Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental uncertainty, company size, and strategic changes on financial performance and company value in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. With a quantitative approach using SEM-PLS, this study analyzed 111 data from 37 companies based on financial statements and annual reports. The results show that environmental uncertainty does not have a significant influence on financial performance or company value, either directly or through financial performance mediation. In contrast, the size of the company has a significant influence on the company's financial performance and value, reflecting the stability and attractiveness of large companies in the eyes of investors. However, strategic changes do not have a significant effect on financial performance or company value, either directly or through financial performance as a mediator. In addition, the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) also does not mediate the relationship between financial performance and company value significantly. These findings underscore the importance of company size and financial performance as key determinants of company value in the stock market, while environmental uncertainty and strategic changes require further study to understand their impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan serta menganalisis hubungan antara kinerja keuangan industry (ROA dan ROE), ukuran perusahaan, dan dan corporate social responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan tekstil dan garmen di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Masalah khusus yang dihadapi pada Perusahaan tekstil dan garmen adalah bagaimana kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan, dan CSR mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan serta peran risiko keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk memilih sampel yang terdiri dari 15 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2021-2022. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan dan dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS edisi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kinerja keuangan industri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan industri berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap risiko keuangan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap risiko keuangan, CSR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, CSR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap risiko keuangan, Risiko keuangan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Risiko keuangan tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan industri, ukuran perusahaan dan CSR terhadap nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Perusahaan Sektor Makanan dan Minuman merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi kebutuhan-kebutuhan pangan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu banayak dari investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi pada industri ini. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Aset, Financial Leverage, dan Pertumbuhan Ekuitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Manajemen Laba sebagai variabel Mediasi. Dengan Studi dilakukan pada Perusahaan F&B pada periode 2019-2022  yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia.Populasi  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 perusahaan dengan 14 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Metode purposive sampling dengan jenis penelitian sendiri tergolong dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Alat yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah software smart pls3. Dengan menggunakan uji validitas reliabilitas, serta inner dan outer model untuk menguji signifikansi dan seberapa valid data yang didapat.  Hasil penelitian ini berdasar hasil olah data pada smart pls3 yang pada akhirnya ditemukan hasil Pertumbuhan Aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan dan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen Laba. Financial Leverage berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan dan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen Laba. Pertumbuhan Ekuitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan dan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap manajemen Laba. Dan yang terakhir manajemen laba berdasar hasil olah data menunjukkan manajemen laba tidak memediasi hubungan tiap variabel pada Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Aset, Financial Leverage, Dan Pertumbuhan Ekuitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure, capital structure and company size on stock prices with profitability as an intervening variable in various industrial companies for the 2018-2021 period. The method used in this study uses quantitative data by collecting data in the form of annual financial reports for the 2018-2021 period with a total sample of 9 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. Data processing uses Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that asset structure does not have a significant effect on stock prices, asset structure does not have a significant effect on profitability, capital structure does not have a significant effect on stock prices, capital structure does not have a significant effect on profitability, company size does not have a significant effect on stock prices, company size has a significant effect on profitability and profitability has no significant effect on stock prices in various industrial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

This study attempts to evaluate the substantive impact of financial literacy, financial efficacy, and financial inclusion on investment decision-making behavior, incorporating financial behavior and financial independence as intervening constructs. Employing a quantitative methodology, the investigation concentrates on a population of 520 members affiliated with IGI. The sample selection employs the Slovin sample technique, yielding a representative sample of 48 individuals. The research outcomes reveal that, in a direct context, financial literacy and financial inclusion fail to exert a statistically significant influence on investment decision-making behavior. On the other hand, financial efficacy emerges as a decisive factor significantly shaping such behavior. Notably, financial behavior is discerned as a mediating factor in the intricate relationship linking financial literacy, financial efficacy, and financial inclusion to investment decision-making behavior. Furthermore, financial freedom assumes the role of a mediator in the indirect association between financial literacy and investment decision-making behavior. However, it is noteworthy that financial freedom does not mediate the connection between financial efficacy and financial inclusion in relation to investment decision-making behavior. These findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the intricate dynamics influencing financial behavior and investment decision-making, underscoring the pivotal role of financial efficacy and financial behavior as intervening variables. The practical implications of this study offer valuable insights for the development of more effective financial literacy programs and inclusive financial strategies, considering the identified mediating roles

Abstract

Good financial strategy is the key to sustainability in business. By carefully planning, managing and monitoring finances, businesses can secure their future and grow sustainably. In managing business financial strategies to achieve long-term success, there are several important strategies that need to be considered. A key component of managing the sustainability of an organization is financial strategy. Financial strategy and the organization have a number of interactions that should be taken into account. These relationships include managing stakeholder relationships, making investment decisions, controlling costs, tax planning, and the impact of financial decisions on the performance and value of the business. Businesses can cut wasteful expenses and boost revenues by controlling costs well. In this article, the researcher examines the method in the form of library research, namely research in its implementation by reviewing reading various literary sources, such as books related to financial strategy as the key to business sustainability, journals that have been searched for, and other articles for additional data sources. This research discusses the definition of financial strategy, factors that influence business sustainability, the role of financial strategy in achieving business sustainability, and the relationship between financial strategy and business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role coastal women in improving the economy of fishermen's families, the role of coastal women in implementing the blue economy, the right model of empowerment strategies for coastal women. The types of research are quantitative, the number of samples is 50 and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study uses SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the main strategy produced is the SO strategy with the highest score of 3.9 in position 1, which is to use strength to seize and take advantage of opportunities as large as possible. The role of coastal women in using local potential on tourist beaches is still not optimal because KPPI members do not have the skills, in particular there is no innovation and there is no variety of products from fishermen's catches, and weak marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan,dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan dalam kategori LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2023. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan dokumentasi laporan tahunan perusahaan dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis IBM SPSS Versi 25. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistik Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel keputusan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan nasional. Namun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital, khususnya dalam bidang pemasaran berbasis media sosial dan platform e-commerce. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya jangkauan pasar, keterbatasan daya saing, serta kurang optimalnya peningkatan penjualan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital secara efektif melalui pendampingan terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan UMKM, penyusunan materi pelatihan yang kontekstual, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan praktik langsung pemanfaatan media sosial serta platform e-commerce, dan pendampingan intensif dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran digital pada unit usaha masing-masing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap konsep pemasaran digital, kemampuan dalam mengelola akun media sosial bisnis, pembuatan konten promosi yang menarik, serta pemanfaatan marketplace sebagai saluran distribusi produk. Selain itu, program ini juga mendorong perubahan pola pikir pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya transformasi digital sebagai upaya keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, program pendampingan pemasaran digital ini berkontribusi positif dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM dan mendukung pengembangan ekonomi berbasis digital di tingkat lokal.
