Abstract

This research uses qualitative research type methods with a library research approach, namely (library research) or literature studies by exploring information through literature regarding characteristics and transformational leadership to answer the focus of the study in this research. This study examines the definition of transformational leadership, the four dimensions of transformational leadership, the characteristics of transformational leadership and the measurement instruments of transactional and transformational leadership. Leadership is one of the most important things that everyone must have because oneself is actually a leader for our own body, for that leadership is very important. The characteristics of transformational leadership include: 1) Idealized influence (or charismatic influence) 2) Inspirational motivation. 3) Intellectual stimulation. 4) Individualized consideration.

Abstract

As a conscious and planned effort, education is an effort to develop the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. To realize efforts to achieve educational goals, educational institutions need a measurable and planned regulatory pattern. So educational institutions need good institutional management. In education management must focus on the object of study, so that human resources, funding, materials, methods, markets and time can be managed properly. Likewise, the field of work on education management must be given serious attention so that students, curriculum, personnel, education financing, and community relations can be properly managed through quality management of educational institutions.

Abstract

This research article examines the roles and challenges women face in the leadership of Islamic educational institutions through literature review methods. The literature review method is used to collect data from articles, journals, and books related to women's leadership in the context of Islamic education. The results of the study show that women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions has a significant role in the development of Islamic educational institutions as a whole. Women leaders are able to bring about changes in how institutions are managed, improve the quality of education, and develop innovations in teaching methods. In addition, women's leadership is also able to set an example and motivation for students and staff. However, women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions is still faced with a number of challenges, including gender discrimination, social stereotypes, and traditional roles applied in society. In conclusion, this article shows that women’s leadership has an important role in the development of Islamic educational institutions, but what. However, what needs to be examined is the expertise possessed by the man or woman who wants to be a leader. Of course, a leader must be skilled, competent, and professional or have qualified abilities in the field of leadership and manageria management.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten meliputi perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum dan evaluasi kurikulm SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dan untuk mengetahui kurikulum di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dalam membentuk pendidikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif tepatnya adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakasek kurikulum, wakasek kesiswaan, guru dan siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik pengolahan data menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Kurikulum yang digunakan di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten merupakan perpaduan antara kurikulum Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia dengan Kurikulum Kekhasan sekolah terpadu Al Qudwah juga Kurikulum kekhasan Jaringan Sekolah Islam terpadu. Usaha pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dengan pembiasaan, pembinaan, pengembangan diri secara terus menerus dinilai telah sukses dilaksanakan dan berhasil dengan baik

Abstract

The basic concept of education management is a hot topic of discussion and is the center of attention among educators and education staff. The issues to be discussed in this study are the urgency of education management the meaning of education menegement, the goal education menegement, the function of education management, the education menegemen model, the development management theory and educational management issues. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach in the literature study educationtmanagement functions, education management models, management theory devlopments and management issues.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be carried out in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This is important for carrying out management functions in every educational institution. This study discusses the implementation of total quality management (TQM) in educational institutions and efforts to improve the quality of education in achieving predetermined quality standards. Every educational institution should show better quality. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the community and stakeholders. One way to keep getting this is to make continuous improvements, both from physical and non-physical aspects. So that it becomes a quality educational institution and its quality is guaranteed. Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai sektor publik perlu dikelola dengan baik dan memiliki manajemen pembiayaan yang mumpuni. Manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam membantu kelancaran penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Manajemen pembiayaan pada lembaga pendidikan berbeda dengan manajemen pembiayaan pada perusahaan yang berorientasi pada profit atau laba, sehingga memiliki keunikan sesuai dengan misi dan karakteristik Pendidikan itu sendiri. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pembiayaan Pendidikan dalam Lembaga Pendidikan menurut konsep dan pengertiannya, prinsip, model dan ketentuan yang mengatur di Indonesia. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan penataan sumber, penggunaan, dan pertanggung-jawaban dana pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan. Adapun prinsip-prinsipnya yaitu efisien, terarah dan terkendali, menggunakan hasil produksi dalam negeri, transparan, dan penguatan partisipasi publik. Dalam tulisan ini membahas 6 (enam) model pembiayaan pendidikan menurut Thomas H Jones, namun menurut penulis, model yang paling tepat diterapkan di Indonesia adalah Foundation Plan, dan Power equalizing agar tercipta pembangunan pendidikan yang propprsional di Indonesia

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis literatur mengenai model kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren. Yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang model kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren, serta memberikan saran dan implikasi praktis bagi pengurus pondok pesantren dalam mengimplementasikan model kepemimpinan partisipatif yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait kepemimpinan partisipatif, manajemen pondok pesantren, dan hubungan antara keduanya. Sumber-sumber literatur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain adalah jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen resmi yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Temuan dari analisis literatur menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif dapat memberikan manfaat bagi manajemen pondok pesantren, seperti meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan santri dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan dan motivasi santri. Namun, terdapat juga beberapa tantangan dan kendala dalam menerapkan model kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren, seperti perbedaan pandangan antara pengurus dan santri, serta keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu. Dalam rangka mengatasi tantangan ini, artikel ini memberikan saran dan implikasi praktis bagi pengurus pondok pesantren dalam mengimplementasikan model kepemimpinan partisipatif yang efektif.

Abstract

Pengelolaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan bagian penting dalam kegiatan sekolah, mulai dari kegiatan belajar mengajar hingga kegiatan administrasi. Fungsi mereka tidak dapat sepenuhnya dihilangkan sebagai pendidik dan pengajar bagi anak didiknya. Demikian pula tenaga kependidikan (kepala sekolah, pengawas, pustakawan, tenaga administrasi) bertugas melaksanakan administrasi, pengelolaan, pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pelayanan teknis untuk menunjang proses pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan. Sehubungan dengan pembinaan profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga kependidikan, peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada setiap jenis dan jenjang pendidikan telah menjadi komitmen pendidikan nasional. Dalam sistem pendidikan nasional, organisasi yang beroperasi di dalam sistem tersebut merupakan sub sistem yang memiliki sumber daya manusia yang perlu dikelola dengan baik. Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam menyusun teknik pengelolaan Pendidik dan Pendidikan Melakukan persiapan pembelajaran secara optimal, melaksanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan bimbingan dan bimbingan kepada pelaku atau peserta didik, melakukan penilaian terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilakukan untuk menentukan pencapaian target, melakukan telah dilakukan analisis pencapaian target yang telah ditetapkan.
