Abstract

This experimental research was implemented in two elementary schools, namely SDN Kaduronyo 1 as the experimental class and SDN Palembang 2 as the control class. Before carrying out the research, the conditions must be met: the population and sample must be homogeneous or the same. When the two groups are homogeneous or the same, then normality can be measured by carrying out the normality test. The normality test results showed that the initial questionnaire data for experimental learning outcomes was 0.094> 0.05, the final questionnaire for experimental learning outcomes was 0.088> 5, the significance of the experimental group pretest was 0.034> 0.05, and the post-test experiment was 0.19. Meanwhile, from the results of the normality test for the control class, it was found that the initial questionnaire data for control learning outcomes was 0.200> 0.05, the initial questionnaire for control learning outcomes was 0.200> 0.05, the post-test for the control group 0.200> 0.05 and post-test 0.200> 0.05. So the data from the experimental group are normally distributed. So, the data from the control group are normally distributed. The results of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning methods on high Physical Fitness can be seen from the calculation of increased student learning outcomes, from 13.3% to 17.8%. There is a significant influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning methods on Physical Fitness; this can be seen from the results of the independent sample t-test calculation on learning outcomes it can be seen that the price is sig = 0.001 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus the probability is smaller than 0.05. This fact shows that the variance of learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study carried out an in-depth analysis of two popular physical training programs: continuous running and interval training. The research method involved a number of statistical tests, including checking the normality of data distribution, uniformity analysis, and independent T tests. Participants from both training programs were used to gain a more detailed understanding of the nature of each program and comparisons of performance between the two. The analysis results show that continuous running approaches a normal data distribution, indicating data stability and consistency. Meanwhile, the finding that performance variability was similar across the two programs led to new insights into the consistency of performance within the groups. The main finding was the superiority of continuous running in performance gains, with average scores consistently higher than interval training. This indicates the potential of continuous running in increasing physical capacity and endurance. The practical implications are relevant for the design of exercise programs, providing guidance for coaches and individuals seeking improved physical performance. Although the results show the superiority of continuous running, interval training may require adapting strategies to achieve better results. This research also opens up opportunities for further research, especially in understanding the factors that influence achievement in these two training programs. Further exploration of variations in training duration, intensity and frequency in the context of both could provide new insights into the world of fitness and sport. These findings provide a strong empirical basis for decisions regarding physical exercise programs, support data-driven decision making, and provide insight into scientific approaches in guiding more effective and efficient physical exercise practices.

Abstract

Thelack of learning to pass down is a problem that must be considered because if you are not skilled in passing down, most likely the goal of the volleyball game will not be achieved optimally and maximally. It is a challenge for the school and researchers to discover the factors that cause the lack of bottom-passing learning in the volleyball game. Based on the research hypothesis, this type of research is a quasi-experimental research consisting of two research groups: the group with the reciprocal learning model and the group with the inclusion learning model. This study aimed to obtain an overview of the improvement of volleyball bottom passing learning outcomes. In this study, the reciprocal learning model group (Group A) and the inclusion learning model group (Group B) Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results were accepted or proven. The truth of the effects of hypothesis testing is also supported by research data using the t-test, which shows a calculated value greater than t-kritik (2.90 1.71). Thus, the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that the average increase in mastery of learning with the reciprocal method is higher than the inclusion learning method. The reciprocal method significantly affects the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing. The inclusion method substantially affects the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing. There are differences in reciprocal methods and inclusion methods on volleyball bottom passing learning outcomes, and reciprocal methods are more effectively used in volleyball bottom passing learning games.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate differences in the quality of physical fitness of students in cities and villages, which are influenced by geographical location and different daily activities. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with a population and sample of 160 people. The data analysis technique applied is the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed quantitatively significant differences between the two groups, with the average difference showing that fitness in villages reached 5.42 compared to students in cities. This indicates that the group of students in the village has a higher level of fitness than the group of students in the city. The fitness assessment using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) category shows that students in the city are in the Medium fitness category, while students in the village are in the Good fitness category. The findings illustrate that more active physical activity in villages may be the cause of the difference. Students in villages tend to have a more active lifestyle, engaging in physical activities such as walking, running, and jumping, while students in cities tend to spend their free time playing with gadgets. In conclusion, the results of this study support the view that geographical factors and daily activities affect students' fitness levels, with implications for TKJI categories that indicate better fitness levels in villages than cities.
