Abstract

Finding empirical proof of the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners, Funding Decisions, and Investment Decisions on Profitability is the goal of this study. All of the basic and chemical manufacturing businesses listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2022 served as the study's samples. The total number of samples used in this investigation was 50 samples. In this study, purposive sampling was utilized. Multiple regression analysis is used in this exam using the SPSS. The study's findings indicate that factors including institutional ownership, independent commissioners, funding decisions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) have little impact on profitability. Profitability, meanwhile, is influenced by investment choices.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist Kemasantani Village in developing a Strategic Plan for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). BUMDesa is a business entity that has the potential to drive the village economy and utilize village assets to create added value and develop a digital economic ecosystem. This activity includes assistance in preparing the BUMDesa Strategic Plan for the next five years, with a focus on operational aspects of BUMDesa and increasing revenue. The main objective is to ensure that BUMDesa in Kemasantani Village can operate efficiently, increase community income, and strengthen local economic resilience. The service team works together with the Kemasantani Village community to develop a sustainable strategic plan, implement BUMDesa development planning methods, and provide the necessary support to develop BUMDesa in the area. This activity is a manifestation of the team's concern for supporting village economic development and improving the quality of life of local residents.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships among green investment policy, technological innovation, sustainable development, and industrial competitiveness within the context of Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from a stratified random sample of 110 participants representing diverse industries. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation modeling were utilized for analysis. The results revealed positive correlations and significant coefficients, indicating the individual and combined contributions of green investment policy, technological innovation, and sustainable development to industrial competitiveness. The findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach to sustainability for enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesian industries.

Abstract

This research investigates consumer perceptions of product quality, sales promotion, and ease of purchase in the context of start-up companies in Indonesia. A quantitative research design, employing a sample of 150 participants, explores the relationships between these factors and their collective impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The study utilizes a cross-sectional survey approach, including demographic variables, and employs statistical analysis, including correlation and regression analyses with SPSS. The findings highlight the significance of product quality, sales promotion, and ease of purchase in shaping consumer preferences. Product quality emerges as the strongest influencer, followed by sales promotion and ease of purchase. Demographic variations further emphasize the need for tailored marketing strategies. The research contributes valuable insights for start-ups aiming to navigate Indonesia's diverse consumer landscape.

Abstract

Optimalisasi Produksi menggunakan Teknologi Tepat Guna adalah serangkaian langkah yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dalam sistem produksi. Dan kegiatan ini adalah merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada UMKM mitra yaitu UMKM bawang goreng dengan memberikan teknologi berupa deep fryer dan spinner agar terjadi pengurangan waktu produksi, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, peningkatan kualitas produk, semuanya dengan biaya produksi yang lebih rendah. Dengan demikian, optimasi produksi merupakan strategi yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional mereka.

Abstract

In the Era of Digitalization, SMEs must keep up with developments. The problems faced by SMEs Nisa Bakery include the production process not being optimal because there is no mixer with the required capacity, a lack of understanding regarding the production space, where the production space is still one with a storage area for both raw materials and auxiliary materials, which is also integrated with packaging of finished goods (bread), financial recording is still simple, there is no separation between recording household and business finances, while marketing still depends on orders. The aim of this community service is to help solve the problems that occur at Nisa Bakery. The method used to solve the problem is providing equipment grants in the form of a mixer with a capacity of 10 liters, training on the use and maintenance of the mixer, expanding marketing using online media, business management assistance which includes training and mentoring on business management, finance/accounting. The results of this community service were the provision of a standing mixer machine with a capacity of 10 liters, understanding of inventory control methods, technical training in simple bookkeeping and marketing digitalization training.

Abstract

This research discusses the development strategy of the sand and stone supply business at CV Putri Raja in Gempol, Pasuruan using SWOT analysis. CV Putri Raja has great market potential to compete with competitors. The purpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors affecting the business, formulate a development strategy, and determine the most appropriate strategy. The methods used include Business Model Canvas (BMC) to map the business model, SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS matrix, and economic analysis to determine the Break Even Point (BEP). The results showed that CV Putri Raja has dominant strengths compared to weaknesses, the company is in quadrant I which means it has a strong competitive position. The development strategy that can be used is to focus on taking advantage of internal strengths and external opportunities (S-O strategy). The development strategy is to improve service quality and maintain stable stock availability, take advantage of massive development opportunities in East Java and open market network access to contractors as business partners, improve management management and improve the quality of human resources through training, take advantage of social media for branding and massive promotion, maintain price stability and quality of sirtu and delivery services, consistently apply industrial K3 in every production process, add dumtruck technicians & periodic driver tests to minimise fleet constraints in delivery services. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to delves into the strategic analysis of mineral water distributor business development. It uses the framework of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to assess its impact on the company's progress This research aims to identify the inherent strengths and weaknesses of mineral water distribution businesses. It also aims to identify external opportunities and threats in operational environments. This is done through a thorough review of existing literature and data collection. By employing the SWOT analysis methodology, the study endeavors to uncover critical strategic insights pivotal for enhancing business progression, market positioning, and overall sustainability. The results of this study should not only add to the body of knowledge on strategic management in the mineral water distribution sector but also provide useful information for practitioners in the field, decision-makers in government, and other interested parties. This project aims to promote informed decision-making, innovation, and sustainable company development and growth within the mineral water distribution industry by improving knowledge of strategic decision-making processes in this environment.
