini terletak di Jl. TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Majid No.46, Lombok Timur, 83611 dan customer bisa mengunjunginya untuk test drive, mendapatkan penawaran terbaik, membeli mobil Honda. Dengan beragamnya produk yang ditawarkan oleh MPM Motor ini, tidak mengherankan jika pendapatan penjualannya tergolong tinggi. Namun tingginya pedapatan penjualan ini tidak konsisten, dimana ada saatnya ketika pendapatan penjualan menurun dan meningkat. Dengan pendapatan yang tidak konsisten serta tidak tersedianya informasi yang memadai mengenai pendapatan di masa mendatang, perusahaan akan kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan. Menanggapi hal ini, dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda dan Ordinary Least Squared untuk membantu staff perusahaan menentukan estimasi pendapatan penjualan berdasarkan naik turunnya rata-rata transaksi barang dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Metode Regresi Linier Berganda merupakan metode untuk menganalisis hubungan linier antara 2 atau lebih variabel bebas. Sementara metode Odinary Least Squared adalah metode analisis Koefisien Regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah model persamaan regresi yang digunakan untuk proses estimasi serta Koefisien Regresi yang diperoleh selama proses pengujian.Melalui penelitian ini ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model regresi yang diperoleh dari gabungan metode Regresi Linier Berganda dan Ordinary Least Squared dapat digunakan untuk mengestimasi jumlah penjualan

Abstract

Technological developments are currently growing rapidly. The rapid development of technology affects the progress of a business marketing process. One of the technological developments in the marketing process is digital marketing. Digital marketing is an attempt to promote a product using internet media with the aim of winning the competition to attract consumers and potential customers efficiently. There are many ways that must be learned to carry out digital marketing so that digital marketing can be carried out efficiently and does not harm a business owner who will carry out digital marketing. Little knowledge of digital marketing in general and little material and android applications that discuss digital marketing that can be accessed online or offline is one of the reasons for the lack of understanding of someone who will develop a learning process at SMAN 2 Aikmel. Researchers made an article with the title "improving the ease of learning digital marketing using mobile learning at SMAN 2 Aikmel with the aim that it can be used to study digital marketing materials and increase understanding of digital marketing learning in schools using mobile learning. The method used to make this article is the Gamma Feedback Learning Model (GFLM) method with the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) model stored in the Learning Management System (LMS). Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this research can help improve students' understanding according to the aspects that have been measured in this study.

Abstract

Students with disabilities are special students who have equal opportunities to be independent and able to develop themselves. Through learning and increasing creativity and innovation, students with disabilities will be able to compete and contribute to progress and development of self-ability in the community environment. The rapid development of technology requires children to learn from an early age. The first step to foster children's interest in learning about technology is to create technology-based learning media. Therefore community service is carried out with the aim that students with disabilities can learn about technology and can create a work that is used as a medium for learning about technology. The PkM method used is the experimental method. The result of the PkM that has been implemented is that students can enthusiastically learn about technology such as making led circuits and water pump circuits. Six deaf students were able to successfully make LED circuits and water pump circuits for a miniature garden.

Abstract

Tourism is the most dynamic sector in many countries. Especially in developing countries, tourism is one of the biggest contributors to foreign exchange. Almost all studies regarding the impact of the tourism sector on the economy. shows that the development of tourism in an area is able to make a sizable contribution to the regional economy such as the level of people's income, increasing foreign exchange earnings, absorbing labor, alleviating unemployment, encouraging business opportunities, encouraging equitable development, poverty alleviation because the opening of employment opportunities ultimately boils down to to increasing the welfare of society as a whole. The East Lombok Sembalun area is one of the provinces that has the highest number of tourist visits since the last 5 years. In this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive research method. So called because the data in this study are quantitative. Based on the results of the research involving a sample of 50 respondents above, the achievement of Sembalun Tourism Village is at an interval of 94.5%, namely in the SB (Very Successful) category providing socio-economic benefits to the people of Sembalun Tourism Village, West Nusa Tengga.

Abstract

Tim peneliti melakukan observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat, khususnya di dunia bisnis. Kemudian tim peneliti menemukan adanya permasalahan di PT. Jembatan Nusantara Sheet Branch yaitu berkurangnya efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam mengelola persediaan perusahaan berupa bahan bakar, oli, dan lain sebagainya karena telah terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga jumlah karyawan berkurang. Metode yang dipilih peneliti dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research). Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan objek pelayanan kepada divisi Management Inventory & Logistics dapat memberikan perubahan alur kerja yang ada pada divisi Management Inventory & Logistics. Karena kegiatan pengabdian ini, karyawan dari PT. Jembatan Nusantara dapat menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang tertunda selama beberapa bulan serta menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan karyawan sehingga kinerja perusahaan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

The advancement of the internet has an impact on the increase in social media users and this is in line with the development of tourism, triggering the emergence of Instagram accounts with the theme of tourist destinations which can indirectly create an image of the destination it posts, resulting in the emergence of someone's interest in visiting. So that it triggers the decision to visit tourists. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and destination image on visiting decisions with visiting interest as an intervening variable for tourists in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a causal approach. The sample size was 135 respondents. Data analysis tools using AMOS 24.0. The results found that social media marketing affects visiting interest. Destination image affects the interest in visiting. Social media marketing has no effect on visiting decisions. Destination image has no effect on visiting decisions. Social media marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on visiting decisions through visiting interest. Destination image has a positive and insignificant effect on visiting decisions through visiting interest. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that visiting interest will increase if social media marketing is utilized properly and improves destination image, so that it can trigger the formation of visiting decisions. Suggestions for the government and business actors are to continue to develop tourist attractions in SEZ Mandalika by adding facilities and protecting the environment

Abstract

Mrs. Rizma is an entrepreneur who has a dream of building a successful laundry company. In 2022, Mrs. Rizma started her company with just a few simple washing machines and dryers. The aim of carrying out this activity is to evaluate performance, identify weaknesses and opportunities, and increase efficiency and effectiveness in operations through educational activities to maximize profits. This activity was carried out using the Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) approach. Educational activities for Bu Azmi's laundry company consist of service quality education, market understanding education, technology and automation education, and business innovation education. In the final stage of education provided by the service team, the Team explained that apart from washing and drying, laundry can also involve a dry cleaning process. Dry cleaning is used to clean clothes made from materials that are sensitive to water, such as silk or wool, or clothes that have stains that are difficult to remove through the normal washing process. This activity has a positive impact on Bu Rizma's Laundry company. After the research team distributed post tests to training participants, the results showed that there was an increase in business understanding.
