Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how planning, controlling and project recommendations for making injection components for the New Model Pajero Sport 20 MY car at PT. Shin Sam Plus Industry in fulfilling customer demand Using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through interviews and observations, compiling research instruments and conducting analysis and checking the validity of the data, the object of research is in the Division of Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Sukaluyu, Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pemasaran media sosial dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek pada startup di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada 150 responden yang terdiri dari konsumen startup aktif di berbagai platform media sosial, seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran media sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran merek, terutama melalui konten yang interaktif, konsistensi dalam branding, dan penggunaan influencer. Faktor-faktor seperti frekuensi posting, relevansi konten, dan interaksi langsung dengan audiens juga memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan keterlibatan dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial adalah alat yang efektif bagi startup untuk membangun dan memperluas kesadaran merek mereka, dengan implikasi penting untuk pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of training and development of Gen-Z employees in improving service quality at PT JRX Pool & Café. Employee training and development is a key factor in improving skills, work efficiency, and professionalism, especially for Gen-Z employees who have unique characteristics in the world of work. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that training at PT JRX Pool & Café is still limited, with only one implementation in the last three years, as well as retraining which is still in the planning stage. In addition, cross-functional training and creativity programs have not been formally implemented, although there are informal initiatives in some departments. In terms of development, the study found that performance evaluations are conducted regularly through self-assessment and supervisor appraisals. However, there are still challenges in work discipline, absenteeism, and employee initiative in contributing to service innovation. The service quality of Gen-Z employees at PT JRX Pool & Café is considered quite good, but there are still some obstacles in the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy towards customers. The conclusion of this study confirms that more structured and continuous training and development is urgently needed to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Companies need to improve training methods to better suit Gen-Z characteristics, including technology-based approaches, real case simulations, and continuous evaluation to ensure service standards remain optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-commerce terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola bisnis, di mana e-commerce menjadi salah satu instrumen penting dalam memperluas pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan platform e-commerce. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel pemanfaatan e-commerce dan pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM. Penggunaan e-commerce terbukti mampu meningkatkan omzet, memperluas jangkauan konsumen, serta mendorong efisiensi operasional. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala berupa rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi yang menghambat optimalisasi manfaat e-commerce. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan kebijakan dan pelatihan digital bagi pelaku UMKM agar transformasi ekonomi digital dapat berlangsung secara inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: E-Commerce, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, UMKM, Transformasi Digital, Teknologi Informasi.
