Abstract

The weather prediction tool is a microcontroller-based automatic weather monitoring tool that can monitor changes in temperature, humidity, air pressure through sensors that have been placed and programmed to detect weather conditions around the monitoring location. This tool is designed to be able to monitor and manage data from anywhere in the area where this tool is placed as long as there is an internet connection. To add flexibility, the sensor data processed on the ESP32 microcontroller will be connected to an access point on the 2.4 GHz wireless network, then the data will be sent to the web server and will be displayed on the website. The focus of making this weather prediction tool is that it is hoped that with this weather prediction tool, factory owners can be assisted in the process of drying the grain, so that the dried grain can be peeled off and can be processed using a grinding machine to be sold to consumers in the form of rice.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic is still happening. The problems encountered during Distance Learning (DL), are the teacher’s difficulties in adapting to it and the lack of students' motivation. The limited equipment of IT is also experienced by YPPI2 Senior High School. In addition, the government encourages the implementation of Face-to-face Learning (FFL), so the school management can remain optimal. However, our partner, YPPI2 does not have yet a Learning Management System (LMS) as a medium to support the Teaching and Learning Process. To overcome it, Uwika Community Partnership Program (CPP) offers a solution by using LMS as a medium for DL. This program uses training and mentoring methods. Technological transformation is applied to users who act as administrators, teachers, and students through LMS based on Moodle application. This application is specially designed to make it easier for teachers and students to communicate during DL. The purpose is to help the users to adapt to LMS technology and Moodle applications. The results indicate that there is an increase in participants' ability regarding LMS and Moodle application. The participants are significantly good enough in implementing e-learning practices. Abstract

Surabaya adalah salah satu kota besar yang mengembangkan sebuah sistem untuk penanganan sampah terintegrasi dengan pengelolaan. Sampah sisa makanan merupakan salah satu yang menjadi konsentrasi yang secara khusus. Dengan stimulan yang akan dilakukan terhadap masyarakat yang akan menjadikan perubahan pola hidup yang sehat dan jauh lebih baik. Smart waste bins merupakan bak pengolahan sampah yang terintegrasi dengan sistem Internet Of Think dan Sistem Bank sampah. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan memicu semangat agar masyarakat lebih sadar pentingnya membuang sampah pada tempatnya serta mereka mendapatkan keuntungan lain bila melakukannya. Website Smart waste bins terdapat berbagai macam fitur yang berkaitan dengan bank sampah serta terdapat fitur lain yang dapat berintegrasi dengan website pembelian token PLN, PDAM, pulsa, dan lain yang berhubungan dengan sistem yang sudah dibangun oleh pemerintah Surabaya. Dari hasil uji coba dan implementasi dari sistem ini tingkat ketertarikan Masyarakat kota Surabaya meningkat 10% terutama pada prilaku Masyarakat Surabaya yang berada di sekitar Pasar Manyar. Smart waste bins merupakan salah satu prototype yang akan terus dikembangkan menjadi sebuah sistem yang jauh lebih baik dan lebih mudah dalam mengintegrasikan dalam berbagai hal penting yang ada di kehidupan Masyarakat Kota Surabaya pada khususnya. Pengembangan Sistem Front End dan Back End akan terus ditingkatkan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam bentuk layanan sistem informasi.
