Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out universal values ​​for living in diversity, so that an understanding is found that being different is beautiful. Acts 10 opens a new paradigm of diversity. The Apostle Peter, who strongly adhered to Jewish traditions, was able to change his perspective through dialogue with Cornelius. These two figures worship the same God in their own ways. Peter worshiped God by upholding Jewish traditions, while Cornelis, who was a pagan, worshiped God with the knowledge he knew. Through the Acts of the Apostles, universal things about differences are found, namely 1) Differences in character are beautiful, 2) Social differences, 3) Cultural differences and 4) Ethnic differences. All differences will be beautiful, if each other understands the universal values ​​of differences. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai universal untuk hidup dalam kemajemukan, sehingga ditemukan suatu paham bahwa berbeda itu indah. Kisah Para Rasul 10 membuka paradigma baru tentang perbedaan. Rasul Petrus yang sangat memegang teguh tradisi Yahudi dapat mengubah cara pandangnya melalui dialog dengan Kornelius. Kedua tokoh ini menyembah Allah yang sama dengan cara masing-masing. Petrus menyembah Allah dengan memegang teguh tradisi Yahudi, sementara Kornelis yang seorang kafir, menyembah Allah dengan pengetahuan yang dia ketahui. Melalui Kisah Para Rasul ini ditemukan hal yang universal tentang perbedaan yaitu 1) Perbedaan karakter itu indah, 2) Perbedaan sosial, 3) Perbedaan Budaya dan 4) Perbedaan Suku. Semua perbedaan itu akan menjadi indah, jika saling memahami nilai-nilai universal dari perbedaan.

Abstract

Since its establishment in 2018, Christian education management has begun to develop continuously in the educational context of Indonesia. However, it still requires studying more. Accordingly, this research aims to investigate how the department of Christian education management may be developed at the Christian higher education. The qualitative research, in particular, a case study was conducted to investigate the topic. Seven participants were involved and a manual book of Christian educational management department was used as the source of data. Based on the result of the study, it was found four themes that need to pay attention seriously in order to develop further the department of Christian educational management in Christian higher education, namely vision, mission, purpose, curriculum, collaboration, and alumnus. On the other side, for improving the knowledge on the management of Christian education organizations, contributions of this study for further research, practitioners and policy-makers are provided

Abstract

As providers of educational services, lecturers play a crucial role in tertiary institutions' operations. If lecturers possess legal competencies, tertiary institutions can perform well. This study aims to map the competence of lecturers in the XYZ study program, identify obstacles to developing lecturers' competence, and then offer suggestions for improving lecturers' competence. This study utilizes successive logical blended techniques (blend strategies consecutive illustrative). 72 students who were taught by lecturers (subjects) participated in the survey. Subjects, specifically three XYZ concentrate on program speakers, were then led to top-to-bottom meetings to have the option to recognize hindrances in the advancement of teacher abilities. The review and interview results were broken down to acquire research information. The consequences of the review show that the planning of speaker capabilities in the XYZ Study Program shows that the typical teacher skill is 67.07 where this worth is in the medium class. competence in education, with an average score of 59.92. Competence in the workplace, with an average score of 63.17. With an average score of 62.01, social competence is 61.07 social competence This leads us to the conclusion that, out of the four competencies, professional competence has the highest average, and pedagogical competence has the lowest average. Speakers face different impediments in creating academic, expert, character, and social abilities. These different deterrents come from inside the teachers, understudies, and the foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita Tahun Ajaran 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita berjumlah 101 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 33 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket sebanyak 30 item yang disusun berdasarkan indikator variabel sesuai teori. Uji coba angket dilakukan kepada 30 orang di tempat yang sama yaitu kelas XI TKR di luar sampel penelitian, telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita Tahun Ajaran 2024 yang dibuktikan dengan a). Uji hubungan yang positif diperoleh nilai rhitung = 0,610 > rtabel = 0,344 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y. b). Uji hubungan yang signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,284 > ttabel = 2,042. c) Uji koefisien determinasi r2 =37,20%. d) Uji persamaan regresi sederhana diperoleh ????̂ = 35,502 + 0,315X. e) Uji signifikan pengaruh menggunakan uji f diperoleh fhitung > ftabel yaitu 18,349>1,62. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

This article presents a theological review of Christian spiritual formation on digital campuses shaped by e-learning and hybrid learning. Digitalization has expanded access and efficiency in higher education, but it also risks dehumanizing relationships, eroding silence, and reducing spirituality to formal online routines. The aim of this review is to clarify these risks and to propose a constructive framework for digital spirituality in Christian higher education, with particular attention to the Indonesian context. Using theological literature review combined with phenomenological reflection on recent empirical studies, the article first conceptualizes Christian spirituality in higher education as an integrated way of life grounded in the Triune God, encompassing relational love, intellectual discipleship, moral responsibility, and pastoral care. It then identifies three core challenges of the digital campus: weakened interpersonal presence, hurry-driven spiritual fatigue, and disembodied, ritualistic religiosity. In response, the article develops four key practices: incarnational spirituality in virtual spaces, digital spiritual disciplines, virtual faith communities, and online pastoral accompaniment. Finally, it articulates three institutional roles for the Christian digital campus: a prophetic role that critiques unjust and manipulative uses of technology, a pastoral role that nurtures a healing community for digitally burdened students, and a transformational role that integrates theology, ethics, and technology in curriculum and campus culture. The review concludes that digital campuses can become genuinely formative environments when technology is intentionally ordered toward worship, community, and mission under the lordship of Christ.
