Abstract

Pemilu serentak akan digelar pada tahun 2024 tepat pada 14 Februari 2024. Praktis gelaran pesta demokrasi membuat antusiasme dikalangan para politisi berlomba-lomba dalam menggaet suara pemilih terutama pemilih pemula. Sejumlah survey menunjukkan generasi milenial dan generasi Z diprediksi menjadi kelompok pemilih dengan proporsi terbesar di pemilu 2024. Pemilih muda atau pemilih milenial merupakan pemilih dengan rentang usianya antara 17-37 tahun. Pada pemilu serentak 2024 diprediksi jumlah pemilih muda akan mengalami peningkatan. Jika berkaca pada pemilu serentak 2019, data dari KPU jumlah pemilih muda sudah mencapai 70 juta - 80 juta jiwa dari 193 juta pemilih. Ini artinya 35%-40% pemilih muda sudah mempunyai kekuatan dan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap hasil pemilu yang nantinya berpengaruh kepada kemajuan bangsa. Tapi persoalan lain yang bisa terjadi pada keikutsertaan para pemilih pemula dalam pesta demokrasi itu, mereka juga bisa berpeluang menjadi penyumbang “golput” dalam pemilu 2024. Mengingat partisipasi politik generasi muda semakin potensial untuk mencapai pemilu yang berkedaulatan dalam meraih dukungan publik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah upaya penyadaran peran partisipasi politik pemilih pemula yang akan memandu pemilih pemula untuk memilih calon yang punya visi dan misi yang baik serta berpihak kepada kepentingan generasi muda. Adapaun metode yang digunakan adalah dengan materi sosialisasi pemahaman kepemiluan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab di kelas, dengan melakukan pengkuran serta evaluasi melalui pretest dan post test. Dan hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan siswa-siswi terhadap pemilihan umum, dan kesadaran akan peran partisipasi politik pemilih pemula.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding of the importance of attractive branding and marketing, as well as to develop and enhance skills in business management, marketing, and product innovation, which overall can help farmers improve their standard of living. The implementation of this community service activity took place over 2 days, on Friday, March 1, 2024, and Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the Margaluyu Village Hall, Pangalengan, Bandung, West Java. This community service activity has provided significant benefits to the community, especially the participants, by enhancing their understanding of marketing strategies for processed products. This enables them to more effectively promote their products to consumers outside the village. Through training in digital marketing strategies, participants are equipped with valuable understanding and skills in utilizing social media and online marketplace platforms to market their processed products. Thus, this activity not only imparts new knowledge but also provides practical tools that assist participants in increasing visibility and market access for their products, supporting the overall development of their businesses.

Abstract

Digital village represents the implementation of digital transformation at the rural level, aimed at improving public services, efficiency, and accountability. This research aims to examine human resource readiness and efforts to improve it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with participants from the Ciawi Village government. Data analysis utilized the People Capability Maturity Model. The research findings revealed that at level 2 (Managed), the Ciawi Village government does not yet have sufficient readiness to face digital village transformation. Based on the process areas of the People Capability Maturity Model, several areas require attention, specifically work environment, performance management, and training and development. The Ciawi Village government needs to develop its physical work environment to enhance community services and support village officials productivity. It needs to consider performance management to identify areas requiring development. This creates its relevancy with training and development programs to ensure alignment with digital transformation needs. The limitation of this research was that it specifically analyzed the readiness of Ciawi Village’s human resources aspect in facing the digital village transformation; it did not consider the readiness of any other aspects such as digital infrastructure and digital literacy. Future research will emphasize on digital literacy of the village community, broadening the scope of the digital village transformation readiness analysis.

Abstract

The transfer of land rights to purchase and sell land must be conducted under the supervision of an authorized official, commonly known as a Land Deed Official (PPAT) in this context. The authority to execute a legally binding land deed is vested in a Notary. Nevertheless, in this instance, notaries are prohibited from drafting deeds pertaining to land unless they have successfully completed the requisite examination to become a Land Deed Official (PPAT). Furthermore, deeds may be made by the subdistrict head, who acts as a temporary PPAT. The methodology employed by the author is normative legal research (doctrinal legal research). Normative legal research is a form of pure normative legal research, in which the problem under study is a legal scientific one, such as those pertaining to justice, order, and the agreement of will, among others. This research does not concern itself with the legal facts that exist in society. The findings of this research indicate that the role of a notary in the process of making a land sale and purchase deed is limited to the pre-sale of land or the making of an agreement between the seller and the buyer. It can be concluded that only a PPAT (land deed official) is authorized to prepare and execute a land sale and purchase deed.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to identify problem patterns and relationships between concepts. Literature analysis supplements the research by examining relevant journals and articles. Findings demonstrate a significant positive influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, motivating employees to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction serve as mediators between transformational leadership and performance. Transformational leadership enhances performance by fostering increased commitment and job satisfaction. Employees who exhibit attachment to the organization and job satisfaction tend to perform better. Overall, transformational leadership positively influences employee performance, with organizational commitment and job satisfaction acting as mediators in this relationship.
