Abstract

The success of a company is largely determined by the company's success in managing its human resources in achieving company goals. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of teamwork, employee retention on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in CV. Like Karoseri Ungaran, Central Java with a total of 227 employees. The sample in this study was 100 people, due to the focus on the preparation section. The analytical tools used in this research are the outer model and inner model with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a Structural equation model Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research show that teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Employee retention has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. Employee retention has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork is significant and indirectly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. This means that it is proven that teamwork has an indirect influence on employee performance through employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Mahasiswa Pengelolaan Perhotelan merupakan salah satu program studi termuda di lingkungan Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Sesuatu yang masih belum dimiliki oleh mahasiswa program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan adalah kemampuan mereka untuk menganalisa sesuatu yang baru, seperti halnya menciptakan peluang usaha baru sampai dengan penentuan wilayah usaha. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah memberikan dukungan pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa tentang kemampuan melakukan analisa terhadap pemilihan lokasi atau wilayah usaha baru sebagai bekal bagi mahasiswa ketika nanti lulus perkuliahan. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah Mahasiswa mampu melakukan Analisa data lokasi yang akan dipertimbangan sebagai lokasi baru dalam melakukan usaha .

Abstract

This article reveals the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance at State Senior High School 26, Batam City District. This article comes from quantitative research by using 57 teachers as its population. Sampling using a simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with data analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah principal on teacher performance. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on teacher performance. In the end, there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah principal and motivation together on teacher performance. Artikel ini mengungkap pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 26 Kecamatan Batam Kota. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kuantitatif dengan menjadikan guru yang berjumlah 57 sebagai populasinya. Penarikan sampel memakai metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert dengan analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Pada akhirnya,  terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong's trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

Abstract

Determining the category of a plant or fruit involves several criteria. One of the easiest methods to use is morphological criteria, which entails studying the external structure that can be directly observed. However, this approach cannot be regarded as a fixed standard since people's interpretations may vary. To address this, a system was developed to assess the ripeness of Thai papaya fruit, utilizing image processing and the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. This study analyzes a data set to detect rotten papaya fruit, which is expected to help consumers recognize papaya fruit that is purchased in a perfectly ripe condition, not ripe with certain parts that are rotting. The indicator used to determine the category is the color of the skin of Thai Papaya fruit with an ROI of 600 pixels x 300 pixels by finding the mean RGB value and then calculating it using the Euclidean distance formula. From the results of these calculations, it is expected to get a classification using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) to get an image pattern of the level of rottenness on the surface of the papaya. Therefore, by improving the RGB image eliminating noise in the papaya image, and using the K-NN classification of the image pattern obtained from the research results from the sampling data, an accuracy level of 80% was obtained with a range of mean R values: 130,671-169,630, mean G: 106,891-131,895, and mean B: 61,119-100,776 which came from 120 data.

Abstract

Penderita skizofrenia kini mempunyai risiko kekambuhan yang tinggi salah satu faktor penyebab kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia adalah keluarga yang tidak siap merawat orang yang dicintainya yang sakit jiwa di rumah. Jika perawatan di rumah tidak diterima setelah rawat inap, hasilnya tidak akan ada artinya. Untuk itu keluarga harus mempunayi pengetahuan yang baik agar mampu memberikan perawatan pada pasien. Keluarga akan mampu memahami situasi ini secara lebih utuh dan pada akhirnya akan berperan aktif dalam memberikan sebagian besar bantuan mereka kepada para penderita. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah kuantitatif analitik korelasional. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga pasien skizofrenia di Poli Jiwa Rumah Sakit Tk II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Manad dan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Hasil penelitian  yang didapat berdasarkan hasil statistic menggunan chi square diperoleh nilai P: 0.000 dimana nilai P kurang dari 0.005 sehingga dinyatakan ada hubungan pengetahuan keluarga dengan kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan strategi work-life balance mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan start-up. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei. Dalam penelitian ini regresi linier sederhana diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 25 dengan metode sampel jenuh melibatkan seluruh populasi pada karyawan SMI Group, Kota Semarang sejumlah 52 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pendekatan work-life balance pada perusahaan start-up berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di SMI Group, Kota Semarang. Total pengaruhnya sebesar 56,5%, sisanya sebesar 43,5% diperngaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini. Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance, Kinerja Karyawan, Perusahaan Start-Up.   ABSTRACT This research aims to find out how much influence implementing work-life balance strategies can improve employee performance in start-up companies. This research uses a quantitative method approach with a survey research design. In this study, simple linear regression samples were processed and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 with the saturated method involving the entire population of SMI Group employees, Semarang City, totaling 52 respondents. The results of this research analysis show that implementing the work-life balance approach in start-up companies has a positive effect in improving employee performance at SMI Group, Semarang City. The total influence is 56.5%, the remaining 43.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this research. Keywords : Work-Life Balance, Employee Perfomance, Start-Up Company.

Abstract

Sekolah dasar merupakan instansi pendidikan dasar yang harus ditempuh sebelum melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Peran guru selain sebagai sentra pengetahuan untuk siswa, guru dan tenaga pendidik perlu memiliki pengetahuan dalam mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh sekolah, yang meliputi pembuatan laporan keuangan. Beberapa sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah Kendal, pengelolaan keuangannya masih menggunakan cara manual. Salah satu aplikasi yang mampu dijadikan alternatif pengelolaan laporan keuangan adalah Microsoft excel, di dalamnya memuat semua rumus yang dapat digunakan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan. Edukasi pembuatan laporan keuangan untuk guru dan tenaga Pendidikan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara simple dan mudah. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh dari pelatihan ini adalah Guru dan tenaga mampu menyusun beberapa laporan keuangan (jurnal, laporan pendapatan, laporan beban dan laporan rugi laba) secara mandiri melalui microsoft excel serta mampu mengimplementasikan fungsi-fungsi microsoft excel yang ada didalamnya untuk permasalahan laporan keuangan yang lain.

Abstract

The weather prediction tool is a microcontroller-based automatic weather monitoring tool that can monitor changes in temperature, humidity, air pressure through sensors that have been placed and programmed to detect weather conditions around the monitoring location. This tool is designed to be able to monitor and manage data from anywhere in the area where this tool is placed as long as there is an internet connection. To add flexibility, the sensor data processed on the ESP32 microcontroller will be connected to an access point on the 2.4 GHz wireless network, then the data will be sent to the web server and will be displayed on the website. The focus of making this weather prediction tool is that it is hoped that with this weather prediction tool, factory owners can be assisted in the process of drying the grain, so that the dried grain can be peeled off and can be processed using a grinding machine to be sold to consumers in the form of rice.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic is still happening. The problems encountered during Distance Learning (DL), are the teacher’s difficulties in adapting to it and the lack of students' motivation. The limited equipment of IT is also experienced by YPPI2 Senior High School. In addition, the government encourages the implementation of Face-to-face Learning (FFL), so the school management can remain optimal. However, our partner, YPPI2 does not have yet a Learning Management System (LMS) as a medium to support the Teaching and Learning Process. To overcome it, Uwika Community Partnership Program (CPP) offers a solution by using LMS as a medium for DL. This program uses training and mentoring methods. Technological transformation is applied to users who act as administrators, teachers, and students through LMS based on Moodle application. This application is specially designed to make it easier for teachers and students to communicate during DL. The purpose is to help the users to adapt to LMS technology and Moodle applications. The results indicate that there is an increase in participants' ability regarding LMS and Moodle application. The participants are significantly good enough in implementing e-learning practices.
