Abstract

Proses penyusunan skripsi terkadang membuat mahasiswa merasa terbebani dan menambah tingkatan stres mahasiswa. Penelitian membuktikan terdapat hubungan antara motivasi mahasiswa terhadap tingkat stres mahasiswa dalam penulisan skripsi. Hal ini memberikan tantangan tersendiri kepada unit pengelola program studi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa yang sedang melakukan penulisan skripsi (mahasiswa semester 7) dan memberikan strategi penyusunan skripsi bagi mahasiswa semester 5. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis arah penelitian skripsi, menilai peningkatan progress capaian penyusunan skripsi, serta upaya percepatan penyusunan skripsi. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket berbantuan platform Google Form. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis data interaktif serta penilaian skor persentase dan indikator peningkatan progress capaian penulisan skripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa pendidikan biologi lebih banyak memilih penelitian pendidikan sebagai arah penelitian skripsi. Capaian penyusunan skripsi mahasiswa hanya berada pada persentase 40%. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan unit pengelola program studi dalam percepatan penyusunan skripsi adalah pendampingan, pembimbingan serta mengadakan seminar pendidikan dan workshop penulisan karya tulis ilmiah untuk mahasiswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh solusi dalam proses pengelolaan alat-alat laboratorium biologi serta melakukan pengembangan E-Modul pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui solusi dalam proses pengelolaan alat-alat laboratorium biologi serta melakukan pengembangan E-Modul pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan 4D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan E-Modul melewati 4 jenis validasi instrumen yaitu validasi konstruk (87,5%), validisi isi (87,5%), validasi uji keterbacaan oleh tenaga pendidik (96,25%) dan peserta didik (87,5%) serta respon peserta didik terhadap keterbacaan E-Modul dengan kriteria sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya pengembangan E-Modul pengelolaan alat-alat laboratorium Biologi di SMPN 5 Seteluk.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                                          Menghasilkan karya tulis dan publikasi ilmiah sebagai sub unsur pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan masih menjadi masalah yang dihadapi guru sebagaimana yang dialami oleh hampir semua anggota KKG SD Gugus II Kecamatan Utan, Kabupaten Sumbawa. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menghasilkan PTK dan publikasi ilmiah. PKM ini dilaksanakan melalui metode pendampingan berkelanjutan selama 8 kali dengan alokasi  waktu 3JP untuk sekali bimbingan terhadap 30 orang guru yang berasal dari 11 sekolah. Dalam proses, guru  dibimbing mulai dari pemetaan masalah, perumuskan judul dan permasalahan penelitian, penyusun proposal, pembuatan instrument, pelaksanakan tidakan penelitian, dan penyusun laporan hasil dan naskah publikasi ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 9 judul PTK yang dikerjakan baik secara berkelompok maupun mandiri. Dari 9 judul yang direncanakan, hasil kerja guru belum terlihat optimal dimana sampai pada jadwal bimbingan terakhir hanya ada 2 judul yang bisa sampai pada tahapan penyusunan laporan hasil penelitian, 5 topik masih dalam proses pelaksanaan tindakan di kelas, dan 2 PTK lainnya  pada tahapan penyusunan proposal dan instrument penelitian. Berdasarkan capaian tersebut, maka kegiatan pendampingan akan dilanjutkan samapi guru menghasilkan PTK dan artikel publikasi.  Kata kunci: Bimbingan berkelanjutan; KKG SD; PTK dan Publikasi ilmiah  ABSTRACT Producing written works and scientific publications still becomes a problem faced by teachers as experienced by almost all members of the elementary school Teacher working group, cluster II in Utan District, Sumbawa Regency. Therefore, this community service program aims to improve the teachers’ skills in resulting the action research and scientific publications. This PKM was implemented through a continuous mentoring program for 30 teachers from 11 schools which done during 8 meetings in time allocation 3 hours for each guidance. In process, teachers are guided starting from problem mapping, formulating the reasearch titles and problems, compiling proposals, creating research instruments, implementing action, and completing the research results reports and scientific publication manuscripts. The results shows that there were 9 titles carried out both in groups and independently. From the 9 planned titles, the teachers’ work do not yet appear optimal in the results 2 tittles are in prosessing of writing the research report, 5 topics are implementing actions in the classroom, and 2 other works are still in research proposals and instruments. Based on these achievements, the coaching activities will be continued until the teacher produce the research paper  and published articles

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the validity of POE-based practicum instructions (Predict, Observe and Expline) at SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang. This type of research refers to the 4D development model, which consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research stage was only carried out until the develop stage, namely testing development on a limited scale. This is because the POE (Predict, Observe and Expline) based practicum instructions have not yet reached the Disseminate stage, namely the dissemination stage at the high school level in West Sumbawa Regency. The instrument used in this research was a validation test sheet for POE-based practicum instructions with data collection techniques using the average expert validation score. The results of data analysis show that the development of a POE-based practical manual is valid and very suitable for use. The validation results obtained very high feasibility from the 10 assessment indicators with a value of 87.5%. POE-based practical instructions have been validated by a team of experts, then revised based on suggestions from the validator. As well as the results of the POE-based practicum instructions readability test on 15 indicators with easy criteria with a score of 98.64%. Among the 15 readability test indicators, there were 2 indicators that received hesitant answers from respondents and 3 indicators that received disagreeing answers from respondents. The implications of these practical instructions can be utilized by educators and students in learning in the classroom and outside the classroom, especially in laboratory activities.

Abstract

The use of chemical insecticides as mosquito repellent has the potential to cause negative impacts on health and the environment. Therefore, this study aims to develop Citrussera Spray, an organic mosquito repellent made from orange peel and lemongrass. The content of active compounds such as limonene in orange peel and citronellal in lemongrass have properties as natural repellents. The research method includes extraction of active ingredients using steam distillation and maceration methods, spray formulation, and effectiveness tests on mosquitoes. The results showed that Citrussera Spray has high effectiveness in repelling mosquitoes compared to controls without repellent. In addition, safety tests showed that this product is safe to use without causing skin irritation. Thus, Citrussera Spray can be an innovative alternative as an organic mosquito repellent that is environmentally friendly and safe for health.

Abstract

Limbah kotoran sapi banyak ditemukan di Desa Batu Putih berpotensi menjadi bahan baku pembuatan pupuk organik cair. Pupuk organik cair dari limbah kotoran sapi dapat memberikan manfaat ganda, yaitu mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan akibat pembuangan limbah ternak serta meningkatkan hasil pertanian dengan penggunaan pupuk yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi masalah kesulitan petani dalam mendapatkan pupuk subsidi maka, perlu adanya pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik cair dari limbah kotoran sapi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Batu Putih dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair dari limbah kotoran sapi. Memberikan solusi untuk pengelolaan limbah ternak yang ramah lingkungan. Serta mengurangi ketergantungan petani pada pupuk kimia dan meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Batu Putih, yang terletak di Kecamatan Taliwang Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, diikuti oleh 20 peserta pelatihan yang terdiri dari petani, peternak dan anggota kelompok tani. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan POC, peserta memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan limbah kotoran sapi dan manfaat POC bagi pertanian. Pelatihan berhasil mempraktikkan proses pembuatan POC, mulai dari pengumpulan bahan baku, pengadukan, hingga fermentasi dan pengemasan. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) di Desa Batu Putih telah mencapai tujuan utamanya, yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola limbah kotoran sapi.

Abstract

Coastal biodiversity plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability and productivity of marine ecosystems. Among the key contributors to these systems are marine invertebrates, particularly molluscs and crustaceans, which fulfil important ecological functions such as nutrient cycling, water filtration, and forming part of the marine food web. However, scientific data on the diversity of marine invertebrates in many Indonesian coastal regions remains limited, especially in remote areas like Labuhan Lalar Village, West Sumbawa Regency. This study aims to identify and classify marine invertebrate species found along the coast of Labuhan Lalar. An exploratory research approach was applied through direct field surveys along the shoreline, using a 3-meter transect from the high tide line toward the sea. Invertebrate specimens were collected manually and identified based on external morphological characteristics. A descriptive analysis was conducted with reference to scientific literature to determine species classification. The research identified a total of 15 marine invertebrate species belonging to two major phyla: Mollusca and Arthropoda. These species were further grouped into three classes: Gastropoda (10 species), Bivalvia (4 species), and Malacostraca (1 species). The presence of these diverse taxa indicates that the coastal ecosystem of Labuhan Lalar remains ecologically functional and supports a variety of marine invertebrate life. In conclusion, the coastal area of Labuhan Lalar demonstrates a relatively high level of marine invertebrate biodiversity. These findings may serve as baseline data for future biodiversity monitoring, conservation planning, and the development of sustainable coastal management strategies in the region.

Abstract

Forest honey production in Mataiyang Village, West Sumbawa Regency, plays a crucial role as a primary source of community livelihood but faces challenges related to fluctuating harvests, limited product diversification, and conventional marketing strategies. This Community Partnership Empowerment Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the capacity of the Ai Sanger Farmers Group through training and mentoring in utilizing beeswax as a value-added derivative product and strengthening digital-based marketing strategies. The implementation stages included needs assessment, program socialization, training in processing beeswax into honey soap and aromatherapy candles, and product marketing assistance. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills regarding production techniques and marketing management. Innovative products such as honey soap and aromatherapy candles were successfully produced and marketed through both direct distribution to local retailers and digital platforms, thereby creating opportunities to increase group income. This program demonstrates that the utilization of bee by-products can serve as a sustainable strategy to strengthen the resilience of local honey enterprises and enhance their competitiveness in broader markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan modul ajar projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) melalui pembuatan pupuk kompos di SMPN 1 Maluk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop and dessiminate). Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMPN 1 Maluk dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 27 peserta didik kelas VIIA. Proses pengembangan modul ajar P5 memperoleh hasil validasi oleh validator ahli dengan total skor 3,63 dan persentase kevalidan 72,67% dengan kriteria Tinggi dan layak diterapkan pada peserta didik. Adapun hasil uji keterbacaan modul ajar oleh pendidik memperoleh total skor 3,29 dan persentase 82,29% dengan kriteria keterbacaan modul ajar Mudah. Hasil tes diagnostik non-kognitif dari modul ajar P5 pada sampel peserta didik diperoleh persentase rerata skor sebesar 71,76%, sedangkan untuk hasil tes diagnostik kognitif diperoleh persentase rerata skor sebesar 86,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengembangan modul ajar P5 melalui pembuatan pupuk kompos di SMPN 1 Maluk telah berhasil dilaksanakan hingga tahapan develop. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu mengembangkan modul ajar dengan meningkatkan kualitas modul, termasuk konten, struktur, dan presentasi materi.
