Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, relevansi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta strategi optimalisasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan studi pustaka. MBS merupakan pendekatan desentralisasi pendidikan yang memberikan otonomi kepada sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, penerapan MBS relevan dengan nilai-nilai syura, amanah, dan ihsan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi MBS membutuhkan kepemimpinan transformasional, pelibatan aktif pemangku kepentingan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala seperti rendahnya kapasitas manajerial, budaya birokrasi sentralistik, dan minimnya partisipasi masyarakat. Strategi yang disarankan mencakup pelatihan kepemimpinan islami, penguatan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat Islam, serta integrasi teknologi dan sistem keuangan syariah dalam tata kelola sekolah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya MBS sebagai instrumen peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

 Kulon Progo is a region in Yogyakarta that ranks second lowest in people's welfare. However, in recent years, the region's economic growth has increased due to local governments, communities, and companies owned by BUMD Kulon Progo collaboration to succeed in the Bela Beli Kulon Progo Program. Pt. Selo Adikarto is a company owned by Kulon Progo Local Government. In 2010-2011 the company encountered tax debt and internal problems within the company's organization. The local government then looked for a solution for the company to avoid bankruptcy by implementing Bela Beli Kulon Progo Program. The program's primary goal is to realize the regional economy's adequacy by shaping people's behavior in preserving and buying local products. A qualitative research method was implemented in this study. At the same time, the interviews and documentation were carried out as the data collection methods. The participants of this study were chosen deliberately (non-probability sampling, purposive). They are the President Director of PT. Selo Adikarto and Head of the Road Maintenance Section Bina Marga Road Agency, Department of Public Works. The Bela Beli Kulon Progo Program at PT. Selo Adikarto has been successfully implemented. Six variables are influencing the success of this implementation. These six variables are clear policy objectives and standards; resources; quality of inter-organizational relationships; institutions/organizations manager characteristics; politic, social, and economic environments; disposition/response or executives' attitude. PT. Selo Adikarto always updates information related to company profiles and the actual developments on its economic improvement, and changes to its organizational structure by the PT. Selo Adikarto official website. PT. Selo Adikarto is still a medium-sized company; thus, it unable to maximumly support the program. Pt. Selo Adikarto had to be upscaled to a large company in order to support large-scale projects. The company management related to working capital should be taken into account and have clear and realistic business planning and reliable products.

Abstract

Geographically, indonesia is natural resource countries which have large marine biodiversity, one of these is the coral reefs ecosystem. Sponge is one of any animal of the phylum porifera and a marine invertebrates that live in coral reefs ecosystem. Stylissa massa sponge can produce these secondary of metabolic processes in cells in his body. Many research stated that extracts of sponges having compound that is the sitotoksin bioaktif, anti tumor, antiviral drug, anti inflammatory and others. Stylissa massa is one species of sponge that characterizes demospongiae class, phylum porifera, and kingdom animalia. The study aimed to identify the activity of extracts antimikroba Stylissa massa on several pathogens derived from waters and land, and this study also to determine the level of toxicity Stylissa massa extract with Brine Shrim Lethality Test (BSLT). The antibacterial activity Stylissa massa extract against MDR S. aureus, MDR E.coli, Vibrio vulnivicus, Vibrio parahameolyticus, Vibrio alginoliticus, Vibrio harveyi, Salmonella thypi, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Aeromonas hydrophyla. The results showwed that the extract of Stylissa massa hase been created inhibition zone against all of the pathogen used. S.aureus bacteria at the smallest extract concentration (10 ppm) has created inhibition zone 8,68 mm and at the highest extract concentration (10.000 ppm) has created inhibition zone 10,83 ppm. The results of the analysis by using a graph indicating that probit LC50 extract Stylissa massa is 100 µg/mL, from the data can be concluded that extracts sponges stylissa massa have cytotoxic potential.Keyword: Sponge, Stylissa massa, extract, antibacterial, BSLT

Abstract

Abstrak Sulaman hardanger merupakan tipe sulaman terawang hitung jahitan yang dikerjakan di atas kain tenunan polos. Pada penelitian ini, sulaman hardanger diterapkan pada bolero menggunakan bahan utama kain &rdquo;aida&rdquo; 22 thread per inch. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah a).Untuk mengetahui hasil jadi sulaman hardanger menggunakan benang katun 2 helai, 4 helai dan 6 helai. b). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh benang katun 2 helai, 4 helai dan 6 helai terhadap hasil jadi sulaman hardanger. c). Untuk mengetahui jumlah helai benang katun yang menghasilkan sulaman hardanger terbaik. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen.Variabel bebas yakni jumlah helai benang katun yang berbeda.Variabel terikat yaitu hasil jadi sulaman hardanger ditinjau dari aspek kerapatan tusuk, kerapian hasil sulaman dan kesesuaian bahan dengan hasil sulaman hardanger.Variabel kontrol yakni desain bolero, desain motif sulaman.Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dengan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi daftar centang (checklist) kepada 30 observer.Analisisdata menggunakan anava tunggal. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh jumlah helai benang katun terhadap hasil jadi sulaman hardanger. Tingkat signifikansi semua aspek adalah p = 0.000<0.05, sehingga Ha diterima. a.) Hasil jadi sulaman hardanger ditinjau dari 6 aspek. Mean tertinggi pada klosterblock adalah 3,7557. Mean pada wovenbars adalah 3,5667. Mean pada overcast adalah 3,8883. Mean pada variasi maltescross adalah 3,8883. Mean kerapian hasil sulaman hardanger adalah 3,9000 dan mean kesesuaian bahan adalah 3,3110. b.) Jumlah helai benang katun memberi pengaruh yang berbeda. Benang katun 2 helai menghasilkan sulaman hardanger yang tipis.Benang katun 4 helai menghasilkan sulaman hardanger yang sedang.Benang katun 6 helai menghasilkan sulaman hardanger yang tebal. c). Ditinjau dari seluruh aspek sulaman hardanger yang terbaik dihasilkan oleh benang katun 4 helai. Kata kunci: sulaman hardanger, jumlah helai benang katun, hasil sulaman hardanger pada bolero. Abstract Hardanger embroidery is a type of openwork counted thread embroidery which is done on plain weave fabric. In this research, hardanger embroidery was applied on bolero by using &ldquo;aida&rdquo; fabric for 22 threads per inch. The aims of this research are: a.) To find out the hardanger embroidery goods using 2, 4 and 6 plies of stranded cotton. b.) To discover the effect of different plies of stranded cotton on hardanger embroidery goods. c.) To find out the appropriate number of plies in resulting the best hardanger embroidery goods. This research was experimental research. The independent variables as the different plies of the stranded cotton.The dependent variables are hardanger embroidery goods considered on the density, neat and the appropriateness of the material to hardanger embroidery goods. While the control variables are bolero design, embroidery design.The data collection method was observation with checklist as the instrument. The checklists were distributed to 30 observers. The data analysis was done by using one-way ANOVA. The statistic test result shows that there were effects on the hardanger embroidery goods based on the plies differences of the stranded cotton used. As the significant level shows that it is 0.005, it means that the hypothesis is accepted. a.) The hardanger embroidery goods are considered based on 6 aspects. The highest mean of klosterblock is 3,7557. Mean of wovenbars is 3,5667. Mean of overcast is 3,8883. Mean of maltescross variation is 3,8883. Mean of hardanger embroidery goods&rsquo; neat is 3,9000 and mean of the material appropriateness is 3,3110.b.) The different plies number gave different effect on the hardanger embroidery goods. The 2 plies stranded cotton results thin hardanger embroidery goods. The 4 plies stranded cotton results medium quality of hardanger embroidery goods. The 6 plies stranded cotton results thick hardanger embroidery goods. c.) The hardanger embroidery which is made of 4 plies stranded cotton was considered as the best on all aspects. Abstract

Bina Darma foundation is a non-profit organization established by SWCU and GMKI. The main activities of the Bina Darma foundation are a leadership training program, journal publishing, and guesthouse rental. Problems that occur in the foundation include the management of human resources related to IT is not appropriate. To solve the problem, there needs to be control and evaluation to see how the condition of IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation uses the framework COBIT 5 domain DSS (Delivery, Service, and Support). The result of this research is capability level is currently at level 1 (Performed process), while the capability level is expected to be at level 2 (Managed process). Therefore, recommendations are given so that the IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation can work optimally to support the achievement of the organization's business objectives efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat kepuasan mitra importir burung kenari terhadap pelayanan Balai Karantina Hewan, Ikan, dan Tumbuhan (BKHIT) Jawa Timur berdasarkan dimensi kualitas layanan (RATER). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CV. Malang Kenari Jaya dan CV. Murai Rimba Kediri. Penentuan sampel untuk menjawab tujuan yaitu para ahli atau pelaku yang berkompeten dan terlibat dalam perusahaan yang meliputi responden ahli yaitu CV. Malang Kenari Jaya sebanyak 20 responden dan CV. Murai Rimba Kediri sebanyak 20 responden. Sehingga total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Servqual ini berdasarkan aspek reliability, responsive, assurance, emphathy, dan tangible dan analisis Uji-T untuk membandingkan rata-rata dari dua kelompok data dan mengukur sejauh mana perbedaan tersebut dapat dianggap sebagai perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat apresiasi terhadap aspek tertentu, peningkatan kualitas layanan, khususnya dalam responsivitas, fasilitas fisik, keandalan prosedur, dan komunikasi teknis, sangat penting untuk menciptakan pelayanan publik yang prima, efisien, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pengguna. Kedua perusahaan memiliki persepsi yang berbeda terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan, dengan CV. Malang Kenari Jaya cenderung lebih puas dibandingkan CV. Murai Rimba Kediri. Nilai ini cukup besar untuk sebuah skala kepuasan, mengingat biasanya perbedaan 0,5 poin saja sudah dianggap bermakna dalam survei layanan publik.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the differences in satisfaction levels of canary bird importer partners with the services of the Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Agency (BKHIT) of East Java, based on the service quality dimensions (RATER). The population of this study consisted of stakeholders from CV. Malang Kenari Jaya and CV. Murai Rimba Kediri. The sampling was determined purposively, involving competent experts and practitioners within the companies, with 20 respondents from CV. Malang Kenari Jaya and 20 respondents from CV. Murai Rimba Kediri, resulting in a total of 40 respondents. The research applied the SERVQUAL method, which includes the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, combined with an independent T-test analysis to compare the mean values of the two groups and determine whether the differences were statistically significant. The findings indicate that although certain aspects of the service were appreciated, improvements in responsiveness, physical facilities, procedural reliability, and technical communication remain crucial to deliver excellent, efficient, and user- oriented public services. The two companies showed different perceptions of service quality, with CV. Malang Kenari Jaya tending to be more satisfied than CV. Murai Rimba Kediri. This difference is considered substantial on a satisfaction scale, given that even a 0.5-point gap is generally regarded as meaningful in public service surveys.
