Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada ibu rumah tangga mengenai pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh ibu ibu rumah tangga kelompok cahaya islami . Dalam upaya mengajarkan literasi keuangan, tim pelaksana pembicara untuk memberikan materi terkait perencanaan keuangan, investasi, dan manajemen utang. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan wawasan mengenai efektivitas pelatihan literasi keuangan serta potensi dampaknya terhadap kemampuan ibu ibu dalam mengelola keuangan mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effect of local taxes, capital expenditure, investment, and labour force on local revenue with economic growth as an intervening variable in the regency / city in the Eks Karesidenan Pekalongan region year 2018-2023. The approach used is quantitative, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method based Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysed is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and related agencies. The research sample consists of all districts/cities in the Eks Karesidenan Pekalongan Central Java area with a six-year observation period. The results show that local taxes, capital expenditure, and labor force have a significant influence on economic growth, but only local taxes have a significant effect on local revenue. In contrast, investment do not show a significantly effect on economic growth or local revenue. Economic growth also has no significant effect on own-source revenues. Furthermore, the intervening variable of economic growth cannot mediate the relationship between local taxes, capital expenditure, investment, and labour force on local revenue. These findings indicate the need to optimise local tax and capital expenditure management strategies to increase local revenue. In addition, local governments need to pay attention to other factors beyond investment and labour force that can contribute to local revenue and economic growth in a sustainable manner

Abstract

This study examines the effects of working capital management (WCM), operational efficiency (OE), and profitability on the financial sustainability (FS) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Utilizing quantitative analysis and data collected from a diverse sample of SMEs, the research highlights the significant relationships between these variables. The results indicate that effective WCM and enhanced OE positively influence profitability, which, in turn, plays a crucial mediating role in promoting financial sustainability. This study contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating how integrated management strategies that prioritize working capital practices and operational improvements can enhance the financial health of SMEs. The findings provide practical implications for SME owners and managers, suggesting that a focus on these critical factors is essential for achieving long-term financial viability. Future research directions are proposed to explore sector-specific impacts and longitudinal effects on financial sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of bonsai ornamental plants at Jun Bonsai in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, using the SWOT analysis method. This research was conducted to identify internal and external factors that affect business development and formulate appropriate strategies to improve the company's performance and competitiveness. The methods used include Business Model Canvas (BMC) to map the business model, SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS Matrix, and economic analysis to determine the Break Even Point (BEP). The results showed that Jun bonsai has dominant strengths compared to weaknesses, the company is in quadrant I which means it has a strong competitive position. strong competitive position. The development strategy that can be used is to focus on utilizing internal strengths and external opportunities (S-O strategy). The results of the analysis show that Jun Bonsai has great potential to grow, but is also faced with various challenges, such as intense competition and lack of customer education regarding bonsai care. This research recommends that Jun Bonsai continue to innovate in products and marketing strategies, This research is expected to contribute to the development of science in the field of entrepreneurship and become a reference for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer trust, security perception, and consumer knowledge on purchase decisions and customer satisfaction with Shopee Mall|Ori services in Mojo Subdistrict, Surabaya. The analysis method employed Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), including descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, and path coefficient analysis (direct and indirect effects). Data were collected from 100 respondents who are users of Shopee Mall|Ori in Mojo Subdistrict. The results indicate that consumer trust does not significantly influence customer satisfaction but significantly affects purchase decisions. Security perception significantly influences both purchase decisions and customer satisfaction, while consumer knowledge significantly affects purchase decisions but not customer satisfaction. Purchase decisions mediate the relationship between security perception and consumer knowledge with customer satisfaction but do not mediate the relationship between consumer trust and customer satisfaction. This study recommends enhancing strategies focusing on security assurance, consumer education, and trust reinforcement. The research is limited by its specific location and cross-sectional design; thus, broader studies are suggested to enrich the findings.

Abstract

In an era of globalization that increasingly prioritizes sustainability, green investment-based earnings management has become an important topic in the world of business and finance. This research was conducted with the aim of exploring earnings management based on green investment and financial risk. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a sample of 25 SRI-KEHATI indexed companies selected by purposive sampling. The research results show that green investment has no significant effect on earnings management and financial risk has a significant effect on earnings management. Based on these results, it is recommended for future researchers to consider using alternative stock indices, such as LQ45, Kompas100, JII, and others. Additionally, it may be useful to differentiate between companies operating in manufacturing and banking, which may yield different research results.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Sustainable Finance and Green Bond Implementation on Firm Value and Investor Trust in the manufacturing industry in Central Java. Employing a quantitative approach with 143 samples, data were collected using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that both Sustainable Finance and Green Bond Implementation significantly enhance Firm Value and Investor Trust. Green Bond Implementation, in particular, demonstrates a stronger influence on these variables, highlighting its critical role in driving sustainable development and corporate credibility. Model fit indices and predictive relevance metrics confirm the robustness of the proposed model. These findings underscore the importance of sustainability in corporate finance and its implications for stakeholder relationships. The study provides valuable insights for companies and policymakers seeking to integrate sustainability into their financial strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of price perception, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan, Ruko Ngagel Branch, East Surabaya. With the increasing competition in the coffee industry in Indonesia, understanding the factors that influence purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction is crucial for business sustainability. The population of this study consists of consumers who have made purchases at the Kopi Kenangan Ruko Ngagel Branch, with a sample taken through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that price perception has a significant impact on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. Product quality also has a positive effect on both variables, while service quality significantly influences both consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions were found to be a strong mediator between product quality, service quality, and consumer satisfaction. These findings imply that Kopi Kenangan management should pay more attention to price, product quality, and service aspects to enhance customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study provides a bibliometric analysis of the research trends in financial derivatives within the banking and finance literature. By examining citation patterns, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrences, the study identifies key research themes and their evolution over time. The analysis reveals the central role of derivatives in risk management and financial stability, particularly in the wake of financial crises. It highlights the growth of computational techniques in derivatives pricing and risk management, with an increasing focus on advanced models and simulations. The study also explores the emerging influence of blockchain technology and decentralized finance in reshaping the derivatives landscape. The bibliometric map underscores the global nature of financial derivatives research, with significant contributions from the United States, China, and the United Kingdom. The study provides valuable insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers, suggesting areas for further research, particularly in regulatory frameworks, pricing models, and the integration of new technologies in the derivatives market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor property and real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia priode 2018 – 2021. Karena berdasar pada fenomena pada sektor property ral estate mengenai Real Estate Property atau rumah untuk milenial berpengaruh terhadap saham dan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dikelompokkan pada penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh perusahaan Perusahaaan Sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021, Sedangkan Teknik yang dipilih dalam pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi yang bersumber Websitenya BEI sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil dari pembahasan ditemukan bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Laverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Laverage berpengaruh positif Tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dan Struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif Tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif Tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dan Profitabilitas tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh likuiditas, laverage dan struktur aktiva terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2021.
