Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of problematic financing on profitability in Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in the City of Bekasi and the efforts of the management of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in Bekasi City in overcoming problematic financing. This research is "qualitative" namely research that studies a number of information relating to financing. To process data in this study using quantitative analysis in the form of Simple Regression analysis (Likert scale), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with SPSS version 23.00. The results of data processing by researchers have the value of validity and reliability can be used as the basis for retrieval of data, and the results of simple regression analysis with r square of 0.047. shows that H0 is accepted which shows that there is no significant effect of Non Performing Financing on Profit in BPRS in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization which is expressed through the strategic planning of an organization. The purposes of this study are: 1) to determine whether there is an influence between job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Famed Calibration, 2) to find out whether there is an effect of work stress on employee performance at PT Famed Calibration, 3) to determine whether there is an effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Famed Calibration. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative research approach. The sample used purposive sampling method, namely by directly selecting all employees as many as 70 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19 software for windows. The study found that all hypotheses in this study have been proven. 1) Job stress and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the PT Famed Calibration, 2) Job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Famed Calibration, 3) Job stress partially affects the performance of PT Famed Calibration

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the use of jakcard had an effect on the decision to visit the Ragunan Wildlife Park in Jakarta. The research method used in this paper is a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and observations. The number of respondents is taken based on people who have an active JakCard card and have visited TMR at least 1 time as many as 100 people. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of using a jakcard on the decision to visit the Ragunan Wildlife Park in Jakarta with a coefficient of determination of 42.92% and the remaining 58.08% determined by the contribution of other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara perhitungan harga pokok produksi dalam menetapkan harga jual dengan metode full costing pada produk PT Grafika Mardi Yuana. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode penelitian yaitu metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif atau biasa disebut dengan metode kombinasi yang mana metode ini mengumpulkan dan mengolah data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Model Spradley. Setelah peneliti mengolah data, maka diperoleh harga jual produk buku WHY dan buku Things & Thoughts I Drew When I Was Bored yang di mana terdapat perbedaan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menurut metode perusahaan dengan metode full costing. Menurut hasil penelitian menyimpulkan metode full costing lebih menguntungkan bagi PT Grafika Mardi Yuana karena akan membebankan semua biaya-biaya yang memengaruhi proses produksi, sehingga menghasilkan harga pokok produksi yang tepat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence learning difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic in junior high and high school age adolescents in the Makassar area of ??East Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method by analyzing the data from observations and interviews. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The object of this research is junior high school and high school youth in Makassar, East Jakarta, with a total of 10 informants including 2 junior high school students and 8 high school students. Based on the research conducted, it is identified the factors that influence learning difficulties in the pandemic era in junior high and high school age adolescents in the Makassar area of ??East Jakarta including the difficulty of understanding material through distance learning, low interest in learning, difficult social adjustment, poor health. not good, lack of learning facilities, limited study space, materials.

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, students must learn to adapt. The application of e-learning is a form of learning adjustment in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This learning is aimed at students' interest in learning and motivation to learn. To achieve this quality, students must of course have a lecturer role in learning, one of which is the use of appropriate and fun learning strategies, namely Google meet. Based on this statement, this study aims to examine and determine the effect of online learning "google meet" on student interest in learning and motivation to learn. This research is an associative research that uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Unindra in April – May 2021. The research population was Unindra's economic education students. The sample used the non-probability section with purposive sampling technique which obtained 179 students as participants. The source of the data used in this research is the primary data source which is obtained directly. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used regression test and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 24.0 program. for windows. The results of the study revealed that there was an effect of online learning "google meet" on student learning interest and there was an effect of online learning "google meet" on student learning motivation.

penelitian kualitatif pilihan untuk memberikan solusi dari keterbatasan metode kuantitatif dalam mengungkapkan persepsi suatu variabel oleh suatu responden. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan permodelan koding metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang marak dilakukan peneliti muda untuk memecahkan suatu evaluasi bisnis proses maupun organisasi tempat mereka bekerja. metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan interview dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. peneliti mengembangkan permodelan koding dengan tabel yang dapat digunakan peneliti untuk laporan penelitian kualitatif. koding menjadi isu yang menyulitkan peneliti pada metode kualitatif dengan berbagai tahapannya, namun pada penelitian ini dapat dipersingkat cukup dengan tiga tahapan saja

Abstract

According to Lawrence & Michael, "A portfolio is a collection of investment vehicles assembled to meet a common goal investment" means that the main purpose of the establishment of a portfolio is to obtain optimal results with minimal risk. This study analyzed the efficiency of mutual funds as well as to analyze the differences of each value efficiency sharia mutual fund shares. The results of this study indicate there is one mutual fund sharia efficient during years 2013-2015, namely mutual fund shares of CIMB - Principal Islamic Syariah Equity Growth. However, after variance analysis demonstrated no significant differences between the respective values of sharia equity fund. Then the hypothesis Ho is accepted with a value of 0,211 variants. Abstract

This paper describes the review of productive zakat in sharia and regulatory perspectives. This research uses library research methods by reviewing and collecting the results of previous studies that are in line with the theme of this study. The results of this study indicate that productive zakat in sharia perspective is allowed to improve the economic life of the mustahiq and meet the needs in worshiping Allah SWT. While productive zakat from a regulatory perspective in Indonesia is at the macro, meso, and micro levels.The authenticity of this study is permissible and productive zakat. A new aspect of this research is conducting a study with two discussions namely the sharia perspective and regulatory perspective in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to harmonization of halal in countries in ASEAN. This is done by stating several things, including: Analyzing halal practice standards in ASEAN countries, Aligning halal standards between ASEAN and developing AQRF on halal management. This study uses a qualitative method. The philosophical world view in this study is more attached to a pragmatic world view, this world view is based on applications and solutions to existing problems (Patton in Cresswell, 1990). From the point of view of research design, the researcher uses a case study design, the researcher develops an in-depth analysis of a case, program, event, activity, or process in one or more individuals. In the case study design approach, the researcher limits time and activities. Information collection is carried out by various data collection procedures. Data collection techniques used in this study are; 1. Interviews, 2. Content-relevant analysis of documents, 3. Round table. Based on the results that have been obtained that Indonesia has the ability to carry out production procedures that are guaranteed halal from each process. However, a thorough halal audit needs to be carried out consistently. This is supported by research conducted by Hudaefi & Jaswir (2019) that Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in Indonesia has become a leader in the world halal industry (Detik Finance, 2011; Republika, 2010; Safari, 2018; Satria, 2012).
