Abstract

This research aims to develop traditional website-based games for early childhood. The research is ADDIE model R&D research. The subjects of this research were 2 expert validators and 30 teachers from 30 PAUD institutions in Indonesia. Data collection techniques use questionnaires.The research results are based on the results of validation by experts with a score. The validation instrument consists of material aspects and also ease of use, the assessment score range uses a Likert scale of 1-4, and the results of the validation carried out regarding the content on the website get a score of 3. 86 means that in terms of material on the website it is suitable for AUD and from the aspect of convenience it gets a score of 3.9 which means very good and easy to use. The research results were based on results from users or from 30 PAUD teachers from 30 PAUD institutions in Indonesia. The score obtained was that learning was in accordance with children's theories, 36.4% answered good and 63.6% very good.

Abstract

Social media is now widely used in almost all companies, the reason is to reach consumers more quickly, easily and widely. Social media (Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) is part of digital marketing, namely product marketing efforts using digital media and internet networks. The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of SMEs that use digital marketing, even though SMEs are believed to be able to stimulate the Indonesian economy. The methods used in this community service activity are training, lectures and questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this activity is to provide several solutions to be able to look for new business opportunities to maintain business continuity, namely utilizing social media. Apart from that, increasing digital marketing knowledge and increasing knowledge regarding the use of WhatsApp business social media as a sales promotion media. The conclusion of this activity is very useful for SMEs in providing suggestions, especially regarding digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat Internasional ini dilaksanakan di Desa Babatan, Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2024, dengan tujuan memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui inovasi dan digitalisasi. Kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi antaruniversitas yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Swasta Indonesia (AFEBSI), bekerjasama dengan D.Y. Patil Institute of Management Studies dari India dan Thai Global Administration Technological College dari Thailand. Metode pengabdian mencakup pendekatan pemberdayaan dan edukasi dengan fokus pada UMKM sektor pertanian, khususnya hidroponik dan produksi sayur-buah. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan, workshop, dan pembinaan praktis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi informasi, mengoptimalkan media sosial, melakukan inovasi produk, dan memperluas akses pasar melalui platform digital. Luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM Desa Babatan dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis di era digital, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of having competent and professional ICT instructors as a key factor in producing graduates from training programs capable of competing in the digital era. The objective of this research is to analyze the strategies implemented by the Instructor and Training Personnel (INTALA) in enhancing the professional competencies of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) instructors at the Vocational and Productivity Development Center (Balai Besar Pengembangan Vokasi dan Produktivitas) in Serang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that (1) the competencies of ICT instructors at BBPVP Serang have met professional standards, characterized by effective mastery of subject matter and teaching methodology; (2) the strategies implemented by INTALA include the Methodology Training Program, Technical Upgrading Training, and Soft Skills Strengthening Training; (3) supporting factors in the implementation of INTALA strategies include the availability of adequate training resources, encompassing facilities, infrastructure, and relevant teaching materials. However, there are several inhibiting factors affecting the effectiveness of implementation, namely the low motivation of some instructors, limited time to participate in competency development activities, and personal constraints that affect optimal participation.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on the meaning and understanding parents hold regarding early childhood education, despite its significant impact on character development and the effectiveness of early childhood education programs. The objective of this research is to deeply explore how parents perceive and understand their roles in educating young children, particularly in navigating the challenges of parenting in the digital era. Employing a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, the study involved four parents of students at PAUD Al-Ansor Bina Bangsa, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that parents perceive their roles as guides, mentors, and role models, carried out through emotional involvement and spiritual closeness. These findings reinforce the relevance of parental involvement theory and the authoritative parenting style, which emphasizes a balance between responsiveness and structure in early childhood education. The main conclusion is that parental involvement in child-rearing is not merely a functional act, but a reflective process that integrates value awareness, emotional connection, and moral responsibility. The study offers theoretical contributions to the literature on the meaning of parenting and practical recommendations for early childhood education institutions and policymakers to strengthen parenting programs grounded in reflection, values, and active support amid the challenges of the digital age.

Abstract

Kampung Batununggul merupakan salah satu wilayah yang terletak di Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang dengan mayoritas mata pencahariannya adalah petani, dan wiraswasta. Kampung rajeg ini mempunyai potensi yang cukup produktif khususnya bagi para ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja untuk diberdayakan dalam membatu ekonomi keluarga. potensi inilah yang dikembangkan oleh para ibu- ibu rumah tangga yaitu dengan mengelola kulit jeruk bali yang tadinya menjadi sampah, maka dengan ide kreatifnya kulit jeruk bali di olah menjadi manisan. Dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman masyarakat masyarakat menjadi satu- satunya akar permasalahan dari terbuangnya potensi bisnis pengolahan limbah kulit jeruk Bali Oleh karena itu, dengan mendaur ulang limbah yang seharusnya dibuang menjadi suatu produk yang lebih berguna dan mempunyai nilai lebih menjadi kebutuhan sebagai salah satu alternatif usaha kaum perempuan untuk membantu ekonomi ruah tangga. pengolahan ini juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Adapun luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah berupa usaha produksi manisan sebagai sentra industry dan dapat dipasarkan ke masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Although the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is designed to enhance the welfare and self-reliance of vulnerable families through financial assistance combined with educational activities such as P2K2/P3K, its implementation effectiveness does not always align with the policy design. This study aims to explore the experiences of PKH beneficiaries in the subdistricts of Cadasari and Karangtanjung and the City of Cilegon to understand how the assistance is interpreted, implemented, and perceived in relation to behavioral change and the development of beneficiaries’ capacity for self-reliance. Adopting a qualitative approach with an interpretative phenomenological method, the study draws on in-depth interviews, program observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal four main themes: assistance is more often perceived as a routine entitlement than as a transformative instrument; low financial and digital literacy constrains the optimal utilization of benefits; P2K2/P3K activities tend to function as administrative procedures rather than genuine learning spaces; and local resilience develops through informal coping strategies grounded in social capital. These findings indicate that PKH beneficiaries are not in a passive position but actively develop adaptive strategies, although these strategies are not yet fully oriented toward long-term economic self-reliance. The study concludes that PKH effectiveness requires a shift in implementation from mere benefit distribution to an empowerment-oriented model that strengthens financial and digital capacities, enhances the quality of adult-learning-based mentoring, and integrates local social capital into the program’s formal mechanisms. This study contributes to the development of an adaptive social protection approach in Indonesia and offers implementable recommendations for strengthening literacy and mentoring that are sensitive to local contexts.
