Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the amount of inequality between regions and economic growth in the Province Of Riau based on the rate of growth and per capita income. The type of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The analytical method used is the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Klassen typology, Williamson index, and Theil Entropy index. The results of the study using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis show that the districts of Kuantan Singingi, Indragiri Hilir, and Rokan Hulu are based on the agricultural sector. The districts of Kampar, Bengkalis, and Rokan Hilir are based on the mining sector. The districts of Pelalawan, Siak, and Dumai city are based on the manufacturing sector. Indragiri Hulu district is based on the water supply sector, the Meranti Island are based on the transportation sector, and Pekanbaru city is based on the financial services sector. Based on Klassen typology analysis, its explained that there are still areas in Riau Province which are classified as relatively underdeveloped areas, namely Kampar regency, Indragiri Hulu regency, and Rokan Hilir Regency. Inequality of income between regions in Riau Province in 2015-2019 is classified as moderate inequality and has a downward trend.Keywords : Income inequality, Economic Growth, Base Sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitiveness of institutional variables, socio-politics, regional economies, productivity and labor and physical infrastructure. This is to determine the level of competitiveness between kecamtan in Pekanbaru City. This type of descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all people who were in the workforce age, namely 15 - 65 years and living in Pekanbaru City with a total population of 513,271 people. A sample of 12 people. The results of this study indicate that the regional competitiveness between districts that has the highest percentage of the regional economic variable is Sail sub-district. Furthermore, the physical infrastructure variable for Sail sub-district. Then for the variables of labor and productivity in Sail and Lima Puluh districts. Next, the institutional variables are Fifty and in the socio-political variables are in the Lima Puluh district. The ranks of the highest to lowest sub-districts are Payung Sekaki, Sail and Lima Puluh Subdistricts. This is due to the high contribution of Payung Sekaki, Sail and Fifty sub-districts in the fields of agriculture and processing industry. As the center of government for Payung Sekaki, Sail and Lima Puluh sub-districts, they have a high level of competitiveness, but what makes the region the second highest region is that good infrastructure is not accompanied by natural resources. Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy of optimizing the revenue of advertising tax by The Office of Region Income in Kampar Regency. The dependent variable of this research was the improvement of locally generated revenue. The independent variable used was the strategy of optimizing the advertising tax. This research used secondary data obtained from Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency. The research results show that the potency of advertisement tax in 2018 is still low compared to the realization of advertising tax. Total tax calculated in 2018 is IDR 417.730.000. This big potency value must be increased in order to be utilized for local development. The strategy of optimizing tax revenue conducted by the office of Region Income is by optiming the organizational strength and utilizing the opportunity of effective tax revenue.Keywords: taxes, advertising tax, potency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Profitability Ratios of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2010 - 2019. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series obtained from the financial statements of Bank Muamalat Indonesia for 2010 - 2019. The data analysis method used in this study namely horizontal analysis. The condition of Bank Muamalat Indonesia is very worrying, seen from the declining ROA value throughout the year, where Bank Muamalat Indonesia cannot generate large profits. What happened was that the profit generated by Bank Muamalat decreased from year to year. The peak is that Bank Muamalat in 2019 was only able to generate a profit of 26 trillion rupiah. This condition is considered that Bank Muamalat is low in anticipating losses and in increasing capital. Likewise with ROE, the ability of the bank's paid-in capital to generate low profits, where the return on equity of Bank Muamalat tends to decrease every year. This shows that the rate of return on capital received by investors or invested capital is very small. So that it makes investors not interested in entering Bank Muamalat As with REO, Bank Muamalat Indonesia's REO also experiences a decline every year. Every operational expense issued by Bank Muamalat, the bank is unable to balance it with its operating income. Until Bank Muamalat. So basically Bank Muamalat Indonesia is experiencing problems in running its company. Because throughout the year, Bank Muamalat experienced a decline in its business. Banks are not able to compete with other banks and have lost competitiveness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds and their impact on increasing the income of Kesumbo Ampai villagers, Bathin Solapan Sub District, Bengkalis District. The study population was all families in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 885 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of the Slovin formula so that as many as 90 respondents were obtained. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was to use descriptive analysis and non-parametric test analysis using the Wilcolxon test using the SPSS program . Based on the results of the study it was found that the allocation of village funds in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency was carried out for infrastructure development such as roads, concrete tripe, box colvert, trenches and culverts during 2016 - 2018. The allocation of village funds had an impact on increasing income community in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. This can be seen from the acquisition of income after the existence of village funds is greater than before the existence of the village fund program, it can be seen from the real value of the income.Keywords: Village Funds, allocation, income

Abstract
