Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan public speaking dalam meningkatkan manajemen sumber daya manusia terkait dengan pembentukan karakter mahasiswa di Universitas Nusa Putra Sukabumi. Latar belakang penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh bukti bahwa keterampilan berbicara di depan umum meningkatkan tingkat komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa, yang dianggap penting untuk kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terkait pekerjaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan campuran, di mana data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui instrumen pretest-posttest pada peserta pelatihan dan data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi pelatihan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta yang menghadiri pelatihan public speaking menggambarkan peningkatan dalam keterampilan komunikasi lisan, tingkat kepercayaan diri dan perilaku profesional yang mencerminkan berbagai dimensi karakter seperti tanggung jawab, disiplin dan kerja sama tim, konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya tentang pengembangan soft skills dan pendidikan karakter di pendidikan tinggi. Terakhir, temuan ini juga akan mendukung sejumlah literatur dimana intervensi pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap kualitas SDM, sehingga sebuah model program serupa dapat diposisikan sebagai elemen strategis dari kampus dalam program kurikulum pengembangan kompetensi. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memunculkan perlunya perancangan modul pelatihan public speaking berbasis kompetensi dan sistematis, menintegrasi kegiatan pelatihan komunikasi lisan ke dalam kurikulum maupun program pengembangan karakter maupun pola pikir mahasiswa, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan maupun lembaga pelatihan profesional yang dapat menjadikan ekosistem pengembangan sumberdaya manusia yang berkelanjutan. Salah satunya adalah terselenggaranya inisiatif pelatihan di Universitas Nusa Putra Sukabumi

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Nusa Putra tahun 2025 di Desa Mekarjaya dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok 21 dengan fokus utama pada isu stunting, mitigasi bencana, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui digital marketing. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi desa yang masih menghadapi tantangan kesehatan, keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai mitigasi bencana, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan, simulasi, pendampingan, dan kegiatan gotong royong bersama warga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pencegahan stunting, keterampilan menghadapi bencana, serta kemampuan dalam memasarkan produk pertanian secara digital. Selain itu, program tambahan seperti edukasi cybercrime, Mekarjaya Mengajar, senam sehat, dan gotong royong di fasilitas umum turut memperkuat nilai kebersamaan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat dapat menjadi langkah nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan desa.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the utilization of technology is key to improving business communication, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tin sector. This research aims to explore how technology can be used to improve business communication in tin MSMEs, as well as identify innovations and challenges faced. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review of relevant academic and practical sources. The results show that technologies such as social media, instant messaging applications, and online collaboration platforms have had a significant positive impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of business communication. However, there are several challenges to overcome, including limited resources, lack of digital literacy, and resistance to change. In conclusion, while technology offers many opportunities to improve tin MSME business communication, the right strategy and ongoing support are needed to overcome the challenges.

Micro and small businesses are one of the sectors that have an important role in the Indonesian economy. In this digital area, technology has enabled MKM to expand market reach and increase efficiency in various aspects of business, including marketing varied flower bouquets that can be developed according to the creativity of the maker. adding various contents and adding items that consumers want. This research uses a qualitative interview method with a case study approach. With competent interview and information methods, research is carried out to determine the value of each variable, either one variable or an independent one without creating a room or comparing the variables. others. Abstract

This study examines the role of teachers in designing and implementing AI-integrated gamified learning environments to enhance teacher creativity and students’ critical thinking skills at the senior high school level. Grounded in the demands of 21st-century education, this research responds to persistent challenges in classroom practice, including low student motivation, limited literacy skills, and passive learning engagement. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 30 teachers, supported by analysis of student learning instruments. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns related to teachers’ pedagogical creativity, instructional decision-making, and classroom interactions. The findings suggest that teachers play a crucial role in transforming gamification from a technical tool into a meaningful pedagogical strategy by creatively integrating AI-supported features, such as personalized feedback, adaptive learning pathways, and smart tutoring assistance. Teachers reported that this approach increased students’ learning motivation, engagement, and ability to critically analyze and understand concepts. However, the study also reveals challenges faced by teachers, including variations in student readiness, low literacy levels, and students’ overreliance on technological support without deep reflection. The study concludes that the effectiveness of gamified learning environments depends largely on teachers’ creative and reflective pedagogical practices, particularly when supported by AI-driven personalization. These findings underscore the strategic role of teachers as key agents of innovation and contribute to the development of teacher-centered, technology-enhanced learning models that aim to strengthen creativity and critical thinking skills in Indonesian secondary education.

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher competence in network system administration subjects at vocational high schools by developing a Cisco Project Tracer-based simulation learning media and testing its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness.  This research employs the Research and Development method, adopting the ADDIE model. Quantitative data were analysed using a paired sample t-test and the N-Gain Score calculation. The expert validation results showed that the developed media achieved an average score of 89%, indicating "highly feasible".  The effectiveness test indicated a significant increase in teacher competence, with an N-Gain Score of 0,61 (medium category). Teacher responses regarding the practicality of the media were also highly positive, with 90% agreeing that the media was easy to use and relevant to learning needs. These findings show that the developed simulation media are not only feasible but also effective and practical in enhancing teachers' pedagogical and professional competence.  The study concludes that the Cisco Packet Tracer-based simulation media developed is valid, practical, and effective for improving the competence of Network System Administration teachers.
