Abstract

Menurut Lawrence & Michael, "Portofolio adalah kumpulan kendaraan investasi yang dirakit untuk memenuhi tujuan investasi bersama" berarti bahwa tujuan utama pembentukan portofolio adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dengan risiko minimal. Penelitian ini menganalisis efisiensi reksa dana serta untuk menganalisis perbedaan masing-masing nilai efisiensi saham reksa dana syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada satu reksa dana syariah yang efisien selama tahun 2013-2015, yaitu reksadana saham CIMB - Principal Islamic Syariah Equity Growth. Namun, setelah analisis varians tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai masing-masing dana ekuitas syariah. Maka hipotesis Ho diterima dengan nilai varian 0,211. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan. Efisiensi saham reksadana selama 3 tahun tidak menggambarkan nilai signifikan yang berbeda.

Abstract

According to Lawrence & Michael, "A portfolio is a collection of investment vehicles assembled to meet a common goal investment" means that the main purpose of the establishment of a portfolio is to obtain optimal results with minimal risk. This study analyzed the efficiency of mutual funds as well as to analyze the differences of each value efficiency sharia mutual fund shares. The results of this study indicate there is one mutual fund sharia efficient during years 2013-2015, namely mutual fund shares of CIMB - Principal Islamic Syariah Equity Growth. However, after variance analysis demonstrated no significant differences between the respective values of sharia equity fund. Then the hypothesis Ho is accepted with a value of 0,211 variants. Abstract

This paper describes the review of productive zakat in sharia and regulatory perspectives. This research uses library research methods by reviewing and collecting the results of previous studies that are in line with the theme of this study. The results of this study indicate that productive zakat in sharia perspective is allowed to improve the economic life of the mustahiq and meet the needs in worshiping Allah SWT. While productive zakat from a regulatory perspective in Indonesia is at the macro, meso, and micro levels.The authenticity of this study is permissible and productive zakat. A new aspect of this research is conducting a study with two discussions namely the sharia perspective and regulatory perspective in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to harmonization of halal in countries in ASEAN. This is done by stating several things, including: Analyzing halal practice standards in ASEAN countries, Aligning halal standards between ASEAN and developing AQRF on halal management. This study uses a qualitative method. The philosophical world view in this study is more attached to a pragmatic world view, this world view is based on applications and solutions to existing problems (Patton in Cresswell, 1990). From the point of view of research design, the researcher uses a case study design, the researcher develops an in-depth analysis of a case, program, event, activity, or process in one or more individuals. In the case study design approach, the researcher limits time and activities. Information collection is carried out by various data collection procedures. Data collection techniques used in this study are; 1. Interviews, 2. Content-relevant analysis of documents, 3. Round table. Based on the results that have been obtained that Indonesia has the ability to carry out production procedures that are guaranteed halal from each process. However, a thorough halal audit needs to be carried out consistently. This is supported by research conducted by Hudaefi & Jaswir (2019) that Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in Indonesia has become a leader in the world halal industry (Detik Finance, 2011; Republika, 2010; Safari, 2018; Satria, 2012).

Abstract

This study explores the legal implications of the postponement of the halal certification requirement in Indonesia's tourism sector until 2026, focusing on strengthening the authority of the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) in supervising and enforcing halal standards. This postponement creates significant challenges in the application of the Lex Superior Derogat Legi Inferiori principle and results in a legal vacuum (rechtsvacuum) that could undermine legal certainty. The study employs a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis involving in-depth interviews with BPJPH officials and constitutional law academics, as well as a review of documents related to halal regulations. The findings indicate that the postponement of halal certification negatively impacts regulatory compliance, damages Indonesia's image as a halal tourism destination, and necessitates strict legal measures to address the legal vacuum and strengthen BPJPH's authority. Practical recommendations are provided to enhance oversight and law enforcement to maintain the integrity of halal standards in Indonesia during this postponement period.

Abstract

This research is to determine consumer behavior in purchasing vegetable products at the Alfresh Store. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data which help complete the research data, with data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this research show that consumer behavior patterns are in accordance with the approach (Awareness, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate) Hermawan Kertajaya is Effective. Without realizing it, consumers have actually implemented an approach in accordance with Hermawan Kertajaya's 5A. Awareness consumers know Alfresh from their neighbors, Appeal is what makes consumers interested in Alfresh because it is attractive in terms of place and logo. Ask asks about the price and quality of the product. Act finally made a purchase at Alfresh because of the service and product quality at Alfresh. The consumer advocate recommended Alfresh to his neighbors
