Abstract

This study was done due to provide empirical facts from the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Bank Size, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and Inflation on the efficiency of Indonesian Islamic Banking. This study used secondary data from the annual financial statements of Islamic Banks, with verification research methods. To measure efficiency this study used the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with DEAP software version 21. The research sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique. The sample selected was 12 General Islamic Banking. The period used 2014 to 2018. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis panel data with Eviews Version 10. Based on the results of efficiency measurements of 12 General Islamic Banking shows a fluctuating trend, and only one General Islamic Banking experiences efficient conditions throughout the research period, while the results of the hypothesis analysis be concluded that FDR and Bank Size have a significant positive effect, while NPF, GDP, and Inflation have a significant negative effect on the efficiency of Islamic Banking.

Abstract

AbstrakKomitmen Pemerintah terhadap sektor UMKM dengan mengeluarkan dari kebijakan relaksasi DNI (daftar Negatif Investasi) akan tetap menjadi kekhawatiran bagi para pelaku UMKM yang belum siap menghadapi disrupsi dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Hal ini diperkuat dengan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhuan ekonomi mencapai 62 juta unit UMKM dengan serapan tenaga kerja sebesar 116 juta orang dan kontirbusi terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) mencapai 60%. Kinerja bisnis yang tinggi memiliki peranan strategis jika dihadapkan dengan faktor eksternal yang lebih kuat pengaruhnya daripada faktor internal dalam menjaga keberlangsungan hidup UMKM, oleh kerena itu penerapan manajemen strategi sangat diperlukan bagi UMKM Kecamatan Kuningan Jawa Barat karena tidak semua memiliki daya tahan yang sama satu sama lainnya terhadap persaingan bisnis. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan kedudukan beberapa variable yang diteliti serta hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain untuk menekankan semakin pentingnya keunggulan bersaing dari UMKM. Dalam pandangan yang lebih luas, penelitian ini berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi yang akan mempromosikan UMKM menuju keunggulan bersaing. Akhirnya, penelitian ini akan memberikan beberapa kesimpulan yang tersedia dan rekomendasi konkrit. Keyword: Orientasi Pasar, Kualitas Layanan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

The number of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in 2019, recorded 42 million business units. Thus the majority of our economic actors are small and medium enterprises. In addition, this sector also absorbs 79 million people from the 100 million Indonesian workforce. Therefore, it is necessary to make various efforts to develop small businesses in Indonesia, so that this sector develops better. SMEs that are able to survive for a long time are industries that are able to anticipate changes in every era. Those who are able to withstand the conditions of the times are those who are able to adapt to changes and are able to build networks. Every UKM has a goal to achieve growth and survival for the long term. In the current era of globalization, where competition between companies is getting tighter. SMEs are required to have the ability to develop strategic choices in the field of marketing management so that they are able to adapt to the adaptability of a dynamic business environment. Seeing this fact, the company must be managed with systematic and dynamic efforts to benefit from the ever-changing market developments. For this study, the population used was 157 batik business owners in Cirebon Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability technique, non-probability sampling by means of a census. With this method, researchers used the entire population as the sample because the population was relatively small for the size in the SEM model. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationships between knowledge diversity, knowledge creation, innovativeness, and sustainable competitive advantage. The respondents of this study were 200 employees from SMEs in Central Java - Indonesia. Data were obtained using the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed by applying structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 20 software. The results revealed that knowledge diversity and knowledge creation had a relation with innovativeness and sustainable competitive advantage. Abstract

The purpose of this study would be to see how certain variables, such as Store Atmosphere and Hedonic Shopping Motivation, influenced impulse purchases. There are some linear regression models used. The authentication function’s goal is to determine the validity of such a hypothesis, which also is achieved by collecting data from its surrounding region. The purposive method is a strategy that is related to specific criteria, and the sample throughout this study was made up of buyers from modern retail outlets within Kuningan Regency. There were just as many about 96 people who took part in the study. The amount was rounded towards 100 participants to make work successful. The environment of modern major retailers and hedonic shopping motivation does have a positive impact on impulse buying.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat Desa Babatan, dengan fokus utama pada pelaku UMKM. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif, program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital masyarakat, terutama dalam penggunaan internet, aplikasi pemerintah, dan platform e-commerce. Peningkatan literasi digital ini berdampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional dan pendapatan UMKM, memperluas akses pasar, dan meningkatkan pengelolaan bisnis. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya pemahaman awal tentang teknologi, namun berhasil diatasi melalui peningkatan akses internet dan pendekatan pelatihan yang interaktif. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan dukungan yang tepat, masyarakat desa dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi, dan mewujudkan desa cerdas yang berkelanjutan. Dukungan dari Hibah Internasional Universitas Kuningan Tahun 2024 sangat berperan dalam kaberhasilan program ini, memungkinkan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang lebih terstruktur dan efektif.

Abstract

The phenomenon and research gaps in Indonesian entrepreneurial behavior and activity were the driving forces behind this study. The SMEs to successfully accomplish its objectives amid unpredictable circumstances, had to be completely cognizant of trust of the employee in leader could boost proactive work behavior that lead to improved output. This investigation sought to evaluate the effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) on Trust in Leader (TL), the impact of EL on Proactive Work Behavior (PWB), the impact of TL on PWB and the impact of EL using TL as an intervening variable on PWB. Data for this study came from 150 Indonesian SMEs, by distributing questionnaires. Using the regression equation and the causal step mediation test from Baron & Kenny. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial proficiency, financial attitudes and income on the financial behavior of using Paylater in millennial generation E-Commerce in Kuningan. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling and purposive sampling approach totaling 400 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linear analysis tests. The research results show that financial literacy, financial attitudes and income have a positive effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the effect of inflation on stock prices, the effect of interest rates on stock prices, and the effect of financial performance on stock prices. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the LQ45 index for the years 2019-2023. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, 21 companies were selected as samples in this study. The data used are secondary data, including inflation data, interest rates, company financial reports, and stock prices. The data collection techniques include non-participatory observation with documentation study and literature review. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analyses, and hypothesis testing, with the analytical tool used being EVIEWS 12. The results of the study show that simultaneously, the variables of Inflation, Interest Rates, and Financial Performance have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, the inflation variable does not affect stock prices, while the interest rate variable has a significant negative effect on stock prices, and financial performance has a significant positive effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This service aims to overcome the economic inequality of rural communities compared to urban communities. This happens because there are no optimal employment opportunities in the village. Overcoming this problem is done with information technology that is easily accessible to village communities via the internet. Operating a business digitally by utilizing existing facilities, however, because the knowledge and technical capabilities of village communities are still limited, it is deemed necessary to provide digital business training to them. The aim of this training is to encourage community interest in running a digital business to overcome the problem of unemployment or increase income thereby encouraging village economic development. It is hoped that the results of this digital business training activity can optimize the motivation of village communities to minimize economic inequality between village communities and urban communities by prioritizing business units in the form of Online Village Barbershops through determined innovative strategies so that they succeed in increasing new customers and retaining old customers in order to successfully create a successful online community. active and increase their reputation and income based on digital business.Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi ketimpangan ekonomi masyarakat desa dibandingkan dengan masyarakat perkotaan. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak terdapat lapangan kerja yang optimal di desa. Mengatasi masalah ini dilakukan dengan teknologi informasi yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat desa melalui internet. Mengoperasikan bisnis secara digital dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada, namun karena pengetahuan dan kemampuan teknis masyarakat desa masih terbatas, dianggap perlu untuk memberikan pelatihan bisnis digital kepada mereka. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk mendorong  minat masyarakat dalam menjalankan bisnis digital untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran atau peningkatan pendapatan sehingga mendorong pembangungan ekonomi desa. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan bisnis digital ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan motivasi masyarakat desa untuk meminimalkan ketimpangan ekonomi antara masyarakat desa dan masyarakat kota dengan memperioritas unit usaha berupa Barbershop Desa Online melalui strategi inovatif yang ditentukan sehingga berhasil meningkatkan pelanggan baru dan menjaga pelanggan lama agar berhasil menciptakan komunitas online yang aktif serta meningkatkan reputasi dan pendapatan mereka berbasis bisnis digital.
