Abstract

The problem of unemployment in Indonesia continues to be a difficult problem to solve. With the increasing unemployment rate, higher education as an educational institution is expected to be able to prepare and equip students to become prospective entrepreneurs by building entrepreneurial character in students through entrepreneurship courses and students who already have their own businesses. This study aims to analyze the effect of risk propensity, entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial behavior in college students. The population in this study were students at Lambung Mangkurat University class of 2019-2021 with a total sample of 114 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). the results of the study show that risk propensity have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Risk propensity has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial intention has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the role of economic literacy and entrepreneurial literacy on the entrepreneurial behavior of the younger generation. This research method used a quantitative approach with observational data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The research location was carried out in the city of Makassar, Indonesia, especially in culinary entrepreneurs where there were 100 respondents who were sampled in this study and multiple linear regression as the choice of data analysis used. The results of tests conducted by using SPSS showed that simultaneously economic literacy and entrepreneurial literacy made a significant contribution to the behavior of young entrepreneurs. Partial testing gave an illustration that economic literacy had a positive effect but did not significantly influence the behavior of young entrepreneurs, different from the entrepreneurial literacy variable, it had a positive and significant effect on the behavior of young entrepreneurs in Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, kualitas barang, dan harga barang terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, dengan fokus pada tingginya tingkat kekecewaan mahasiswa terhadap pembelian online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 369 mahasiswa yang diambil melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta referensi dari jurnal, buku, dan sumber relevan lainnya. Analisis instrumen dilakukan menggunakan Smart-PLS, yang mencakup pengujian convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan reliability. Selain itu, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan R-Squares, Q² predictive relevance, dan uji pengaruh untuk memahami hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas barang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Di sisi lain, harga barang menunjukkan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulannya, media sosial berperan penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian mahasiswa, sedangkan kualitas barang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengurangi kekecewaan, dan harga barang harus diperhatikan untuk mendukung keputusan pembelian yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze student needs in social studies classroom in purpose to design learning model using local potential in Banjarmasin area. This research used qualitative approach. Data collected through literature analysis, observation, and interviews through focus group discussion and focused on 7th grade materials. Data analyzed with qualitative method. The result showed that those are seven basic competences on 7th grade that can be developed for social studies learning with the using of local potential. Learning process can be applied through direct and indirect methods, interactive learning, independent learning, field observation, and discussion. It required supplement books based on local potential, the increasing of MGMP’s empowerment for social studies teachers, teachers’ training on learning planning, process, and evaluation based on local potential, and the developing of learning media through film documentary with local potential contents. In term of curriculum changing, to increase teachers’ competence in assessment it required training about authentic assessment, classroom assessment, character based assessment, and competence based assessment. It is necessary to create local potential roadmap as guidance for social studies learning material in Banjarmasin as the implementation of local excellence and character education for social studies learning.

Abstract

Pengembangan program Kewirausahaan Kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship) sebagai salah satu program kewirausahaan kesejarahan telah berhasil mengidentifikasi objek-objek kesejarahan di Kabupaten Barito Kuala beserta pengembangan materi dan strategi pembelajarannya. Sebagai sebuah program yang baru, perlu dilakukan sosialiasi kepada guru-guru ekonomi di SMA. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi guru-guru terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam bentuk Historiopreneurship agar bisa dikembangkan sebagai salah satu bagian dalam pembelajaran di jenjang SMA di Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk diskusi kelompok terpumpun. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh guru-guru ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Materi pengabdian mencakup sosialisasi dan diskusi terkait konsep-konsep, pengembangan materi dan strategi pembelajaran serta studi tentang objek-objek kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan yakni peningkatan literasi peserta terkait program kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil akhir kegiatan menunjukkan program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan secara signifikan meningkatkan literasi para guru terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam bentuk kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship).

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar pakaian di Indonesia menunjukkan potensi besar bagi produk fashion berbasis kearifan lokal, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran ekonomi di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru Ekonomi di Kabupaten Barito Kuala melalui edukasi heritage fashionpreneurship yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dan warisan lokal dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif dan praktikum yang fokus pada pengembangan konsep, desain, serta produksi busana daerah sederhana yang mencerminkan warisan budaya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek pengetahuan, pemahaman, keyakinan, dan kesiapan peserta dalam menerapkan materi, dengan capaian rata-rata di atas 75%. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan bekal teori dan keterampilan praktis bagi guru, tetapi juga mendorong penerapan pembelajaran ekonomi yang lebih kontekstual, kreatif, dan inovatif, sekaligus mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal melalui heritage fashionpreneurship. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi dalam membentuk guru yang mampu mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan peserta didik berbasis warisan budaya lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The practice of pilgrimage in Banjarmasin City, rooted in spiritual and cultural beliefs, raises significant environmental issues related to flower waste. This study aims to identify key pilgrimage sites and estimate the volume of flower waste generated at three iconic sites: the Tomb of Guru Zuhdi, the Dome of Habib Basirih, and the Tomb of Sultan Suriansyah. The study used mixed methods, combining qualitative descriptive analysis through in-depth interviews and observations, and quantitative analysis through direct waste weighing over seven consecutive days. The results indicate that the flower-sprinkling ritual is a deeply rooted tradition but also has significant environmental consequences. The quantitative analysis demonstrates that the three pilgrimage sites collectively generate substantial volumes of flower waste, with a total estimated at over 5.2 tons per year. This data highlights that the issue of flower waste is not merely an aesthetic issue but also an environmental challenge that requires special attention, especially when volumes increase dramatically during the pilgrimage season. This study identifies the gap between cultural practices and effective environmental management, while also highlighting the economic potential of flower waste as a compostable resource. These findings provide a data-based foundation for formulating sustainable waste management strategies that can be integrated with the cultural and religious values of the community. This research contributes to the literature by providing specific quantitative data, previously scarce in the context of pilgrimages in Indonesia

Abstract

Economics learning on the topic of money demand and supply at the senior high school level still faces various challenges, including low learning interest, limited student engagement, and difficulties in understanding abstract and less contextual economic concepts. This study aimed to develop interactive learning media based on Wordwall integrated with Banjar local wisdom and to examine its validity and practicality in economics learning. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D development model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research was conducted with 35 eleventh-grade social studies students at SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the media obtained a validity score of 87% from material experts categorized as very valid and 79.5% from media experts categorized as valid. The practicality test results obtained percentages of 87.67% in the limited field trial and 87.92% in the operational field trial, both categorized as very practical. The Wordwall-based interactive learning media integrated with Banjar local wisdom was considered feasible to be used as an alternative economics learning media that is interactive, contextual, and capable of increasing student engagement in the learning process. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran ekonomi pada materi permintaan dan penawaran uang di tingkat SMA masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, seperti rendahnya minat belajar, kurangnya keterlibatan peserta didik, serta kesulitan memahami konsep ekonomi yang bersifat abstrak dan kurang kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Wordwall yang diintegrasikan dengan kearifan lokal Banjar serta menguji tingkat validitas dan kepraktisannya dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada peserta didik kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru dengan melibatkan 35 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh persentase validitas sebesar 87% dari ahli materi dengan kategori sangat valid dan 79,5% dari ahli media dengan kategori valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan memperoleh persentase sebesar 87,67% pada uji lapangan terbatas dan 87,92% pada uji lapangan operasional dengan kategori sangat praktis. Media pembelajaran Wordwall berbasis kearifan lokal Banjar dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran ekonomi yang interaktif, kontekstual, dan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.
