Abstract

PTP. NUSANTARA XIV (PERSERO).merupakan perusahaan public produk konsumen berbasis tebu yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka yang memproduksi tebu menjadi produk gula pasir. Produk yang diproduksi dalam skala yang besar, sehingga membutuhkan gudang yang besar, dan diperlukan manajemenen pergudangan yang baik untuk mengelola barang-barang tersebut. Selama ini perusahaan hanya menggunakan sistem gudang yang standar atau sistem gudang manual dengan melibatkan banyaknya karyawan dan akan melibatkan banyaknya pengeluaran biaya perusahaan, Dan ketika sistem gudang masih menerapkan sistem manual memerlukan banyaknya waktu yang sangat lama dalam pengempulan atau pengimputan data baik data gudang,pemesanan dan pengiriman barang dan Salah satu hal yang sering terjadi pada system gudang yang belum menerapkan WMS yaitu mengalami kesalahan data adalah informasi tentang stok dan inventori yang dimiliki oleh bisnis. Stok dan inventory yang tidak akurat ini akan membuat PT bisa kehilangan stok sewaktu-waktu,maka dari itu penelitian ini menerapkan simulasi penerapan warehouse management. Diketahui nilai sig unutk pengaruh Sebelum penerapan WMS terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.900 > 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 0.130 < 2.365 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh Sebelum Penerapan Wms terhadap Kinerja Gudang . Diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh Sesudah Penerapan WMS terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.008 < 0.05 dan nilai t. Berdasarkan output diatas diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh Sebelum penerapan WMS dan Setelah penerapan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.03 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung 14.327 > 4.46 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 diterima yang berarti pengaruh Sebelum penerapan wms dan sesudah penerapan wms secara simultan terhadap Kinerja gudang.

Abstract

PT. Sumber Setia Budi is a company engaged in the nickel mining industry as a contractor partner for the central company PT. Antam Tbk UBPN Sultra is located in Kolaka district, Pomalaa sub-district. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work shifts on subjective fatigue in the Mechanic Workshop section using a Cross-Sectional approach with multiple linear regression analysis, the sample amounted to 21 respondents. The instrument used is a Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire and the types of data are primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression with the f test simultaneously show that the significant value and calculated F value between groups of the morning (X1), afternoon (X2), and night (X3) shift simultaneously on subjective fatigue (Y) is F count 2,571 > F table 3.13 and a significant value of 0.229 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect between the morning shift (X1), afternoon shift (X2) and night shift (X3) on subjective fatigue but the effect is not significant. To reduce and overcome fatigue experienced by workers, the company should further improve the comfort and facilities of the work environment to create a more comfortable and ergonomic work environment

Abstract

Optimization of the company's management quality performance is dependent on the accuracy of choosing the business strategy applied to the company. if improving the quality management of company only focuses on one aspect, then competitive advantage is very difficult to achieve. Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the concepts of quality management improvement that considers all aspects of improving company performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of TQM on managerial performance at PT. X. This company is the largest company in Eastern Indonesia, located in Makassar City and is engaged in the production of wheat flour. This study uses 3 of the 10 principles that exist in the TQM concept is customer focus, obsession with quality, education and training. The number of samples used as many as 120 respondents. The analytical method of this research uses a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that the implementation of Total Quality Management which describes the variables focused on customers, obsession with quality, education and training has an insignificant positive effect on managerial performance at PT. X. In addition, there is a direct effect of each TQM variable on the managerial performance variable

Abstract

Borisallo village is one of the villages that has the potential for sugar palm so some of its residents work as brown sugar farmers. Besides brown sugar, one of the potentialAnother interesting thing about this area is that the village of Borisallo is an axis road a district that connects the city of Makassar with the village of Malino which is a tourist attraction so along the axis road there are several restaurants. So it has the potential to create a small business of processed brown sugar which can boost the economy of brown sugar farmers. Solutions that offered to socialize the potential for processing brown sugar/palm into products ready-to-eat preparations, Conduct training in the manufacture of processed brown sugar in the form of various Cold Drinks (Milk -Brown Sugar, Milk Boba Brown Sugar, Milk Coffee Brown Sugar), conduct training on product packaging and marketing. After this PkM activity was carried out, the local brown sugar farmers have knowledge and skills in the technique of processing brown sugar productsinto other processed products with higher economic value and interest and motivation to carry out entrepreneurial activities. The entrepreneurial motivation initiated by the entrepreneurial starter kit that we provide is in the form of a set of tools beverage sealer/packaging. This tool will be managed by the Owned Enterprises Village (BUMDES) which will facilitate residents to do entrepreneurship

Abstract

PT. Tempat Senang Laboratories merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur kosmetik untuk keperluan resort, spa, export, dan skincare sebagai produk utamanya. Namun, sistem pemeliharaan di PT. Tempat Senang Laboratories masih belum optimal sehingga terjadi kerusakan pada mesin (breakdown) yang mengakibatkan menurunnya efektivitas produksi. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkatan efektivitas mesin mixer (B-100L) dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem pemeliharaan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dan Overral Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Total Productive Maintenance digunakan untuk pemeliharaan dan mengoptimalkan efektivitas peralatan, menghilangkan kerusakan, dan memberikan usulan pemeliharaan melalui kegiatan sehari-hari yang melibatkan seluruh tenaga kerja, sedangkan Overall Equipment Effectiveness digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk mengetahui efektivitas mesin produksi. Hasil pengukuran efektivitas mesin mixer dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) di PT. Tempat Senang Laboratories pada periode 2021 diperoleh persentase nilai OEE yang berkisar antara 46,98% - 59,04%. Nilai tertinggi OEE yaitu terjadi di bulan Mei yaitu 59,04%, dan nilai terendah pada bulan September sebesar 46,98%, angka ini sangat jauh dari batas standar ideal OEE yaitu sebesar 85%. Losses terbesar yang menyebabkan rendahnya nilai OEE tersebut adalah reduced speed losses yaitu sebesar 68,26%. Untuk mengoptimalkan system pemeliharaan pada PT. Tempat Senang Laboratories, Operator usulan yang diberikan yaitu memberikan pelatihan terkait prosedur dalam mengantisipasi kemungkinan kerusakan yang akan terjadi. Sehingga operator bisa langsung melaporkan kepada bagian maintenance untuk ditindak lanjuti.

Abstract

Arasoe Bone Sugar Factory is one of the sugar factories in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The production process at this company entirely uses machines that run automatically. However, the sugarcane harvesting activity is still carried out manually. All sugarcane harvesting activities result in physical workload on workers, especially when lifting sugarcane since in one loading, the workers are able to lift more than 30 kg of sugarcane. This activity is carried out repeatedly which results in fatigue on the harvest workers. The other factors that affect fatigue on the harvest workers are the harvested sugarcane plantations that can reach approximately 7 hectares in area and the work that lasts for 7 hours each day. This study aims to determine how much physical workload is experienced by sugarcane harvest workers and to determine how long the rest break is based on the physical workload that is obtained while working for the sugarcane harvest workers. The assessment of physical workload was carried out using the Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) method and the calculation of the length of rest break was carried out using a physiological approach. Based on the results of calculating the percentage of Cardiovascular Load (%CVL), it was discovered that all respondents experienced fatigue consisting of 5 workers with a %CVL of 60%, 13 people with %CVL of 80%, and 2 people with %CVL of 100%. Therefore, all respondents were included into the category of heavy physical workload. The optimal rest break is 80.79 minutes, while the rest break given is only 60 minutes. Hence, an additional 20.79 minutes of rest break is needed. The rest break of 20.79 minutes is used for spontaneous breaks, i.e., short break after the workload.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan ekonomi daerah dapat dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara maksimal dimana hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sumber daya lokal yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini digunakan sumber daya air lokal Papua yang melimpah tetapi tidak dimanfaatkan. Kepala udang saat ini hanya menjadi limbah nelayan dan masyarakat di Sorong dan Papua Barat. Walaupun ada yang menggunakan kepala udang, namun hal ini dilakukan di luar Papua dan hanya sebagai pakan ternak. Kandungan gizi kepala udang sangat tinggi dan baik untuk kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti akan melakukan penelitian berupa percobaan proses pembuatan bumbu dari kepala udang. Penelitian ini akan menerapkan metode taguchi, dimana peneliti harus membuat simulasi untuk menentukan jumlah percobaan dan level yang harus dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua proses pengolahan yaitu dengan cara di oven dan dengan cara digoreng. Hasil percobaan yang diuji menggunakan uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa percobaan dengan metode digoreng memiliki skor tertinggi pada level 3 dengan skor 565. Sedangkan proses dengan menggunakan oven mendapat skor tertinggi pada level 4 dengan skor 595. Perbandingan nilai kedua proses tersebut cukup rendah yaitu proses oven lebih tinggi 5% dibandingkan proses goreng. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses oven dengan level 4 adalah yang terbaik Sedangkan proses dengan menggunakan oven mendapat skor tertinggi pada level 4 dengan skor 595. Perbandingan nilai kedua proses tersebut cukup rendah yaitu proses oven lebih tinggi 5% dibandingkan dengan proses goreng. Abstract

PT.KTC adalah sebuah industri yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan kayu lapis. Perusahaan tersebut masih menggunakan program pengolah angka microsoft excel dalam penginputan data pengiriman sehingga menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi sub-system yang terkait dengan sistem informasi manajemen administrasi pengiriman barang ke buyer serta merancang sistem informasi manajemen administrasi pengiriman hasil produksi sebagai alat evaluasi dan pengawasan. Perancangan sistem informasi pengiriman hasil produksi menggunakan pendekatan prototype yang berfokus pada penyajian form input dan output melalui tahap conceptual system design dalam sistem informasi manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima input dan empat output berdasarkan penentuan set system objective dalam sistem informasi pengiriman hasil produksi yang menjadi alat pengawasan dalam proses pengiriman. Adapun hasil rancangan model sistem informasi manajemen yang didapatkan adalah (1) menggunakan Software berbasis Website, (2) Semua data dari bagian terkait bisa diakses oleh admin yang membutuhkan laporan terkait pengiriman hasil produksi, (3) Penginputan data menggunakan SIM dapat mengefisienkan waktu.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country with abundant marine resources. Currently, Indonesia is a country that exports marine products, one of which is shrimp. The shrimp exported are headless shrimp. One of the shrimp exporting cities is Sorong City, Southwest Papua Province. One shrimp export company is capable of producing and exporting 1,800 – 2,000 tons of shrimp per year. Therefore, this research focuses on good production processes to produce good products. This research applies the Taguchi method in the sample making process, and then carries out proximate analysis as product testing. The results of this research show that an experiment with a temperature of 200 and a time of 80 minutes is the best level which produces a product with the lowest air content and a protein content of 43.90%, fat 2.58% and carbohydrates 9.80%. This value is the best value of all levels

Abstract

PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. is a company engaged in the mining industry, particularly in nickel processing (Ni). The company operates a power plant at Balambano Hydroelectric Power Plant (2x68.5 MW). The company's usual maintenance practice is limited to corrective maintenance, which involves replacing or repairing components only when they are damaged. The aim of this research is to determine the optimal replacement time for preventive maintenance on turbine machines in order to minimize downtime. The age replacement method is used to calculate the replacement interval for components based on their usage life. The research findings show that the mean time to failure (MTTF) of the wicket gate is 2217.824 hours or 92.41 days, which means that the component may experience failure again after operating for that MTTF duration. Therefore, the recommendation is to replace the component every 85 days of operation and perform inspections every 15 days.
