Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has a significant role in contributing to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Even though almost all individuals are now involved in online activities or using mobile devices, the majority of MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing methods. Lack of understanding of digitalization trends is a major obstacle. This research aims to provide assistance, increase knowledge and implement digital marketing to support the growth of MSMEs. It is hoped that this approach can provide relevant information and increase MSME income, overcome digital barriers, and optimize market potential. The implementation of digital marketing strategies is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly digitalized business ecosystem.

Abstract

Product branding provides various potentials in increasing sales value so that it can attract consumers, product branding can be developed in MSMEs which play an important role in national economic growth. MSMEs are also considered as one of the solutions for people who do not have jobs or do not want to work in a company. One of them is in the Nginden Jangkungan sub-district which still does not have an adequate understanding of product branding, so efforts are needed to increase awareness and understanding, one of which is through socialization. With the socialization related to product branding, it is expected to increase product competitiveness, attract consumer attention and increase income.

Abstract

Mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.) is a type of marine fish widely consumed. Several factors influencing it include affordable prices, delicious taste, and the ability to be processed into various dishes. However, mackerel fish has a weakness: it quickly declines in quality if not managed properly. In the face of increasing demand, it is crucial to meet the need for fish with an optimal level of freshness. Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.            Keywords: fish; curing; ozone

Abstract

Paylater services are becoming increasingly popular among Generation Z as a fast and practical payment alternative. However, the growing use of these services raises concerns about potential consumerist behavior and poor financial decision-making. This study aims to examine the influence of hedonistic lifestyle and impulse buying on the decision to use paylater services, and analyze the role of financial literacy as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro with a total of 87 student respondents selected through purposive sampling. A quantitative research method was used with a survey approach and data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that hedonistic lifestyle and impulse buying have a significant influence on the decision to use paylater services. Furthermore, financial literacy was found to significantly moderate and weaken the effect of hedonistic lifestyle on the decision to use paylater services. However, financial literacy does not significantly moderate the relationship between impulse buying and paylater usage decisions. These findings suggest that a good understanding of financial concepts can reduce the impact of a hedonistic lifestyle on paylater usage decisions, but is not sufficient to control the emotional impulse associated with impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf infusion against the weight gain of Nile tilapia infected with Aeromonas hydrophila and identify the active compounds contained therein.This study used a complete randomized design. The treatment consists of 5 treatments: treatment K (control), treatment A (25 ppt), treatment B (50 ppt), treatment C (75 ppt), and treatment D (100 ppt). This research includes several stages, the first being to infect tilapia with A. hydophila. The second stage is to mix papaya leaf infusion into the feed and observe behaviour, clinical symptoms, weight gain, water quality parameters, and phytochemical analysis. Results showed that treatment A showed the highest value for weight gain. Active compounds in papaya leaf infusion are alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids/steroids, glycosides, saponins, and tannins. Papaya leaf infusion increased the weight gain of Nile tilapia infected with A. hydrophila.

Abstract

Background: Penjualan ikan dan pendapatan tiap bulan di Unit Pembenihan Rakyat (UPR) Karya Yuda tidak stabil. Tingkat penjualan ikan maupun pendapatan bulanan terkadang tidak sesuai target, yaitu tingkat penjualan ikan kurang dari 50.000 dan tingkat pendapatan kurang dari Rp. 4000.000,00.  Pemasaran secara digital yang sudah dilakukan yaitu menggunakan media sosial Facebook. Akan tetapi, hasilnya masih belum optimal. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan kegiatan penyuluhan terkait dengan perbaikan strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada media sosial Facebook. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mitra. Metode: Tahapan yang dilakukan selama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan penyuluhan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan beberapa perubahan untuk media sosial Facebook, antara lain: penambahan nomor kontak untuk memudahkan komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli dan isi profil yang tidak sesuai untuk budidaya perikanan sudah dihilangkan, serta terdapat konten terbaru yang di upload ke Facebook seperti jenis-jenis benih ikan yang di jual. Selain itu, juga terdapat peningkatan jumlah ikan yang terjual dan terjadi peningkatan pendapatan mitra. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan penyuluhan memberikan dampak positif, karena mampu meningkatkan pendapatan. Selain itu, juga menambah wawasan terkait strategi pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Demi menjaga keberlanjutan usaha, mitra perlu rutin memperbarui konten. Selain itu, juga dapat memanfaatkan media sosial lain seperti Instagram.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Cabai merah besar merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran penting di kalangan masyarakat. Selain berguna untuk penyedap masakan cabai merah juga bernilai tinggi karena memiliki banyak kandungan gizi. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi pada cabai merah yaitu cepat busuknya tanaman tersebut pasca panen. Oleh karena itu, penanganan pasca panen yang baik merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi masalah penurunan mutu.Tujuan :Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui mutu cabai merah besar segar (Capsicum Annum L.) pada suhu ruang dengan jenis pengemasan yang berbeda selama penyimpanan.Metode Penelitian:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen sungguhan (True Experiment). Pendekatan penelitian eksperimen yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah cabai merah besar (Capsicum Annum L.) sebanyak 45 buah cabai. Analisis data menggunakan uji organoleptik.Hasil : penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paling baik dilakukan penyimpanan dengan menggunakan kemasan kotak kardus dikarenakan sampai hari ketujuh cabai merah besar pada ulangan 1 sampai ulangan 3 tetap menunjukkan mutu cabai merah yang baik yaitu agak segar, warna merah, beraroma cabai, tesktur tegar.Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan mutu cabai merah besar segar (Capsicum Annum L.) dengan susut bobot dan lama penyimpanan.

Abstract

Mental health is a crucial aspect of education, particularly for prospective teachers who will play a significant role in shaping students' character and well-being. This community service activity aimed to enhance the capacity of prospective teachers in understanding and managing mental health through a Curriculum Design Workshop on Mental Health. The workshop involved 25 participants, comprising mental health researchers, curriculum experts, experts in mental health and clinical psychology, experts in guidance and counseling and psychology, as well as lecturers supervising mental health-related educational courses. The outcomes of this workshop included the development of a survey instrument for assessing the mental health profiles of prospective teachers, along with documents and other instruments to support the design of a comprehensive and applicable mental health curriculum. This activity is expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of education and mental well-being in the school environment.
