Abstract

Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) saat ini sudah menerapkan TI dalam menjalankan tujuan bisnis organisasi sesuai dengan visi dan misi. Namun, untuk memastikan keselarasan strategi TI dan strategi bisnis organisasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi perlu adanya analisis tingkat kapabilitas dalam penerapan TI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kapabilitas proses TI di UNG. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT 5 pada domain EDM meliputi EDM03, EDM04 dan EDM05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas dalam mengelola TI secara keseluruhan rata-rata berada pada level 3 yang berarti proses-proses TI sudah diterapkan dikelola dan dipertahankan sesuai dengan standar yang ada, Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah perlu adanya SOP terhadap evaluasi manajemen resiko, penambahan sumber daya TI dan komunikasi yang efektif terhadap pengelolaan TI di UNG. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has implemented the information technology (IT) system in managing the business goal of the organization in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. However, an analysis of the capability level of IT implementation requires sync between the strategy of IT and business strategy of the organization based on the institution's objective. The objective of this study is to examine the capability level of the IT governance in Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The data of this descriptive study comprised both qualitative and quantitative data; these were from the questionnaire, interview, and library research. This present study used COBIT 5 on EDM domain; the domain involved EDM03, EDM04, and EDM05. The results show that the capability level of IT governance is at level 3 on average, meaning that the processes of IT have been implemented and managed according to the standard. Nevertheless, it is recommended to design a standard operating procedure on the evaluation of risk management, add IT resources, and conceptualize effective communication of IT management.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem yang bersifat mobile telah menjadi tuntutan kepada perusahaan untuk dapat tetap kompetitif dalam melayani konsumen. Masalah yang dihadapi pihak PT. HAG selaku perusahaan penyedia layanan/jasa di bidang otomotif adalah belum tersedia layanan yang bersifat real-time yang dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu untuk servis kenderaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi menggunakan platform berbasis Android untuk mengelola layanan servis mobil di PT HAG. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall. Untuk memastikan penggunaan aplikasi di sisi pengguna, digunakan pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap sistem aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem aplikasi berbasis android dapat menghasilkan data dan informasi servis mobil secara real time yang diperlukan oleh pelanggan. Hal ini dapat membantu perusahaan kepada peningkatan kualitas layanan servis mobil yang selama ini dijalankan pihak perusahaan, sekaligus sebagai strategi untuk perusahaan tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan bisnis saat ini. The development of mobile systems has become a demand for companies to be able to remain competitive in serving consumers. The problems faced by pt. HAG as a service provider in the utomotive field is that there is no real-time service that can reduce the waiting time for vehicle service. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system using an Android-based platform to manage car service data services at PT HAG. The system development method used is the Waterfall model. To ensure the use of applications on the user side, System Usability Scale (SUS) testing of developed application systems is used. The results of this study show that android-based application systems can generate real-time car service data and information required by customers. This can help the company to improve the quality of car service services that have been run by the company, as well as a strategy for the company to remain competitive amid the current business competition.

Abstract

Differences in student learning styles demand adaptive and personalized learning strategies. This study aims to develop a web-based learning strategy recommendation system utilizing Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to model the relationship between students' learning styles and appropriate learning strategies. Learning style identification was conducted using the Felder-Silverman questionnaire encompassing four dimensions: active–reflective, sensing–intuitive, visual–verbal, and sequential–global. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model and Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) approach. Data were collected from 25 seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Tomilito. A Multilayer Perceptron ANN model was trained using the backpropagation algorithm over 3,000 epochs, yielding a Mean Squared Error (MSE) value of 0.0541, indicating a relatively low prediction error rate. System feasibility testing obtained a score of 85.42%, categorized as "Very Feasible." The developed system is capable of identifying students' learning styles and automatically generating learning strategy recommendations, thereby potentially supporting teachers in designing more adaptive and personalized learning experiences. Perbedaan gaya belajar siswa menuntut adanya strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif dan terpersonalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi strategi pembelajaran berbasis web yang memanfaatkan Artificial Neural Network (ANN) untuk memodelkan hubungan antara gaya belajar dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai. Identifikasi gaya belajar dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Felder-Silverman yang mencakup empat dimensi: aktif–reflektif, sensori–intuitif, visual–verbal, dan sequential–global. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D dan pendekatan Personal Extreme Programming (PXP). Data dikumpulkan dari 25 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tomilito. Model ANN Multilayer Perceptron dilatih menggunakan algoritma backpropagation dengan 3000 epoch dan menghasilkan nilai Mean Squared Error (MSE) sebesar 0,0541, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kesalahan prediksi yang relatif rendah. Hasil uji kelayakan sistem memperoleh skor 85,42% dengan kategori "Sangat Layak". Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi pembelajaran secara otomatis, sehingga berpotensi mendukung guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan personal.

Abstract

Poso Regency has a highly strategic geopolitical position and a very high economic potential. However, in achieving sustainable development goals, there are several indicators whose progress is relatively slow. This research aims to map the general conditions of the region in achieving SDG indicators for Poso Regency, categorise the achievement of SDG indicators for Poso Regency, and identify regional strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges in achieving SDG indicators for Poso Regency. Data collection was conducted through the search of secondary data and the collection of primary data via interviews and questionnaires completed by stakeholders in Poso Regency. The data analysis technique chosen in this research is SWOT analysis. The research results indicate that Poso Regency has greater strengths than weaknesses in achieving poverty indicators and gross regional domestic product (GRDP) growth rates. Poso Regency has greater opportunities than threats in achieving the SDGs' poverty indicators and GRDP growth rates. Poso Regency shows advantageous conditions in achieving poverty indicators and economic growth rates by maximising its strengths and opportunities. Efforts to reduce poverty rates and increase the GRDP of Poso Regency can be implemented through integrated and sustainable programs involving various relevant stakeholders.
