Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of CABG rates on cardiac service visits and income. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection used is a questionnaire accompanied by observation techniques and literature, Sampling using saturated sampling. Data collection in the field will be carried out in 2022. The data analysis technique uses path analysis.The results showed that there was an effect of CABG action rates on service visits and hospital income in a positive direction, where the higher cardiac service visits would result in increased income at Class A Hospital Santosa Hospital Bandung Central, so it was necessary to evaluate the method of calculating the INA CBGs rate which based on the case base rate method, in order to use a cost of treatment approach based on clinical pathways.

Abstract

Pada awal perkembangannya, rumah sakit adalah lembaga yang berfungsi untuk kepentingan sosial, tetapi dengan adanya rumah sakit swasta, maka lembaga tersebut lebih mengacu sebagai suatu industri yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan dengan melakukan pengelolaan yang berdasar pada manajemen badan usaha. Sebagai badan usaha, rumah sakit harus mampu menciptakan loyalitas dari pasien. Penciptaan loyalitas pasien bertujuan agar rumah sakit dapat memberi pengalaman berobat, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan bertahan dalam persaingan yang ketat antar rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Karawang (RSK Paru Karawang). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan positivistik eksplanatori, dan desain cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 10.486 pasien. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling yang berjumlah 233 pasien. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Kepuasan pasien cara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil analisis diperolah keofisien determinasi diperolah nilai R2 = 0,198 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien sebesar 19,8%. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 = 0,264 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien sebesar 26,4%. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,239 yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas sebesar 23,9%.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculous (TB) spondylitis is a chronic infectious disease associated with Mycobacterium tuberculosis that affects the spine. This disease is a challenging disease to treat due to its serious complications and high morbidity rate. Neurological deficits and spinal deformities that can occur along with gibbus are some of the most common complications. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to cure this disease, with the administration of anti-TB drugs and operative intervention. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between gibbus and neurological status as well as the impact of operative intervention on the degree of gibbus and neurological status.Methods: This was an observational-analytic study with a cross-sectional design on 32 medical records of TB spondylitis patients who underwent operative intervention from January 2018 to December 2021 at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital. Gibbus determined by x-ray analysis and neurological status determined by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) impairment scale (AIS) were examined before and after the intervention. The sample was chosen based on consecutive sampling. All data collected was tested using Spearman's correlative analysis, paired t-test, and Wilcoxon sign-rank test with a p-value <0.05 considered statistically significant.Results: There was a significant correlation between gibbus and neurological status-AIS (r=-0.708; p<0.05); and a significant positive impact of operative intervention on the degree of gibbus (p<0.05) and neurological status-AIS (p<0.05).Conclusion: There is a correlation between gibbus and neurological status-AIS. In addition, operative intervention also has a significant positive impact on the degree of gibbus and AIS, resulting in good clinical and radiological outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien melalui kuisioner di RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi karyawan RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali sebanyak 129 orang serta pasien yang berobat di poli rawat jalan RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali pada bulan september – oktober tahun 2022. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 80 orang karyawan dan pasien dengan jumlah yang sama yaitu sebanyak 80 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei bersifat analitik dengan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis). Dari Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kualitas pelayanan RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali , (2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pasien RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali, (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pasien RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali.

Abstract

Abstract. Increasing demand from the public to obtain excellent and quality health services and the increasing growth of hospitals, both private and government, will lead to business competition between hospitals. This study aims to obtain a Business Strategy Plan as a result of the SWOT Analysis Business Model Canvas the Ciamis District Hospital in order to increase hospital business competition. The type of research is Mix Method approach Concurrent Triangulation Design. Using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The survey results based on the patient's perspective stated that the service quality of the Ciamis District Hospital was in the good category. The results of the calculation of the IE Matrix in cell II position, the strategy used is Grow and Build. From the results of the SWOT Business Model Canvas is in quadrant 1, with aggressive, then using the SO (Strength Opportunity) Strategy. Thus, the Ciamis District Hospital can formulate strategies in the form of market development, market penetration, product development and integration, through several programs, namely capacity building for apparatus resources, development/standardization of resources and health financing, procurement, improvement of hospital infrastructure and capacity building resources health human resources. Abstrak. Semakin tingginya permintaan masyarakat untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan yang prima dan berkualitas dan meningkatnya pertumbuhan rumah sakit, baik swasta maupun pemerintah akan menimbulkan persaingan bisnis antar rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh Rencana Strategi Bisnis hasil Analisis SWOT Model Bisnis Kanvas RSUD Kabupaten Ciamis dalam upaya peningkatan persaingan bisnis rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian adalah Mix Method dengan pendekatan Concurrent Triangulation Design. Menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif.  Hasil survei berdasarkan perspektif pasien menyatakan kualitas pelayanan RSUD kabupaten Ciamis termasuk kategori Baik. Hasil perhitungan Matriks IE pada posisi sel II, strategi yang dilakukan adalah Grow and Build. Dari hasil skoring SWOT Model Bisnis Kanvas berada pada kuadran 1, dengan kriteria aggresive, sehingga menggunakan Strategi SO (Strength Opportunity). Dengan demikian RSUD Kabupaten Ciamis dapat merumuskan strategi berupa pengembangan pasar, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk dan integratif melalui beberapa program yaitu peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya aparatur, pengembangan/standarisasi sumber daya dan pembiayaan kesehatan, pengadaan, peningkatan sarana prasarana rumah rakit dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia kesehatan.

Abstract

In the context of a medical audit, the medical committee functions to prevent possible negligence in specific medical procedures. This function is generally performed when a case is considered difficult, an unnatural death or other exciting cases are found. This study aims to explain the role of medical committees and medical audits and the part of medical audits in resolving medical crimes. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach. This study shows that the medical committee is tasked with monitoring and evaluating the quality of medical services by implementing medical audits. Meanwhile, the role of medical audit in resolving medical crimes is as a guide to ensure that every action, procedure, mechanism and decision taken in medical treatment is by established standards and quality. In conclusion, the findings highlight the critical role of medical audits in ensuring the quality of medical services, preventing medical crimes, promoting accountability, and supporting due process. Emphasizing the importance of medical audits can lead to better patient care, increased trust in the healthcare system, and continuous improvement in the medical field.

Abstract

Remuneration is a demand of health workers (nakes) who work in regional hospitals, in fact, it is not uncommon to result in demonstration activities in the form of peaceful actions from health workers in government hospitals who demand especially against the hospital director that there is clarity and realization of the payment of remuneration and remuneration for these services. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of the Service Remuneration system, especially in the Central Kalimantan Provincial Hospital in the INA-CBG era. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The informants involved in this study were the Director of the Hospital, the Deputy Director of General and Finance, the Head of the Section, the Head of SMF, the Staff, certain functionalities and contract doctors. The results of the study were analyzed by the triangulation method. The results obtained in this study are planning the implementation of the remuneration system in the form of comparative studies with other hospitals, a remuneration team has not been formed and a pattern of service delivery based on position, professionalism, responsibility, and the principle of togetherness, has not used a purely performance-based remuneration system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin waktu, yang meliputi frekuensi ketepatan waktu dan durasi, terhadap kunjungan pasien rawat jalan kebidanan di RSIA X, Denpasar, Bali. Penelitian ini didorong oleh fenomena penurunan jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan kebidanan yang teramati dari bulan Januari hingga Juni 2023 dimana disiplin waktu dalam layanan kesehatan dianggap memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan jumlah kunjungan pasien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi pasien rawat jalan kebidanan RSIA X. Data dikumpulkan melalui data rekam medis yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi ketepatan waktu dan durasi layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah kunjungan pasien. Ketepatan waktu layanan terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan memperkuat hubungan antara pasien dan penyedia layanan. Frekuensi layanan yang tinggi dan durasi layanan yang efisien juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pasien. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan disiplin waktu dalam layanan rawat jalan kebidanan dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kunjungan pasien di RSIA X. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui penerapan disiplin waktu yang lebih ketat dan efisien

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Brand Experience and Brand Awareness on Patient Satisfaction Mediated by the Quality of Panoramic X-Ray Servives at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. The population of this study is 100 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 100 people. This type of research is quantitative research. The statistical instrument used is regression analysis using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The results of the research have the influence of brand experience on the quality of Panoramic X-Ray patient service at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand awareness on the quality of Panoramic X-Ray patient service at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand experience on patient satisfaction with Panoramic X-Ray at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand awareness on patient satisfaction with Panoramic X-Ray at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an effect of patient satisfaction on the quality of Panoramic X-Ray services at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand experience on service quality with Panoramic X-Ray patient satisfaction as a mediating variable at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital, this means that if the brand experience improves, the quality of service will also experience a significant increase accompanied by an increase in patient satisfaction. There is an influence of brand awareness on service quality with Panoramic X-Ray patient satisfaction as a mediating variable at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital, this means that if brand awareness increases, then the quality of service will also experience a significant increase accompanied by patient satisfaction. Abstract

Kebocoran cairan dari terowongan atau portal merupakan masalah umum selama artroskopi lutut, yang berpotensi menyebabkan kekeruhan, gangguan visualisasi, dan waktu operasi yang lebih lama. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) adalah bahan yang dikenal karena sifatnya yang hidrofobik, tidak reaktif, tahan panas, dan tidak menyebabkan iritasi, sehingga banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas PTFE sebagai bahan penyumbat portal dan terowongan selama prosedur artroskopi. Penelitian eksperimental ini dilakukan pada 30 pasien yang didiagnosis mengalami cedera ligamen anterior cruciate (ACL), dan dijadwalkan menjalani artroskopi lutut di Departemen Ortopedi dan Traumatologi Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin (RSHS) Bandung, pada tahun 2024. Pasien dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: 15 orang menjalani operasi tanpa sumbat PTFE (Kelompok A) dan 15 orang dengan sumbat PTFE (Kelompok B). Usia rata-rata pasien adalah 24 tahun, dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Rata-rata penggunaan larutan NaCl pada Kelompok A dibandingkan Kelompok B adalah 13,3 vs. 7,767 liter. NaCl yang dikumpulkan melalui mesin hisap adalah 8,633 vs. 5,333 liter, dan NaCl yang ditemukan di lantai adalah 4,7 vs. 2,467 liter. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal (p > 0,05). Uji T tidak berpasangan menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok (p < 0,05). Penggunaan sumbat PTFE secara signifikan mengurangi kebocoran cairan dan meningkatkan efisiensi prosedur bedah. Keuntungan tambahan termasuk distensi sendi yang lebih baik, pengurangan kebutuhan akan torniket, dan efek tamponade terhadap perdarahan. Sumbat PTFE menawarkan alternatif yang hemat biaya dibandingkan dengan kanula silikon atau artroskop yang tidak memiliki fitur anti-balik cairan.
