Abstract

Setiap organisasi membutuhkan sumber daya untuk mengembangkan organisasinya, yang utama diperlukan sebagai penggerak organisasi salah satunya adalah sumber daya manusia. Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah kualitatif, sedangkan jenis pendektannya yaitu Library Research. Penulis menjadikan literatur sebagai sumber data utama, Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pentingnya konsep dasar manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam Pendidikan yaitu pengertian manajemen sumber daya manusia, tujuan dan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam Pendidikan. Peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan tentu sangat berkontribusi dalam membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, karena pendidikan yang bermutu berasal dari orang-orang yang mengelola pendidikan itu sendiri yaitu sumber daya manusia yang bermutu, maju tidaknya suatu lembaga pendidikan maupun lembaga pendidikan Islam tergantung pada pengelolaan yang baik

Abstract

Program Pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila didukung oleh fasilitas Pendidikan yang tersedia dan berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Jenis metode penulisan artikel ini adalah kualitatif, pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan atau library research. Penulis mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai manajemen sarana dan prasarana Pendidikan dari sumber-sumber Pustaka meliputi artikel jurnal. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengertian manajemen sarana dan prasarana Pendidikan, tujuan dan prinsip sarana dan prasarana dan ruang lingkup manajemen sarana dan prasarana Pendidikan yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, inventarisasi dan penghapusan serta factor penghambat dan solusi hambatan tersebut. Keberhasilan program pendidikan baik formal maupun nonformal dipengaruhi oleh manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang memadai disertai pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan secara optimal.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan Guru PAUD di lokasi pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengenalkan huruf-huruf hijaiyah di dalam Al-Qur’an agar anak kelak dewasanya dapat membaca Al-Qur’an. Peran guru dalam mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah ini dilakukan setiap hari ketika datang hingga pulang, dengan mengajak anak untuk membaca doa bersama sudah termasuk dalam upaya untuk mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah.Metode pembinaan yang dikembangkan berbentuk pendampingan siswa PAUD dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca, menulis dan menghitung. Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh mahasiswa KUKERTA serta didampingi oleh guru-guru PAUD di lokasi pengabdian. keberadaan guru dan mahasiswa Kukerta mampu bermitra kerja dengan Guru PAUD dalam hal pembinaan kemampuan dasar siswa pada aspek menghitung sederhana. Dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan menghitung sederhana pada sebagian besar siswa PAUD Bina Ummat Desa Sindsang Sari kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang,

Abstract

Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah manajemen pemasaran yang ada di Pesantren Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah 14 untuk meningkatkan citra pesantren tersebut. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis dan evaluasi keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode, setelah memilih beberapa responden berdasarkan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah 14. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: 1). Perencanaan Pesantren Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah 14 merencanakan dengan baik. Pesantren belajar dari pesantren yang lebih baik dan maju. 2). Pengorganisasian dengan cara membentuk Departemen Penerimaan Santri Baru (PSB). terdiri dari beberapa bagian, tugas tim PSB antara lain merencanakan berbagai strategi promosi untuk menarik minat masyarakat, seperti menata beberapa tempat untuk dijadikan sasaran pemasaran pesantren, 3). Pelaksanaan : Pesantren melakukan pemasaran dengan berbagai kegiatan promosi dengan mengunjungi sekolah-sekolah dan melalui media cetak dan online, 4). Pimpinan Pesantren melakukan evaluasi secara keseluruhan. Karakteristik masing-masing pesantren menjadi daya tarik sendiri bagi masyarakat untuk memilih pesantren. Selanjutnya citra pesantren dapat dibentuk dengan strategi pemasaran yang memanfaatkan konsep bauran pemasaran, Bisnis Model Canvas dan komunikasi yang baik dalam setiap koordinasi.

Abstract

This research aims to draw comprehensive conclusions from the results of relevant previous research. Seeing the strength of the correlation between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in Islamic educational institutions. Using Meta-Analysis research and systematic reviews using JASP 0.18.1.0 software. The data found were 25 articles through searches on Google Scholar and Mendeley search with the keywords Organizational commitment, organization citizenship behavior teacher. 10 articles were selected based on predetermined researcher characteristics and criteria. The data taken from the selected articles is the number of samples (N) and the r value for each article, then the effect size is analyzed. Includes; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madarasah Aliyah Data from research on organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at Islamic educational institutions were analyzed in depth to find out how big the correlation between organizational commitment is to organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at Islamic educational institutions. This research begins with formulating the research topic, tracing research results that are relevant for analysis. This can be seen from the research results which show that the results of analysis using the random effect model show that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational commitment and teacher organizational citizenship behavior. The strength of the correlation between organizational commitment and teacher organizational citizenship behavior is included in the low significance category1 (re: 0.790).

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 dan era disrupsi digital telah menghadirkan tantangan fundamental bagi institusi pendidikan Islam, membutuhkan transformasi paradigma kepemimpinan yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tradisional dengan tuntutan modernisasi. Penelitian systematic literature review ini bertujuan menganalisis model integrasi nilai-nilai profetik dalam praktik kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam di era disrupsi, dengan fokus pada identifikasi strategi adaptasi, tantangan implementasi, dan implikasi praktis. Menggunakan protokol PRISMA, penelitian melakukan pencarian komprehensif melalui multiple database, menghasilkan empat artikel final dari 2.200 artikel yang ditemukan. Metode systematic literature review digunakan untuk mensintesis temuan dan perspektif terkini tentang kepemimpinan profetik. Hasil penelitian mengungkap model kepemimpinan profetik yang multidimensional, dengan empat dimensi utama: sidiq (kejujuran), amanah (kepercayaan), tabligh (komunikasi), dan fathonah (kecerdasan). Penelitian mengidentifikasi tantangan signifikan dalam implementasi, termasuk resistensi budaya organisasi, kesenjangan kompetensi digital, dan kompleksitas adaptasi sistem manajemen. Strategi adaptasi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan literasi teknologi, penciptaan budaya organisasi adaptif, dan pengembangan model kepemimpinan yang menjembatani tradisi dan modernitas. Kontribusi utama penelitian adalah pengembangan kerangka konseptual integrasi nilai profetik di era disrupsi, yang menawarkan perspektif baru tentang fleksibilitas kepemimpinan spiritual dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Penelitian menyarankan pendekatan dinamis yang mampu mensinergikan tradisi spiritual dengan inovasi kontemporer, tanpa kehilangan esensi nilai-nilai fundamental Islam.

Abstract

Educational management is a systematic process encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising all educational resources to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of objectives. The scope of educational management is broad, encompassing curriculum management, student management, development of teaching and educational staff, management of facilities and infrastructure, financial governance, school administration, and public relations. This article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the scope of educational management as a fundamental foundation for developing the quality and increasing the effectiveness of educational institutions. The research method used is a literature review, synthesizing theoretical perspectives and empirical findings from various previous studies. The results of the study indicate that structured, integrated, and coordinated educational management practices play a crucial role in strengthening institutional performance, encouraging innovation in the learning process, and ensuring the sustainability of educational development. Furthermore, effective educational management contributes to the creation of a conducive academic environment, supporting the professional growth of educators, and increasing public and stakeholder trust in educational institutions. In conclusion, the scope of educational management not only functions to achieve short-term educational goals but also serves as a strategic pillar in building institutional resilience, increasing competitiveness, and ensuring the quality of education in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of strategic decision-making in the management of Islamic schools that do not charge tuition fees (SPP) and rely on the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) as the main source of funding. The focus of this research is to understand how policies and important decisions are made by school management in dealing with various resource limitations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with teachers at SDIT Bani Daud Curug-Kota Serang. Through this method, the researcher obtained a deeper understanding of decision-making practices that occur within the school environment. The results of the study indicate that teachers are actively involved in the decision-making process through deliberation forums and regular school meetings. In these forums, teachers have the opportunity to express their opinions, provide input, and offer solutions to various problems faced by the school. This participation reflects the implementation of participatory management, which provides opportunities for educators to contribute to determining school policies. In addition, the implementation of flagship programs such as the Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) program has been running well due to the support and active role of teachers in guiding and motivating students. However, the school also faces several challenges, particularly the limitations of facilities and infrastructure such as sports facilities, as well as limited resources due to the absence of tuition fees. Therefore, a participatory and deliberation-based decision-making model becomes an important strategy in maintaining the sustainability of educational programs in schools with limited funding.

Abstract

School-based management (SBM) is one form of implementation of educational decentralization policy that aims to improve the effectiveness of education management and the quality of learning at the educational unit level. This study aims to analyze the concepts, principles, quality indicators, and implementation of SBM in improving the quality of education. The study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were obtained from various scientific literature sources in the form of books, academic journals, and educational policy documents relevant to the topic of educational decentralization and education management. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify key concepts, compare previous research findings, and compile a conceptual synthesis regarding SBM implementation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SBM has the potential to improve the quality of education by strengthening school independence, more flexible resource management, and increasing stakeholder participation in educational decision-making. However, the effectiveness of SBM implementation is still influenced by the quality of principal leadership, managerial capacity, school organizational culture, and community support. In addition, resource inequality and low understanding of the SBM concept also become obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of MBS needs to be directed at improving human resource competency, strengthening transparent and accountable school governance, and developing a continuous monitoring and evaluation system to achieve systematic and sustainable improvements in education quality. Abstract

Effective library management is a key factor in improving the quality of services provided to users. Libraries serve as centers of information and learning resources that play a strategic role in supporting academic activities and enhancing community literacy. Library management can be understood as a process of organizing and optimizing human resources, particularly librarians, to achieve the objectives of the library based on organizational principles and established theories of library science. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of libraries in madrasahs and dayahs, with a specific focus on developing organizational structures that include goal setting, task formulation, activity planning, and defining the roles of librarians. Such structures are intended to make libraries more efficient and effective in their utilization. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, which allows the researcher to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon under study and to investigate library management practices in detail. Through this approach, the study provides a comprehensive picture of how libraries can be optimized as centers of learning, thereby improving service quality, strengthening literacy, and supporting independent learning among students.
