Abstract

Pembelajaran reflektif dalam pendidikan calon guru merupakan pendekatan penting untuk mempersiapkan mereka menjadi pendidik profesional. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana Model Pembelajaran Refleksi empat F meningkatkan pengembangan profesional calon guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis tanggapan dari dua belas mahasiswa di berbagai program pendidikan di Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya di Indonesia. Model empat F, yang meliputi Fakta, Perasaan, Temuan, dan Masa Depan, berfungsi sebagai kerangka praktik reflektif dalam pendidikan guru. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa model ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan teoretis dan kompetensi profesional serta menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang berpusat pada siswa. Siswa melaporkan pengalaman emosional yang positif namun mencatat stres karena beban kerja yang berat. Di sini, pembelajaran teori diintegrasikan dengan magang praktis dan secara efektif memperkaya filosofi pendidikan dan metodologi pengajaran siswa. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, termasuk mengoptimalkan Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran dan meningkatkan materi perkuliahan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman praktik reflektif dalam pendidikan guru, menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan berpusat pada siswa dalam pengembangan profesional.

Abstract

Background: Patient safety is a serious public health issue. Several studies reported security problems in healthcare systems in various countries. The impacts were varied, starting from mild pain, disability, death, and high cost of service. Aim: This study attempted to review the culture of patient safety from several studies and to identify factors that influence them. Method: This study was conducted with systematic mapping studies related to patient safety culture. There were 10 research articles were evaluated from various online sources that related from data base ProQuest,Oxford Academic, Wiley Online Library, Google Schoolar, and Springer. It was conducted by entering keywords which appropriate to the topic, the obtained results were analyzed and discussed to produce conclusions. Findings: Adverse events were common problems. Healthcare employees had roles in creating safe and high quality services. One of them was through implementation of a culture of patient safety. There were several factors which support a culture of patient safety, namely leadership, teamwork, patient care, evidence-based, communication, learning, just, and patient-centered.

Abstract

The role of green entrepreneurship is sufficient to realize a green economy. This study aims to understand the existing literature and research on green entrepreneurship in the green economy. The literature was reviewed systematically following the PRISMA guidelines for performing and reporting systematic literature reviews. Some reviewed articles were included based on a systematic search of the Scopus database. The research agenda was provided using quantitative, multilevel, and management perspective analysis. Continental Europe has made the most contributions to this field. The developments in green entrepreneurship research in the green economy can be attributed to several factors, such as environmental concern, SDGs, resource efficiency, climate change mitigation, innovation, social inclusion and measurement. Further research can be carried out using the team level by connecting the management perspective of finance, operation and human resource.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun komunitas belajar di SD Negeri Kartasura 04. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam suatu kejadian dengan melakukan interaksi dengan subyek-subyek yang berkaitan dengan kejadian tersebut. Data pada penelitian ini berupa pernyataan, dokumen dan arsip mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun komunitas belajar di SD Negeri Kartasura 04. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Tahapan analisis data pada penelitian ini, yaitu reduksi data, tampilan data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun komunitas belajar diimplementasikan melalui beberapa aspek yaitu menetapkan visi dan misi, fasilitasi pelatihan dan pengembangan professional, mendorong keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas, membangun budaya sekolah yang positif, pengelolaan administrasi dan supervisi, dan memfasilitasi komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sosialisasi dan pemberlakuan program e-KTP menggunakan aplikasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) di Dusun Masahan, RT 03 dan RT 04 Trirenggo, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai elemen masyarakat, termasuk warga, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemerintah desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai manfaat e-KTP dan aplikasi IKD. Keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat dan Dinas Dukcapil dalam proses sosialisasi berkontribusi pada keberhasilan program ini. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk tingkat literasi digital yang bervariasi di antara masyarakat, yang mempengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam mengakses dan menggunakan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk memastikan semua warga dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi IKD dengan baik. Evaluasi berkala terhadap proses sosialisasi dan penerimaan masyarakat juga penting untuk memberikan umpan balik yang berguna bagi perbaikan program di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan program e-KTP di daerah lain dan meningkatkan kualitas administrasi kependudukan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan

Abstract

This research conducts a comparative framing analysis of how two leading Indonesian online media outlets, Tempo.co and Kompas.com, constructed the narrative of the Susi Air pilot hostage crisis involving the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) in Papua. Utilizing Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's comprehensive framing model, this study examines 22 news articles published between February and July 2023 across four analytical structures: syntactical, script, thematic, and rhetorical. The findings reveal distinct editorial positioning: Tempo.co consistently employs a conflict-centric frame, emphasizing dramatic actions, explicit KKB demands, and critical discourse with negatively connotated lexicon. In contrast, Kompas.com adopts a state-procedural frame, focusing on institutional handling, security protocols, and official statements while maintaining formal neutrality. This divergence demonstrates how competing media ideologies produce alternative realities of the same event, with Tempo.copositioning as a "watchdog" critical of state authority and Kompas.com aligning with state narratives to project stability. The research contributes to media studies by applying established framing theory to the underexplored context of Papuan conflict reporting and provides insights into journalistic ethics in covering sensitive national security issues.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive culinary business landscape demands that entrepreneurs adopt effective and efficient marketing strategies. Among various available strategies, Word of Mouth (WOM) communication has proven to be one of the main drivers of consumer purchasing decisions due to its honest, personal, and trustworthy nature. This study aims to analyze and measure the extent of the influence of WOM communication on consumer purchasing decisions, using Depot Dua Legenda as a case study—a contemporary culinary business with a unique concept in Malang City. This research employs an explanatory quantitative approach using a survey method. A sample of 100 consumers of Depot Dua Legenda was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a 4-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, including validity testing, reliability testing, Pearson correlation, and linear regression. The research findings indicate that Word of Mouth communication has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of consumers at Depot Dua Legenda. A correlation coefficient of 0.708 indicates a strong relationship between the two variables. The regression analysis results produce the equation Y = 7.072 + 0.565X, meaning that every one-unit increase in WOM increases purchasing decisions by 0.565 units. Furthermore, the WOM variable can explain 50.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions (R Square = 0.501). This finding reinforces the statement that WOM, especially when organic and amplified through digital media, plays a primary role in driving consumer decision-making processes in the modern era.

Abstract

Solar-Powered Street Lighting (PJUTS) serves as a strategic solution to enhance safety, comfort, and community activities, particularly in rural areas with limited access to the national electricity grid. This study, conducted in Masahan Hamlet, Trirenggo Village, Bantul, aims to design an efficient, autonomous, and environmentally friendly PJUTS system. The methodology combines empirical field surveys (road conditions, lighting needs, light intensity, and pole spacing) with quantitative calculations of energy demand, solar panel capacity, battery storage, and light efficacy. The results indicate that the total energy demand of 720 Wh can be supplied by a 185 Wp solar panel system, where one 75 Wp module generates 225 Wh per day. Field implementation successfully installed three solar streetlights using LED lamps with 150 lumen/Watt efficiency, significantly improving community safety during nighttime. This study concludes that PJUTS can be effectively applied as a renewable energy-based lighting model for rural areas, while also supporting sustainability programs and reducing carbon emissions

Abstract

The utilization of solar energy as a renewable energy source has become a priority in supporting sustainable energy transitions in Indonesia. This study analyzes the potential for installing rooftop solar power plants (PLTS) in office buildings, universities, and hotels in Magelang City. The research method involves measuring roof areas using Google Maps imagery and simulating energy production through the Global Solar Atlas. The analysis indicates that with a 20% utilization rate of potential roof areas, the corresponding installed capacity can reach 230.720–333.560 kWp. Energy production estimates show outputs of up to 11,000 kWh/month for an 80 kWp capacity. These findings underscore Magelang City's potential to support renewable energy transitions through multi-faceted collaboration. This study provides a foundation for developing sustainable energy policies in urban areas.
